I ordered a lock online with my purchase and was unaware each locker already came with one. The employee at the front desk was rather lethargic and unenthusiastic to be there. Almost made me feel like I shouldn't be there. A lady out in the yard though was helpful and polite when I needed help finding the reserved locker. Everything was so expensive and over priced. I filled out the forms online and I do t think they got submitted correctly. I set it to pickup the truck, furniture pads, and plastic bins at 6 and then got I call that I was supposed to pick it up at midnight. It also took way to long to check out the equipment and way too long to do the return process. I also never got the plastic bins I was supposed to. The key drop area wasn't noticeable so we almost just left the keys in the vehicle because we didn't know where to drop them off. I don't think any of this is the fault of the people working at the local uhaul center, I think it's just a bad business model/setup in generalDOMINIC W.

Online pickup was not customer friendly. Ended up having to go back to the store from the truck pickup area because it wouldn't give us the option online and kept asking us to renter our payment information. Lost almost an hour of moving time even though we were at the truck ready to drive it off. If store hadn't been open, we wouldn't have been able to pick up the truck. We also chatted online and called customer service before we finally gave up and went back to the store and waited in line there. The gentleman working there got us straightened right out, but super inconvenient.Carl T.

I set up a truck at a different location, just a 24 hour local rental with a 6 am mobile check-in pickup. I got a text about 6pm the night before instructing me to call about equipment. The first call (after a long hold) was answered by someone who said she was in Arkansas and put me back on hold. After holding a long while again, someone told me the truck hadn't been returned on time and they changed my reservation to this one, supposedly the same as the first reservation. The next morning we got there at 6:30am. We went through the mobile pickup and it said check-in was complete but gave us no further instructions and there was no 20 ft. Truck that we could see. While we were working on this, an employee wearing a dirty shirt and who looked dirty and unprofessional in general, unlocked the door and then locked it behind her and kept the lights off. It was 6:45. We had no choice but to sit and wait until 7:00 (I had paid help standing around doing nothing beginning at 7 because I had no truck. So the employee finally opens the door and we tell her what has happened and she rudely informs us that the truck is parked down the road in their Auxillary lot (as if we should know that). She questioned what I said about the check in giving no instructions and I showed her my phone. She said that since she saw us sitting out there (while the door was locked), she checked to see and our truck was parked down the road. She then told me that my dad (who was the driver) needed to go outside because only one person is allowed inside. We told her we drove together, came in together, and he wasn't leaving. She finally said she was going to print the reservation. By this time I was very upset. She handed me a card with a code in it and told us to drive to the other lot. So we drove up the road looking for it. There was absolutely no signage and we finally saw a truck sitting by itself in a driveway next to an unmarked building. Had it been dark we never would have found it. So about 8:30 we get a text telling us the truck is due back at 4:00pm instead of the next morning. This location has no local phone number they give out so I had to call the main UHaul number. Three calls later, after being on hold for ten minutes or so each time and then being disconnected, I still had not been able to talk to a person. I finally gave up. We thought we might be able to finish in time. So we top off the gas and take it back to the store. The same employee from the morning was talking to someone in a pickup truck. There was barely enough space to park the truck because there was another empty truck in front of it. The employ quit talking, that driver of the pickup drove off. The employee walked away and completely ignored us. I was in the car waiting for my dad And I unrolled the window and asked if she could help us. She yelled something unintelligible due to road noise and made no effort to even look our direction. My dad got out of the truckBobby B.

The staff in Stillwater were always so very nice and professional. We needed this service unfortunately since our apartment was small. We are thankful that they were great to work with and courteous even when they were busy sometimes they tried to make each customer feel acknowledged and important.
