Sean SWas told via phone that employees would help connect trailer, load and secure vehicle. When i arrived, employee was grumpy about assisting and made comment that i didn't pay for this. He did assist me, but seems like there is some sort of disconnect between the corporate dispatcher that called me the day prior to my reservation and the local employees.
Dustin MFirst , I want to say the truck sounded horrible. It ran okay but the sound was very uneasy. It sound as if it could break down. Second I would say the location was great for my needs. Gas mileage was high. But overall I’m not really complaining much.

John GVery professional and so easy to work with. It's a dedicated Uhaul location which is nice. The lady at the desk was very polite, quick, and thorough. Everything was digital, so I got emails with the paperwork instead of physical copies which I prefer. Once that was done, she radioed for someone to meet me at the trailer where they hooked everything up for me and made sure the electronics were working correctly. When I came back to return the trailer, I pulled up to the sign for returns and someone met me before I even opened my door. I was directed on where to go and again someone met me and unhooked the trailer so that I never had to leave my car. Highly recommend, will definitely use this location again.

Mercedes Memergency breakaway cable was too short. When agent hooked it to the back of the vehicle, the pin would not release when I dropped it off. Had to go back a second day to have a technician there remove it.

Curt WPricing. I went in the day prior to check price and availability. The young man spent about 15 minutes and took all my information and told me my estimate would be $64. I agreed and set pick up time for next day. When I got there a different person checked all information and said ok that will be $109. I ask about price from day before and was told it was just and estimated. A damn poor one if it almost doubled but I was forced to go ahead because I had already committed to be there otherwise I would have walked out. Severe bait and switch in my estimation
james bFirst, let me say employee Portia was amazing. She deserves at very least a shout out for a good job. The equipment on the other hand was an issue. The original trailer that I had rented was not ready to go, or at very least had not been inspected thoroughly when it was returned by the previous person. The ratchets had been over tightened and wouldnt come loose for us to tow, so we were given a different trailer. When we got to our destination, the tow straps on that one weren't working either. We used our personal ratchets and because they weren't made for this type of haul, we lost $200 worth of shock absorbing straps.
Denise BReally appreciated the speed and service at this location. Portia was cordial and kind, and had me on my way in minutes with the truck and trailer already hitched up. Return the next day was just as smooth.
