Very clean facility, staff are friendly and helpful. I felt secure leaving my property in the facility. Most importantly I had access to my property 24/7 If I needed anything at any time. Only negative thing I can say is need more parking for customers and more staff on the weekends as they are the busiest days. Otherwise keep up the great job! Will definitely recommend friends and family. Thank You Uhaul

I rented the truck on online entered all my information. When I got there I told the guy that I have rented a truck and I was there to pick it up and He didn't give me all the equipment that I had rented and when I called back it took 1/2 for my call to be picked up. Also I think you should train your workers to know when a costumer all really did the check in on line and is ready to go And have courtesy to costumers

Trunk Return experience was very complicated and it took time. Also, the contract showed that the Fuel was full however it was not. I drove very few miles but ended up putting almost 8 gallons of Gas because it said "full" in the contract and i had to return it as "Full" Truck didn't seem to be in good shape and had hard time on road going uphill.

The van died on me 2 times while moving, wouldn't start on its own had to have it jumped......tried calling roadside assistance and never got an answer.

Pick up was extraordinary but return was a disgrace. Employee would not even let me explain and kept saying. “ WE CLOSE AT 5” and I was told and on the contract stated return time is 5:30pm central time and I got to the location at 5:14

I needed to return the cargo van after the store had closed. I had a problem with the app, I was not able to take a picture of the millage and fuel level. I had to call customer service which took a very long time to connect with a representative, but the representative was very nice and everything went smoothly at that point. I would still return to the location I rented the van from in the future!

The car was dirty. I never get the text to answer the questions. Before I left, I went inside to inform the guy at the desk that I didn't get the text to fill out any form. He said that's ok. I have to take photos of the car with my phone. The tank was not 1/4 now the company charges $52.00 for a full tank. This is ridiculous. I will call American Express to dispute.

Easy to use website and to book online, also Easy to pick up and drop off. Although customers should be notified where the 24hr drop box is ( new customers don't automatically know) .

I got a call the morning before suggesting I pick up the truck I reserved at a far away VERY different location. No point in making a reservation when UHaul can just change everything about your order the day prior to your reservation.

Upon arrival I was told that more work needed to be done to my car in order to get the trailer I had been planning to use for a month. I brought my car into another Haul store for service to get the hitch assembled. Why was everything not done on this first visit? Initially I was told I would not be able to receive a trailer. I had to do my own research to show your employee that it could be done. Then had to wait an additional 3 hours before I could start my long drive across the country.

Staff should walk to vehicle and point out haul/tow push button, where the portable ramp is and also ask if there are any questions while at the truck. Where to adjust seat, and change mirror levels are etc. Especially for women.

We needed an appliance dolly, which we also ordered, and the site indicated we could get at this location. However, when we got there, they didn't have one. It wasn't the location's fault. But it would have been helpful to know this in advance since that was an important piece of moving the appliance.

Staff was unacceptably helpful with the fact that I was assured my reservation for a storage unit was taken care of and it was not I was basically told what do you expect me to do by a u haul staff member very bad customer service I went over all of this on the phone before arriving at the storage unit just to arrive and be told there is no reservation for me there and after all of that I received a storage unit that I was told by u haul would be big enough to site a 2 bedroom apartment in which it was not and by the time I figured that out it was too late and the facility was closed so due to that fact I was unable to store all of my furniture in the space u haul has been very unorganized with my whole reservation for storage I would like some kind of credit toward my storage unit and towards all of the extra gas that was out in the truck that I didn’t need to put I’d appreciate a prompt response in this matter and expect u haul to rectify this situation for me...

The only complaint is that an elevator or a ramp would have made it a less strenuous move. The only open locker was on the first floor and not the ground floor which was what I had registered for. When I got there it was too late and we were too tired but had no choice but to move it up a flight of stairs. I wish that it hadn't been changed but the employee td us they were building a new facility and I could request to move to that location when it was completed. If when I am ready to move it will be coming back to my house. I just wish that Uhaul had stayed with that ground floor instead of the 1st floor. Like I said a ramp or an electronic lift or elevator would have made my rate an excellent.

The actual storage unit design with the low ceiling and no light is not good. I will not chose a facility with this configuration in the future. I'm not the tallest at 6ft but I've had moving support that could not move around without the danger of bunping their heads on the sprinkler. Lifting heavy furniture is also difficult if you have to bend over while doing it.
