Cedric - checked us in for the truck rental and helped us set-up a storage rental quickly and professionally. He gave us a hands on instruction of the security code (enter and exit policy) and showed us our rental storage area. He made our busy day much easier. Your company completely failed me! I arrived to pick up my reserved, and confirmed, truck only to be told one wasn't available. I ended up being connected with "Brianna" in dispatch is someone who definitely does NOT need to be in customer service! She sent me 24 miles away and guaranteed me a truck. I get to the second location to find NO TRUCK! I was then sent an additional 12 miles to the final location where I received a truck. The lack of service, the disrespect of the customer in this situation was the epitome of HORRIBLE customer service. PS - I was promised a manager would call me within 48 hours to discuss my issues. NO CALL AFTER 3 DAYS!!

When I arrived at the pick up location and identified myself, the man at the counter stated several times to me, "We are disgusted, we are disgusted, I called you and left a message. You didn't call back". I was shocked and said, "I went into the system and updated the pickup time for 11:30 am (it was 11:48 am). He said, "No, you were set for 10 am and didn't show, we are disgusted". I have NEVER had a Uhaul employee be so rude, and if you check my name you will see I have rented. with Uhaul many many times. I will never use this location again.

No body said bring the truck back with the same amount of fuel as when you left I used the truck for a local pickup went 29 miles filled the tank up before returning the truck it took 7 gallons of gas ($20.94)

The transmission in the truck I utilized seems to be slipping when you shift from (P)ark to (R)everse - sometimes going directly to (N)eutral causing one to maneuver until in (R).

Top off the tires before you rent it out. I was on I-75 in my van rental when the low inflation light came on so I spent 45mins finding a gas station to check and fill them up. The fronts were at 45psi and the min. Should be 55 psi. When I returned it the woman was very dismissive and said "oh that's normal with the weather changes". Sorry that's bs the pressure does not drop 10 psi because it's 10 degrees colder out.

The check engine light was on when I entered the vehicle, I went back inside and advised them of this and they said it was no big deal just an o2 sensor!! We you may not think it was a big deal, but it is a big deal because how do I know that something else hasn’t gone wrong since the other two sensor went wrong so I had to sit there and stress out the whole ride on whether or not, I was going to break down or not. The truck is also pulling to the left, which caused great strain and driving the truck. I didn’t bother reporting it as I figured I’d get the same response as I did about the O2 sensor. After I arrived my destination, I checked my phone and saw a text came in. That said I needed to check my truck before I leave well it was a little late by then, but having rent a trucks before I knew to take pictures of the truck before I left Anyway. I was extremely shocked to find rollup windows and mirrors that won’t adjust properly to my needs. I don’t know if they need greasing or replacing or what they need but they will not in the right place. I needed them to be so that I could drive completely safely I had to adjust myself to be able to seewhat was on the side of me and in today’s day and age I. What was on the side of me and in today’s day and age I would think that you would have backup cameras in the vehicles for safety reasons. It is so easy to run someone or something over not to mention making it more difficult to back up at your destination. I don’t think I’ll be using U-Haul ever again. It was a very bad experience. The trucks are not user-friendly nor are they safe.

Travis and Sandra are friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. When I needed more than just a rental unit (trucks, boxes, supplies, etc) they assisted quickly and got me on my way. It was also nice to be greeted by their warm smiles when I was onsite loading or unloading. The facility itself is spotless, access easy and straightforward, and parking is easy and plentiful. Highly recommend this location!

The facility was one of the best I've seen. It was laid out very nice, although the signage was a little confusing. We parked where it said "drop off here" but then a young woman came out and said "no, you need to go around back". Outside that, drop-off was quick and easy. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

The young man that rented our locker was top of the line !! He explained everything to me and was very patient with me !! We toured the facility and I am VERY PLEASED to be a customer !! I have the upmost confidence in this facility !! The elevator is large and everything was spotless !! I would like to thank Uhaul as a company, and this facility for being true professionals !! I will ALWAYS use and support Uhaul !!! You are DEFINITELY the VERY BEST !!! Regretfully I’m old and can’t remember the young man’s name that helped me . He is a manager . Travis does a fantastic job. This is one of the nicest storage facilities I have ever seen as well. Not only is it new, the technical advances is fantastic. Truck bays to unload digital codes, plus alarms systems. Once again, the biggest part is Travis and his team! Made me feel welcome

Easy process to rent at short notice and easy to return

Mobile pick up was a pain & added time when picking up since lock system for key was not easily releasing. Slightly confusing as charged additional $ at end. Was told it was tax difference? Why wouldn't tax be correct the first time. Doesn't add up & they could not explain. Next time may do during operating hrs instead of mobile pickup / return.

Going through the hurricane and trying to maintain stability knowing that my very important things I was able to save was in the U-Haul facility on Highway 54 in Pasco County. They were so polite so helpful through this whole horrible situation and I picked up my things and everything was in good shape and I was so happy that I was able to save some of my precious, remembrances of my life before the hurricane.

I had a hitch installed on my new car.  The guys were great!   They trimed just enough for the receiver to fit through the bumper.  And the car still looks like new.  The instructions that came with the hitch could have used more details but they did not give up and figured it out anyway. The store is very clean and well organized.

VERY RUDE EMPLYOEES. At first, I thought it was just one, but when I came back to drop off the vehicle, the other ones were just as rude as the first. I feel like that’s the culture that’s being bred. Bright side there is a young man that was cleaning one of the vehicles and I talked to him and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately, for you guys, he’s not the one that’s attending to the customers. He was stripping a vehicle and doing a great job at that.

employees managing multiple conversations at once instead of the person in front of them not nearly as customer oriented as the location in NPR. The gal that came out to help with the trailer was in shorts and complaining it was cold and banging the equipment around. For whatever reason this location was $7 cheaper....we just rented three weeks ago but we'll go back to New Port Richey - we only went here because the other didnt have our trailer OR the UHaul system would not let it book based on our vehicle even though I have a tow package on the Explorer XLT and took the manual in to the place to share their system has a glitch.

Your associate I worked with was terrific. He was thorough and very friendly and most professional. Later on, another employee stopped by my unit to ensure it was clean and took the extra effort to remove spider webs. At this early point, this is the best service of any storage facilities I've dealt with in the past. Many times I deal with the owner/manager type, but I can say your team was just as hands on and caring.

I rented a storage unit during Hurricane Milton. At the same time I reserved a u-haul truck. The reservation provided a free month of storage. Due to the location of our home, we needed to move our belongings. The governor entered an executive order and we were mandatory evacuation and were ordered to leave by the sheriff’s office so I couldn’t pick up the truck to move the rest of my furniture in the storage. I was late to the truck rental place to speak with them so my order was canceled and I was charged over $200 on that day. The terms of the free month did not have a provision that you would charge me. It says reserve a truck and the rental agreement started in November so charging me in October was not in the contract agreement that I signed. Charging me during a declared emergency caused a hardship. When I got back into town after having to flee the storm, I found a new storage facility and moved my belongings because I have storm damage. I am so upset and will not use your company.

Great service! Staff we interacted with was always willing to help out. During Milton, some rainwater managed to get into the first floor of the facility and some of our things did get wet, but thankfully nothing was damaged.

Everyone that helped me from the very beginning, checking on me making sure that I was able to get U-Haul in Odessa from the Clearwater store. She checked five times and I needed her to check in because of everything going on because we lost our house. When I got to the Odessa, young man and woman working there were above and beyond anything I could ever imagine calm cool, helpful and during a time of losing everything I own and my whole life almost was so thankful that people were so kind .
