Jessie at the Norwalk location on Selleck Street was extremely helpful and has awesome Customer Service skills, is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend that location for rental.

This place is a total scam. I am going to take them to court out of principle. They try stealing from customers.

It is not appropriate for an employee to be taking a picture of my license on his cell phone. There was no clear explanation of the charges or what they would be if the mileage went over or what the charge would be if it went past 24 hours. The attendant had no information and was not helpful and as he is there alone there was no one to ask or help. The drop off was fine.

We got a call after we dropped off our uhaul that there was damage to the roof of the van when there was no damage to speak of that we had any part of. We didn’t even see them inspect the van at the first place and after all this we still got charged for gas after filled up to the amount we were told.

First the front desk gave me a key of the wrong truck and he told doesn't matter you can keep this one... he didn't even came with me just smoking his cigarette outside the office. After It's look like I got an accident or scratch on the truck at 5.30pm on the 10/28. I dropped off the truck at 3.00pm the man at the front desk didn't want to come and inspect the truck and told me "we will send you an email for the miles and I was good to go". Totally unprofessional and now Uhaul charged me $175. I always used Uhaul but this time not sure I will do it again. What a bad surprise to pay for something I didn't do it...
