No obvious need to improve for customers - just wanted to compliment an employee - the woman who was on site and helped me sign in and out was lovely - incredibly friendly and helpful. You should give her a more comfortable office space in which to sit and work, though - cluttered and depressing. The fact that she still maintains such a cheery, professional demeanor in that space is only further to her credit.Fred K.

The vehicle was nice but I was not pleased with the experience. I had the vehicle a total of 25 hours. I picked it up at 12:30 pm Thursday and returned 1:30 pm Friday. I was charged for two days. The representative said it was because I didn't bring it back at the return time I stated on reservation, which was 11:30 am. I felt like the location could have been a little flexible in that situation since I only had the van for 25 hours. I paid double not just for the rental, but I ended up paying for an extra day of insurance and dolly rental. I might as well held the vehicle until Saturday since I paid for an extra day.Korey W.

I was astounded that I was charged for 2 gal of gas ($8.50) when I only went 6 miles with the truck. I don't think I used one gallon let alone 2 gallons of gas to go 6 miles, that means your trucks get only 3 miles to a gallon? Something wrong there. Also, I had a very hard time clocking out of your site on my phone, it wouldn't take my answers or the picture of the speedometer when I returned the truck last night around 7:45 pm. I had a very difficult time getting it to accept my answers, then my phone died, and we had to go to my daughter's car to try to recharge it, She even tried to text-chat and that took a long time...by the way I held on to finally speak to someone for 35 minutes! Very disconcerting time. I don't think I will rent another U-Haul again. It is not the location that I was dissatisfied with it is your company.Cheryl M.

It was beyond annoying trying to make the reservation. Got shuffled around by unhelpful customer service phone people. Different prices for the same request. Different availabilities from different customer service people for the same request. Once we got to the actual location person it was just fine. Not sure I'll use UHAUL again.Michael F.

They are committing fraud at this location by trying to charge people who opt out of the insurance for â€œdamageâ€ to the vehicle. We inspected our vehicle and the only damage was already noted by uhaul's â€œxâ€ stickers. We used the vehicle for a total of 2 hours. Never did we leave it unattended and no damage was done by us to the vehicle. Either an employee damaged the vehicle and are trying to blame it on us or this whole thing is a money grabbing scam. We spoke with the location and gave them the opportunity to Make it right but they refused. I am flabbergasted by the dishonesty and unprofessional of this location.Lloyd D.

The online check in needs improvement. Not only did I have issues checking in, so did everyone that was also trying to pick their rental.Steven H.
I called the location at 4:55 telling them I would be arriving at 5:05 and could they wait a few minutes for me to return the equipment in person. At the end of the conversation, the woman on the other end of the line me â€œwe close at 5:00 and if you aren't here by then, you'll have to return it onlineâ€. Well I arrived at 5:03 and saw the woman sitting behind her desk, so I thought she was going to help me. Boy was I wrong. I went to open to door and it was locked. The woman looked at me through the door and shook her head. At 5:03! So after taking 15 minutes to figure out how to use the return system, there was a problem with the geolocation system, so it took me to another link that told me how to drop off the keys. The only good news in the return process was I wasn't charged $20 for returning after 5:00. Also, the system of returning the vehicle with the same amount of gas as you found it is wrong. It should be the customer should pick up the truck and return it full. There is a gas station less than a mile away from this UHaul location so it would be easy for top ups.Joe W.

The online checking process is very tedious. I think all of that information could be captured ahead of time to make it easier. Also, many of the questions asked (and answered) when making the reservation are asked AGAIN when picking up the truck online. This makes the whole process even more tedious. The web app is not particularly well done and often fails to work correctly making the online experience checking in/out particularly frustrating. The people who wrote the web app should be forced to USE it and go through the actual experience to help them fix issues.Eugene B.
