Roy LThey were not very clear how they communicated the 'extra' charges. And the final invoice showed I owed money for something, I could only guess it was for gas. But I did refuel it prior to return. And it was not this location's fault, but I had to call to get reimbursed for a cancelled Moving Labor reservation because the app couldn't handle my cancellation for some reason. When I called the wait time was just under an hour, but I was able to schedule a call back. They did say the time I scheduled was in Mountain Time but did not clarify Mountain Daylight Time or Mountain Standard Time...and who knew they were talking about Arizona. I had to wait 2 days for the call back and then the call was an hour later than I expected...I assume it was because they were in AZ. So that was just a frustrating experience.
WANDA MThe tire pressure monitor light came on intermittently throughout the rental period. The first time it happened, I got off the road and checked the tire pressure, delaying my move. Tire was fine, so I completed the rental. When I dropped off the vehicle, the attendant indicated that this vehicle has a known issue with the sensor. Would have appreciated someone telling me when I picked it up so that I didn't have to worry about it and spend the extra time checking the tires.
SEAN WI reserved a pickup online and found it is no available when I arrive the location. After called the customer service, the agent helped me to upgrade to 10 ft truck over the call. Unfortunately the assigned truck has tire pressure issue. I have to talk to customer agent on the location to swap another truck. After doing this, the app check-in could not go through as it has no record of new truck. I have to use the truck immediately since I was already running late 40 mins as scheduled. When I dropped off later, I was charged $18 fuel even I already add fuel more than what I got. Not good experience since I used U-HAUL for more than 10 years.
Qiandong NA far improved reservation and check-in experience! Now, rather than referring you to check-in with your own phone, the attendant took care of the entire process! Quick and easy!

DAVID MWe were supposed to pick up in Hudson and they switched us to Northborough. They told us they would give us 10 miles extra since we had to drive further. Well, when we returned the equipment we were u fairly charged for 11 extra miles!

Erica dI wouldn't recommend U-haul. It wasn't really this location . we initially had reserved a 6x12 trailer weeks ago. When we got to store in Worcester they didn't have it , as helpful and sorry as the employee was he seemed not that knowledgeable. Found one 30 mins away, so now we have gotten behind over an hour. Went over there had to wait got trailer only to find out door would not open. Got another trailer all lights didn't work. The people that helped were very nice in trying to get us going but we lost over 3hrs. After we got loaded and headed back toward NC noticed that something on trailer looked off and realized that leaf spring was broke and axle had shifted. Thankfully it wasn't against fender and didn't rub. All in all this wasn't a good experience for the amount of $$ that was spent . I will be contacting customer service and expecting some refund.

Julie TVery efficient, informative, and courteous at check in to pick up the truck. Very helpful in the yard to find the truck and very quick and responsive when I brought the truck back. My updated receipt with the actual cost was in my email shortly thereafter. Also, the truck was in very good shape even though it had 125,000 miles. Great job by all. I’ll be back when I need another one. Thanks to all!
JOHN CI was charged for low gas tank return. I did return the trunk with the same amount of gas I left with but didn’t go into the office to settle the invoice. I was told outside upon my return that I was “ all set.” Now I have to return to the location and show my gas receipt - all over $6.75.

Katherine GFirst and foremost my contact with Jamal R. Was nothing short of top notch and exceptional. He was polite courteous and most helpful. I reserved a bike trailer for a trip that I didn't realize was larger and more money than what I needed. Jamal offered then explained the why and offered a better less expensive option well suited for my needs. I don't rent often.. however, my future rentals will be at this very location moving forward ( I used other locations and wasn't happy to do so) my only hope for a great experience again is for Jamal to be there and in a higher role as he showed me what it takes to make this location thrive. Kudos Jamal ( the guy going to Georgia)

Deborah ZI have rented a lot of uhauls over the years and a handful of storage units and this location as well as any I have been to have honestly had the best customer service. I work in customer service myself and have for a long time. Everyone is always straight to the point but nice and helpful.

Katherine JBe more aware of equipment returns. I returned the trailer at 7 am on Monday spoke to the gentleman checking in equipment ask if i needed to anything else he said I was all set. I received a call mid afternoon asking for an ETA on returning the trailer.

Frankie GWhen i arrived for my appointment. One of the customers was asking questions that could have been answered over the phone. It was a party of 3 and they all had questions. The gentleman decided to take a call ( on speaker phone ) walked away from the desk. Apparently they needed him for some approval. You clerks had a lot of patience and were very kind. Though everyone else was penalized. I was renting a trailer to pick up something 140 miles away and had a reservation at 10am unfortunately i was delayed, which delayed the return of my trailer. I dont believe your clerk could have handled anything differently, but i do think that if someone decides to make a cell call that should not block business and reservations.
MARTIN JThe location I reserved over a month in advance suddenly had no trailer the day before resulting in an extra 35 minutes of driving to get the trailer.
MAXWELL BI dealt with Ryan, the manager. The facility was immaculate and organized. All paperwork went smoothly. The trailer I rented a 5'x10' was in very good condition. No issues at all. I will definitely use this facility again....thank you again Ryan for your friendly and professional service.

GUILLERMO JI reserved a car carrier for the following day. I was told it was available. When I arrived, I was told that they had no car carriers and that I would have to go to another location. U-Haul has reputation of overbooking and then requiring the customer chase down, the required unit at other locations. This has happened to me at the times when I’ve tried to do business with U-Haul. In the future, I will only do business with you all when I have no other options.
