My experience was not good (actually, awful). The location: 802 S Coast Hwy Oceanside, CA 92054, was great. But this was the third location where I actually got the truck from and wanted to draw attention to feedback, apology. Spent 2 hrs. driving and on the phone with 3 uhaul customer service reps, who had no sense of understanding and of accommodation to a situation; after making and confirming reservation for a truck, 3 days prior; still had 3 separate issues, none of which was caused by me, and finally was told to drive 20 miles to another location (back) after being asked to drive 20 miles to that location. Recap: Confirmed reservation 3 days earlier, 2 mins from resident, at: 6175 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, CA 92011, Was told the following day that the available truck would be at: 207 Via Vera Cruz, San Marcos, CA 92078, On pick-up day, after spending an hour on the phone, drove back to: 802 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA 92054. I personally thought customer service should have offer some kind of an resolution token, a sense of “sorry, for the trouble”; seems wasting other’s time is not uhaul customer service’s problem. Will look for and recommend other options, thank you.

I had a horrible experience with the moving companies that I contracted through U-Haul website. The girl at the counter listen to my complaints and was very empathetic. Unfortunately I will never use the moving service through u-Haul ever again.

The one thing that bothers me about u-haul is I always have to get fuel first thing when I pick up the truck. You should be more like Penske truck rental and be given a truck with a full tank of gas to start off with.

HAZARDOUS ; The entrance and exit use one driveway returning the trailer requires a larger radius in the loop to avoid impacts with the block wall to the lower garage barrier, as damage to the block wall and to the trailer fender are evident prior to renting the trailer! There are two driveways, one of which is blocked ; this is requiring an exit with a trailer on to the busy highway across both lanes. Change the return path to exit on the north driveway as was the original path years prior. Also note patrons are looking to park on the premises and drive opposite the small yellow arrows blocking the exist out.

When I came back to drop off trailer there where no employees to receive it. Went to a location not even half a mile away on the same street and returned the trailer and was charged more then 3 times the amount because they import the wrong return date. I was also never notified that I would be charged a wrong location drop off fee.

I love this place. The people are always SO helpful. When I pulled up, I could tell it was a surprise, but the gentlemen totally rolled with it. No fuss, no muss; they took care of things quickly and professionally, and I was on my way. Incidentally, this place is also great for filling propane tanks. Love 'em!

Poor equipment condition, and a general manager that makes assumptive accusations without showing any will to provide documentation or surveillance camera recordings that would prove damage I was help responsible for on site. I would kindly ask for call from corporate office to provide additional detail. Contract contains my personal contact information.

Everyone from the front counter ladies to the gentlemen in the lot were courteous, patient and professional.The one exception came pertaining to the general manager. He was extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. I really don't understand how he is entrusted with a multi million dollar operation with his pompous, disrespectful and unappreciative attitude. Won't recommend this location to other soldiers.

The two ladies that helped me during pickup were really nice, detailed and thorough, even though weren't open yet. I had trouble checking in online and they stop preparing to open and helped my to expedite the process. The check in person, as well, was helpful, polite, quick to get me out the door.

I think Uhaul should deal with their customers on more equitable basis. I returned the truck about 40 minutes late, instead of prorating charges for the additional hour I had the truck they charged me for a complete 4 hour period. There was at least 5 trucks of the same size I rented for other customers so there was no way they missed out on any business by my late return. I felt like they financially tool advantage the situation.

It's a treacherous entry/exit onto a very busy hwy. There's no parking lot for car customers either. For a first time truck driver, this Oceanside location is too intmidatng.

The Uhaul Website is terrible and needs some serious overhaul (no pun intended). It allows you to pick you intended equipment pickup location only to find out later that the location you picked doesn't even carry trailers or trucks. Are you kidding me? This is crazy!! Come on Uhaul fix this.

Complete garbage, needed literally 4 employees just to return the money, nobody knew what they were doing, and they tried to send me 45min away to get what I had reserved 2 weeks prior.

When I called to place my reservation, I specified that I wanted to pick up in Carlsbad and drop off in mission valley. The person at u-haul didn't mention to me that I had to pick up in Oceanside. So when we arrived in Carlsbad, we had the unfortunate news that we had to drive farther up to Oceanside. The lady in Carlsbad was very nice and understanding of the miscommunication, that she said Happens a lot. She even gave us more miles on our trip. I would have liked a discount even more as she said this happens often. But we went on our way to Oceanside. My husband told me that we had to call to specify our drop off location. Now this sent me into a tizzy bc I specified this when I made the reservation. So I had to call back again to specify where we were dropping off. Even though I thought this was all set. So the experience was not very smooth at all. The truck was clean and our move itself went smoothly.

I originally reserved a trailer at the Carlsbad location. Got a text the day before pick-up indicating the trailer would be made available in San Diego, 35 miles from the location in which I made the reservation. Why do you have customers make reservations at certain locations when you can't guarantee that's where they will pick-up? I've never had a rental car agency tell me my car wasn't available where I reserved it, but there is one 35 miles away. To U-Haul's credit, they figured out how to make something work.

I tryrd to rent a trailer for a half of day and the guy said if i have it back buy 12 i would only be charged for half...well brought it back buy 12 and he said full days only....the Afghanistan veteran that hooked up my trailer,was super rude and disrespectful and as a former Marine that's just not acceptable I will never use Uhaul again and especially that location

Get a military discount going prices are way too high I nearly paid 50 bucks for not even having it a full 6 hours and I put more gas in it then when I left but another moving truck company called "budget" was only going to charge me 14 dollars for me to do the same job, but they weren't open on the weekend when I needed the truck so that's the only reason I picked U-haul.

Despite the failure of the original size trailer I rented and a subsequent one and the additional time it took, Ryan and Vicente worked very hard to find a suitable replacement for my needs. It worked really well. I would stress to you to also provide measurements for the aperture of the enclosed trailers as I found that even though the interior was enough space for the item, it barely fit through the front opening, even though the interior of the trailer allowed sufficient space for the item. It was a close call. The customer service provided was more than excellent. I would recommend them anytime.

The truck I rented ran like crap and used way more gas than should have and would not get to the speed limit so it took me more time to get my job done than usual. The lady who handled me at check out was great and understanding. The gentleman was argumentative but still approved the discount to make up for the extra gas and the extra time. He needs to work on his customer service skills. Hers were amazing!!! I have rented 20+ times from U-Haul in the past 30 years and this was the first crappy truck experience. I don't blame anyone, things happen, and I am again appreciative of the discount for the issue. I will continue to rent from U-Haul!!!

Everyone we encounter " U Haul was friendly & customer oriented. We drove across state 500 miles, the 26 food truck drove poorly, brakes horrible,it bounces all the time, no power what so ever, it stopped working 2times, going uphill, it had 123000.00 miles on the odometer, radio speaker 1 put.For traveling that much distance the truck should better maintain & newer. Overall it was EXTREMELY stressful experience.

The truck I rented hadn't been washed since it's last use. The windshield, side windows and mirrors so bug riddled and smudged the view from the cab was poor at best. Otherwise, the equipment itself performed well enough and service at the location was prompt and professional.

The lady that helped me in the morning was very nice, same as the girl that helped me when I returned the truck. The only thing that got to me was that I was trying to get a 26 foot box truck they said none was available. But when I first drove in I've seen a few of them. I'm not sure if they were broken but all in all it was a good experience.

Do you charge or not charge to load a car onto a car hauler? The clerks at the desk said no, the gentlemen outside said yes--I felt in an effort to garner a tip. Either way, not exactly what I felt like dealing with.

My return address was different than the one I put in online and it made it a little further away. Because of this we ended up having a fee for more mileage. Also I called the drop off location and asked if I could drop off at closer location to me and the lady on the phone said I may be charged extra for that and hung up (may have been accidental but???). I did not feel the drop off location had good customer service on the phone but the man outside was very friendly when we dropped off the truck.

On line I rented From BOB'S Gas, but when I got to BOB'S he doesn't rent trailers. Bob was nice and called UHMSO and got things straightened out and I drove there. So both locations did fine, it was U Haul's online system that failed. That has been my situation before. Kudos to Bob and his lovely wife in clearing the online malfunction up.

The equipment and service was OK. However, I made a reservation 5 days before and was called the day of my move saying they had no vehicles. I had to wait 6 hours at which time they didn't have the 10 ft. truck I reserved, but a cargo van. Very disappointing as the reservation system does not seem to matter, it is almost like first come first served.

Upon arrival, I was told by the employee distributing the pick-up that we would be able to keep the truck an hour longer than our scheduled return time. She informed me that there would be two other trucks available for the one family that had reservation that afternoon. I called the Oceanside location at 2:15pm to confirm that we would indeed need the extra hour and was transferred to the scheduling department. The woman on the line did not believe that I was told I could keep the truck longer. After explaining the situation, she proceeded to hang up on me and never called me back to confirm whether I needed to return it at 3:30 (my scheduled return time) or 4:30. I continued working until I received a call from the Oceanside location at 3:20 saying that the family was waiting for the truck and I needed to return it ASAP. I explained that I could have it back by 4:00pm, washed and ready to go. Upon returning the truck, I saw two other pick-ups in the parking lot, one with an advertisement sign in the window. Instead of letting the family take one of the other trucks, they made them wait an additional 30 minutes and pressured me to hurry back. I have been using this location for many years now and have never had any issues. After this experience, I will not be able to confidently recommend this location to family or friends and will find a different company/location to rent trucks from.

I had a rental return time of 5. I showed up at 5:55 and they said they were already closed and to just leave the truck. I asked the man if my truck rental would still be considered returned on time and he said yes! Apparently he lied and then my credit card has been charged an extra $40. I am very disappointed in this. No one called to let me know, I just got a bill in my email and my card charged.

Always be prepared by having one extra truck available if someone does not return theirs on time before the next reservation. We made our reservation a month in advance. My husband went to pick up the Uhaul truck on time and no one bothered to call to inform us that our truck was not available yet. Uhaul had to report it stolen, and we were without a 26' truck until 2PM the next day. After a lot of grievance, Uhaul did compensate for the MAJOR inconvenience that it created during our move.

The total cost of the rental was not disclosed at the time of reservation. The Truck while it only had 4100 miles it was dirty inside, there was a warning light on the vehicle during our drive up and the cruise control would not operate on the drive up or down.

Then I was told I couldn't keep the truck all day at the center downtown. When I finished the next day there was an other day rental charge.

I called the Oceanside office to change the contract from a round-trip to a one-way and the rude rep (female) abruptly said no way, you have to pay the full amount either way, blah blah blah.. No creativity, no interest in my problem, no help Then I went back to Richard in Oxnard, it was like night and day. When I later had to drop the truck in this terrible location, I asked them to call a taxicab or give me a number, the guy at the desk wrote a number on someone else's receipt (lots of personal info I should not have seen) and I called, it was a fly-by-night with a voicemail, never did call me back . This franchise needs some attention, they are not helping your brand.

While I was driving, the ramp unlatched and was sticking out. Finally..... they charged me TWICE. Took my van in to Oceanside UHaul to get a hitch installed with wiring done. I was informed on the phone I would have different wiring options. When I arrived at the facility, there were no options. They wired it and the connector is on the inside of my van and the rear doors have to be opened to take it out of the inside panel of the van which the guy (Ryan Kolk) doing the job broke off. He told me they were all broken already (which they weren't) and it was only attached by one peg still so he broke that one too. Now the panel does not stick and I will have to put some screws in (which by the way he offered to do for me after he broke the panel off). He did not tell me about the panel either. Only after paying and going out to examine the job they did did I discover the panel was just laying there open and broken. Not satisfied at all with this type of service and would not recommend this place to anyone for wiring installation.

We were given a truck that had 3/8 tank of gas marked on the form. It was actually a little less but we were in a hurry and didn't mind. We filled it back to a little more than 3/8 mark and had to do a return after they were closed, so we couldn't look at the gas gauge with an attendant. When I looked at my receipt, they charged us for 2 gallons of gas at 4.50 each.

I have no problem with the pickup or drop off location. I do have a problem with the communication, or lack thereof regarding the pickup and drop off of the trailer. I had to drive an extra 50 miles to pick up a trailer reserved for the San Luis Obispo area, but had to be picked up in Atascadero. I was told it could be dropped off at any Carlsbad location, but when I arrived at the Carlsbad location was told they do not accept/carry trailers. I spent a couple of hours of extra time and additional miles driven to drop the trailer off in Oceanside. The entire process of how the reservation system works was never explained, and the web site is poor.

My UBOX got LOSTin transit, finally tuned up 3 days late, my reservations to pick up and drop off the box renting UHAUL trucks & trailers were ALL - ALL! - mishandled and incorrect and finally, instead of issuing me the $150 credit i was promised for the UBOX being 3 days late, I was CHARGED ANOTHER $150!!! This experience could only have been worse if you actually destroyed my possessions. Would you care to say or do anything to compensate me for the absolutely unacceptable way in which UHAUL treated me before I publicly comment on my experience? I am NOT happy.

My only comment is about the 3 weeks it took to deliver the U-Box from its U-Haul delivery destination (which was on time, within 10 days). It was not a date I picked but rather told was the earliest it could be delivered by U-Haul. The holding time added an additional month's rental of the U-Box, the part I have the most issue with. I recommend this be explained to customers if a possibility so they are not surprised by the additional rental cost.

He charged me some rental insurance without letting me know and explaining it. When I return the truck he'd had an attitude to fix this issue when I clearly didn't ask for this. If this survey was for the 26' - the customer service lady was great at the counter for check-in but the guy who bought the truck out for me was a "jerk" -handed me keys and opened back to make sure it was empty - but walked off...I had to yell for him to come back to truck to show me how the emergency brake worked. Horrible customer service. I arrived to pick up my truck at 8 am and was told by Eddie that they weren't open. When asked how I get my truck when I reserved it all he said was "drop box". It took me 30 minutes to finally get my truck. Everyone at this location was either rude or condescending. I will never rent from this location again. I will refer everyone to Bob's gas station down the road.

I don't really think you can fix the issue with this location layout (poor btw). One car at a time and for some reason it takes forever to get a uhaul or trailer at this location. I used to go the Vista one all the time and they are super super quick compared to this location; almost think the system needs to change here, like have everything done outside instead of waiting for the one to one service outside for a while, they hook up the trailer, then you have to go back inside and wait for the next available cashier, then go out and wait for a clear path to get uhaul out (not their control I get it, but the other could be controlled). The guy filling out the trailer info should fill out the driver's license plate too, just a FYI to make it better, but I know that it won't change.

Since I move on average of every two years, I have used this location many, many times. I continue to be a dedicated and loyal customer because they always have what I need; when I schedule a truck - it's there and the prices are great and the people are friendly. It's not a beautiful store but it's not a bistro either. They serve cardboard, hitches and trucks - what do you expect? I really like their one stop shopping website too... I can hire movers, schedule a truck and buy boxes to be delivered! Love it!

Morning office woman took her sweet time with the 1 couple ahead of me in line. Took me 38min just to pick up the truck I reserved. Then as I went to inspect the truck for previous damage and I was rudely rushed and told "it's fine, fine, totally fine. I just need to to get in and go. You bought the "insurance" right?!" Low and behold I get to my house and the passenger side lock is literally hanging outside of the door by wires and I'm now 45 min behind schedule. This was all around a horrible experience. But thank you for all the past help you have provided. I do love the company and almost every staff member I have worked with. This on though, this was complete shit.

I booked my reservation online. I chose a location closer to my home but I later had to update the day and time. When I did it set the pick up location for another site. I was not emailed the update and spent an hour at the wrong location to be told it was set for another location. The website should do a better job at keeping the same location when making edits.

Again, this was by far the worst experience we have ever had with Uhaul. Uhaul needs to filter the type of employees that are hired in a customer service setting, preferably someone with customer service experience and actually likes assisting customers. The customer service agent at the drop-off location (S Coast Hwy, Oceanside) would prefer to demand and yell at us instead of approach us and ask quietly. Really glad we will NOT be doing business with Uhaul again anytime soon, and will NOT be recommending Uhaul and specifically those locations to friends and family.

The picking up and drop off areas are not layed out or signs are not clearly visible and this caused confusion and wasted time. No customer parking provided when we leave our vehicle. I was disappointed that when paying with a large bill, that they had no change, this added alot of back n forth time, when time was on a tight deadline. The PCH Oceanside store has their game togeather! Had them put a hitch on my 97 Ford truck back in the day and have used them ever since. The people on the phone are very knowledgeable and quick to get things done. After a long day on the road the crew that accepted the trailer I used were quick to unhook and get me on my way. I like that with just a phone number they know who I am again making things go quickly when ordering a trailer. The Uhaul company (no matter what location I've used) is very organized and quick to get the job done.

The staff at the Oceanside location were very unfriendly and not helpful. I had originally booked a truck for pick up at a Carlsbad location but that truck was broken. I had to drive to Oceanside for a 10' truck and then back to Encinitas to pack up the truck. They did not allow enough mileage for that and I was charged approximately $5.00 for extra mileage which I paid for in CASH at the Gardenia location, which is a disgusting dump! I was then OVERCHARGED an additional charge on my credit card for the extra mileage. I want that removed from my credit card immediately!!!!

They only put 41 blankets in truck when I had ordered 60. However they were not in plastic bags the gal and guy said they needed to load the blankets, but they stood by while I walked across the lot several times to get the stacks to put in the truck. Also fuel guage was incorrect. This was our 21st move but by far the worst and slowest location of them all. The workers talk to much with each other, about personal stuff when their minds need to be on their job.

Friendly service inside but the condition of the truck was not good at all. I drove 46 miles and had to put 9.5 gallons of gas back into the truck to replace what was used. That's a whopping 5 miles per gallon. At 1.09 per mile, the least you could do is service the trucks.

My fault for not getting insurance on a 26ft long truck that let rain water into the truck. Manager didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience after telling him how I lost 2 days I reserved from work to move because I had to sort and dry everything. Parking lot is overcrowded. A huge safety concern for drivers coming into the complex, only one way in and out and barely able to enter the complex. Waited 45 min passed my appointment to get the trailer. After trailer hooked up the employee allowed the chains to drag causing me to recieve a citation from Law Enforcement! Dropping off the trailer too many large trucks blocking entrance where I was unable to successfully park the trailer without being a hassle to enter, back up and park. Too many trucks, trailers, and haulers in parking lot! Poor service. Will not recommend to my fellow Marines or Veterans on this location.

It was a nightmare from day 1 in NY. My containers were shipped to the wrong location, I was over charged, deprived of my things for 2 months and to date have received little help in correcting the excess of funds I paid. Not having access to clothes and other belongings for 2 months severely suffered my business(I am self employed) and every employee I speak with ignores all of the problems. I would never recommend UHAUL to anyone who is moving cross country!!

I always had a positive experience using Uhaul in the past, so was completely disappointed with my most recent experience ... I had set up my online reservation a week before picking up the Uhaul truck. The day before pick up, I get a call and the rep. tells me the truck I reserved would not be available at the pick up location because the truck I was going to get was going to be out an extra day and I would have to pick up at a different location, which was farther and off the track of my moving, so would have been quite a bit more in gas. So I asked if there was a bigger truck I could get at the original pick up location, there was so I took it. I get there and the truck is way too big, so I get a smaller one than the original, which meant having to give up items and boxes that would not fit in the truck. As heartbreaking as that was, that wasn't even the worst part! When I was in the Uhaul store (an actual Uhaul store) the guy who took care of my 2 separate contracts, Ryan, gave me a total cost amount that was higher than I anticipate, so I had to use a different card. Ryan said "It's just a hold on the truck, the money wont be taken out until you return the truck, bring it back the day before your scheduled and you'll save some money." So, off I go. I was scheduled for 3 days and was able to return the truck (at the same pick up location) on the 2nd day (since it was a smaller truck, not as much to unload) before they closed. A very nice guy checks out the truck, I filled the gas tank, no damages, all's good. I ask him, before going in to pay "can I pay with a different card than the one I used to hold the truck?" He says "yup, they'll take care of it inside." Here comes the worst part ... The cashier (not Ryan, he wasn't there) says "you get $20 back because you didn't use as many miles as you thought!" I say "Awesome, and I brought it back early, so I save there too." She says, "No, you would have had to bring it back by 10 AM, so no. Can I do anything else for you?" I say, well yeah, I'd like to use a different card than the one I used to hold the truck." Her: "Hold. you paid. There's no hold." Me: "What? Ryan said it was a hold, I'd pay when I drop off." Her: "No. it's been paid for." Of course I went into the "What!!" stage. So, Ryan and his misinformation caused a HUGE financial burden on top of a move. Late fees on bills that can't be paid, bounce fees on bills that were paid!! This is just BAD BUSINESS! Dishonesty in business is nothing new, but I had always believed Uhaul to be above such tactics. I, like many people, live paycheck to paycheck and moving is expensive enough, but to be put in this situation by a company that supposedly prides it's self on making the move easier is inexcusable. Do yourself a favor, don't risk it, give up Uhaul and go to Budget, Penske or any other truck rental, you'll be glad you did. UPDATE: Come to find out, Ryan is the GM!!

This location has over charge me an extra day every time I've rented from them. I didn't catch it until a week after the first time this year which I let go as a mistake, but the four other times after that I had to bring it up. They gave me a different excuse every time. Also on two occasions I've been double charged and have had to call my bank, which took hours to clear up, both on the phone with uhaul and my bank. This last time I rented I was told I needed to bring my rental back early because they rented the van I had to some one else. I told them because of the last time I had to sit with them, and go over my bill, that they were to call me before charging my card. I told them I wasn't going to put money in the account until I knew the amount that was going to be charged. They tried to over charge me anyway again. When I called and asked why they tried to use my card without my permission, I was given some lame excuse. Also when I asked what they were trying to charge me, it was again over what I owed. I called the custom service at you call center and all they did was waist my time. I owe a balance for 330 miles at .69 which comes to $227.70, but they said I owed $260+. I don't remember the exact amount. When I called the guy on it he started treating me very disrespectfully. Threatened me with a ban from all uhaul because I caught him once again cheating me. Customer service waisted my time again. I also talked to a friend who uses that same uhaul, and he didn't catch it when they over charged him until he looked at his records once I spoke to him about it. He said he was going to call and ask for a refund, but because it's a small amount, one extra day, he hasn't yet. I called him today, he said he doesn't have time to deal with it, which I'm sure is the plan on the uhaul people there. Once is a mistake, but 5 times in a row is stealing. I called one guy I know and it happened to him. What are the odds of that? If they even post it like they said check your charges. I'm a veteran, and many of the people who rent in this area are military. So basically they are stealing from those of us who have served this country. If they do it to even just half their customers, then the amount will be in the thousands. One of the excuses I got was its a computer problem. I told them months ago and it wasn't fixed so it make me not trust them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But a sign the proves to me that they are stealing, is when they got caught, their story changed a lot, and the guy at the place got mad at being caught and said that I did this last time. Yeah I caught them last time. Calling a friend in the FBI about the felony fraud it appears they are committing. His comment was it very likely they are doing it to a lot more people. I'm standing up to them over the principal of the matter. I hate thieves and liars. I fought they will post it on line like they said.

The windshield was dirty and had smudge/wipe marks on the inside (the last driver who had the truck had used their hand to wipe down the windshield). It would have been nice if the windshield had been cleaned before giving me the truck.

The trailer had dirt in it which was not a big deal. The only thing I ask that you improve is the parking/loading situation! It's a very small lot space. Aside from that, my experience was great. The staff is friendly and thorough. I appreciate that.

People are all very very nice. Ive been to another u-haul location in Torrance and I don't know what you are feeding your employees to make them all so nice. Please give it to the rest of the customer service industry employees!

When checking in, the young man who helped me through the process was kind and friendly. When checking out....well...I had to drop the trailer because the young man who was supposed to check me in was rude and had way to much machesemo....he was one of those "you don't know anything" type of young men.... further, he walked inside to get another helper, but did not even tell me when and where he was. His partner in crime, the other helper, said....oh Ryan...he's gone already! Either way you look at it...I will chalk it up to another punk kid who knows nothing about customer service or running a respectful business.....I wonder hoe many others he has treated this way. Have a good night Mr. Know it all........

When I arrived to drop off the truck I had to wait while the two workers were attempting to remove a stubborn trailer from a customer's truck, but not very long at all and I can certainly understand that. One worker broke away from that soon enough even though it hadn't been accomplished yet.

Gentleman who checked our vehicle on check out and check in (Oceanside, CA location on Coast Highway) needs to learn how to respect customers. As a public school teacher if I talked to my students (customers) with the kind of gruffness and disrespectful tones he used, I would be looking for a different job. Rude and condescending.

I did not realize the blankets were not in the truck as I returned it (as a small senior woman, I did not load or unload our furniture), but went back the next day and was credited for them off my bill. It was a bit of a challenge of the personnel to figure out how to do the transaction, but they very polite and patient and figured it out. Thank you!

Booked this truck for pickup in Rancho Santa Margarita, ca. Got a call the day before that the truck was not available and I would have to drive to Placentia to pick up the truck. This would have been a one hour eleven minute drive, except it was a Friday. Not good customer service. Fortunately I was able to go online and find the truck in Oceanside, a 30 minute drive. Needless to sayI was still disappointed. I'm supposed to have a $50 credit for my inconvienance which was not taken off my bill.
