the Gas needle wasn’t all the way at full, however it said it was full, so I approve it, thinking maybe that is what full tank is. On return I paid $35 to fill up for driving only 45 miles. Gas was $3.23/gallon. And the needle this time was past the full line. In conclusion I believe the tank was never full to begin with, and I likely paiid extra to fill up, especially since I drove only 45 miles.

The gentleman that loaded the trailer onto my car did not secure it properly. Kills me to say it because he was a really nice guy, but, unfortunately, he forgot to screw down the clip that locks the hitch ball in place. Unfortunately, I did not know this until I noticed the trailer swinging vioently from side to side in my rearview mirror driving 55mph on the 5 freeway. Fortunatley, I was able to gain control and slowly get off the side of the freeway. When I got out of my car, in the rain, i noticed the trailer had popped off the ball and the screw was completely loose. This was after going only, maybe 4-5 miles from the Uhaul parking lot. Extremely fortunate that I only have a couple dings in my bumper and didn't cause a 10 car pile up. I would advise anyone to watch closely when they install the trailer and make sure you're comfortable with it before you leave the lot.

The only minor discrepancy I found with there were no furniture pads or handtruck in the truck I rented. Not a big deal because I had my own, but maybe the next guy doesn’t?

This was my second experience with this location. Unfortunately this experience was well below average but since my first experience was so positive I didn’t feel it right to give a bad rating. When I returned the truck at the time I was supposed to I couldn’t check it in remotely so I took the keys with me ran home and came back when the office was open and apparently was charged not only a convenience fee but an extra day for turning the truck in late. I called customer service and they said that there because there is a helpline available 24/7, the charge stood which was real unfortunate because that was not conveyed to me verbally. Had I known, I would have definitely used the customer service line to help me check in the vehicle at the time I turned in which was 8 AM as agreed. I’m very frustrated with the lack of customer service this time around. The gentleman that checked my truck in was very rude I’m frustrated because to him I was late. He got in the truck, parked it, checked it in and didn’t say a word to me. I stood there waiting to make sure that the truck was checked in and then when he saw me standing there after being there for approximately 10-15 minutes He rudely asked why I was standing there and that the truck was already checked in. Again with the first experience the gentleman who checked my truck and went over everything with me in detail and politely explained everything to me but not this time around. Again horrible customer service.

Check to assure that everything on the truck works and is in good repair before it is sent out. On this truck, the air conditioning did not work which made a portion of my trip uncomfortable and the windshield wipers were worn out which made a portion of my trip feel a bit unsafe/uncomfortable.

Although a very nice geographic location, the yard is tight compared to say Temecula. Long term I'd suggest corporate look for a bigger property, at least twice the size.

I am not Michelle, but UHaul has been sending me a lot of her personal information recently. And while I have been a UHaul customer in the past, I was not the customer for the order related to this survey. Rather, UHaul had the incorrect contact information and has been sending me all of Michelle’s notifications related to this order - right through to this survey. After receiving the initial emails from you, I called your customer service line because I was concerned that my personal information may have been compromised, and because I was receiving someone else’s Personal data. Your representative did not share my concern regarding either of these issues, didn’t offer to help resolve my concerns, and simply said I should delete the emails. So, after deleting many emails over the past couple weeks, it seems only fitting that I should submit MY disappointing experience with this other person’s order.

Less vehicles on site or vehicles arranged better or move to a bigger location with a bigger parking lot. Last time I was in and thus time again I had to park in a handicap parking as it was the only spot open not taken up by uhual vehicles

There were a few too many up-charges that defaulted to "yes" in the online process - moving blankets, etc. I was only doing a Costco furniture pickup. Plus, the entrance to the location is very dangerous.

The confirmation we received by phone was not available at the u-haul store. But they had plenty of dollies which we needed so they just created another order.

Friendly fast service. I would however recommend recalibrating if possible the gas gauges on the trucks--the one I used was not accurate but customer service at this location was excellent and professional.

A uhaul rep per phone said I wasn’t to be charged extra. Upon drop off I was met by GM whom immediately was stand offish & brash & per a phone call charged me $154 saying I dropped off incorrectly.

If you change the location of the truck.. YOU SHOULD CALL. There were no pads and no Dolly'S, even though I ordered them!! And the truck was far from a comfort ride.
