Kat I believe was the worker that began my service I thought she was awesome Very excellent customer service, friendly, efficient fast and very pleasant When I returned the truck I was within 2 minutes of closing so that worker (female not sure of name) she had me go park as if they were already closed I had to get on an app to check in the truck the application kept saying the in mileage was less that when I left finally I just added a digit to make it happy spent 17 minutes checking in this vehicle 0personally I think the worker that was there could have checked in the truck easier and faster than 17 minutes but whatever I guessshe had somewhere to be

In a phone conversation informing me that I was late returning the vehicle I explained that the website advertised five day rental. Your representative told that an adjustment would be made and I could return it the following day. I was charged a late fee anyway. I sent an email to you explaining my situation. Sierra Kennedy responded denying a refund on the late fee. Well played uhaul you've lost any future business from me.

I was not clearly told how the blanket covers were charged. I was told that if i did not use the blanket covers i wouldn't be charged for them. but when i returned the uhaul i was charged even though i didn't open the bags or use any of my blankets.

Although equipment was in relatively good condition, the truck was mechanically too worn. Front end was a bit too sloppy, I probably wouldn't take it across the country although across town was fine. Wheels were severely out of balance. Again, ok for going short distance but not long haul.

Was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I rented a $30 truck on a thurs night in hopes of having all my belongings moved in 24 hours. Unfortunately 24 hours later they were not and I started feeling sick, so over the phone that evening rented the truck for another day. The very next morning, which is Sat, the first and very big snow storm hit just making it impossible to complete the move; The truck even became stuck on the lawn from the snow and I'm now in the hospital very sick. Sunday evening in the hospital more coherent I tried calling to let the office know what what going on with the truck. Was released Monday from the hospital and proceeded to spend the rest of the day trying to finally finish the move. I reserved a storage unit at uhaul that evening and planned to move the rest of my belongs tues morning to have the truck back by noon. My fiancé took the loaded truck to work with him Tuesday morning, went to leave on his lunch break to complete the move and the truck WITH MY BELONGINGS is gone! When he called the office he was treated as if he had intentionally tried to STEAL the “UHAUL” truck! Asked to speak to a manager to clear up the situation and was told there wasn't one there and wouldn't be till the next morning. Uhaul went to his work, took the truck, and now THE MANAGER is making zero attempt to personally involve herself in the resolution and now I've got a storage unit I reserved that she is so graciously renting us but it's going to have stipulations. Such as instead of being able to access our unit from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. we are only allowed to from 7-7. And we can only access it through this one certain door and just ridiculous stipulations! Mind you NEVER ONCE was she present in dealing with ANY of it. All from behind the door claiming to not be there, but we can clearly see otherwise! The nonsense just goes on. Completely unethical! So you mean if I rent a truck say back east moving to the west and plan to do so in x number days, BUT cause of a snowstorm which has caused me to have no cell service and I don't get it done in the time I planned, wherever I am I can anticipate being pulled over and charged with stealing the truck or hell having it taken from me????? COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE!!!

I did NOT use hand truck in the back. I told the manager there that I did not use it nor wanted it. The cheap plastic pull-tie must have broken with the movement of the truck and cold. The manager accused me of lying and still charged me 7.00. I don't care about the money it was her attitude that was terrible. Never again.

They left the lock on the Uhaul and was a major inconvenience and would not offer us a solution for them to fix it. We had to purchase a lock cutter at our own expense. We also spent 3 hours talking to customer service just so they can say they won't do anything.

Employees need to understand that customers don't frequently hang out at uhaul and know all the rules, so to have a shitty attitude when not knowing where to park or what the drop off rules are is complete bullshit. Other then that it's great.

The trailer needed a whole drilled in the ramp to hold it in place. The guy in Ogden fixed it in short time. The trailer traveled well at highway speeds. No complaints except the needed repair

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly and attentive. The process was very quick. I informed her of the issues with the trailer. The condition, the difficult lift door operation, but most importantly, the trailer swayed terribly and the brake locking system engaged often. My speed had to be kept around 50mph for the entire 1400 mile, "White Knuckle" trip. I had numerous travelers pulling the exact same size trailer passing me at 65-75mph. I know this is in excess of the posted 55mph speed, yet nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed in the way the trailer pulled. This particular trailer should be taken out of service!

i rented a unit for $54+ from a helpful young lady, left the facility and returned home. Then I realised that the Unit I had chosen in the facility would not be suitable. I tried to rearrange the unit over the phone, the young lady advised me that she was unable to see what was available and what was not. Consequently I returned a little later to the facility to rearrange the rental and the female customer service rep, Carol, was little more than unpleasant. She was rude, curt and unhelpful. She claimed that the price I had been quoted in the morning of $59+, and that was also listed on the website, was not the price of the unit I requested in place of the original one. She claimed that it was $69+ and had always been that price. She offered no explanation for the price hike of $10, other than that it was the original price. I left and immediately found another provider, with a site manager who has had some customer service training and knows how to employ it. I am happily ensconced at that site Bad choice of employee, U-Haul. I will not return to your facility for any service or product. I will also share my experience with anyone who wants to know where to store their belongings for a lengthy-term (12 months +)

Bad front light, dirty truck, especially the outside. Wanted me to return truck3/4 full on fuel but gave me 2/3rds. Needed more mileage than given (15 more). Had to pick up trailer after loading truck and your computer wanted to charge me double.

First of all not a single employee was wearing a mask!! Second, I felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. I truly felt that when I walked in there not a single employee (3 in view) said hello and I literally had to start the conversation. During the process off being checked in, I heard one of the employees were talking about an upcoming day and the other employee said "how may reservations are there?". The employee said none... then the other said oh good!! That will be nice and I hope it stays that way.

This was the next best thing to inside storage for our RV. The RV was protected from the elements by the roof but got very dirty on the outside. Dirt/dust was easily washed away with a hose.

I made a reservation. Had a reservation confirmation, and when I went to move in, I was told the reservation meant nothing because there weren't any spaces available. I was told it was first come, first serve which I thought the reservation would help with. It didn't. Fortunately, on the day I needed the spot, one did become available and they contacted me and offered it to me, which i appreciate. A bit of a rough start but I do have a spot and i'm sure it will work out just fine.

I have no improvement suggestions for the rental facility. But I did have problems with your corporate infrastructure. For renting auto transport, your website asks lots of due-diligence sorts of questions to ensure the vehicle being towed and the vehicle doing the towing are compatible with the trailer. That's great. But the website doesn't seem to remember the settings or allow them to be edited, so I ended up spending hours answering questions that became tedious and a waste of time. Your call center was a little more helpful, but screwed up the order and set up a transaction the rental facility could not do. For the next customer, you could give them a better website experience and improve coordination between your call center and your rental facilities.

When I realized we were going to be making a move the ONLY place I could think about was UHAUL. After the move was over I decided that these people deserved a score of 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. We were completely satisfied with all their help and assistance.

The online check-in was not user friendly and took so much longer than just going to the counter. The van had the check oil light on. Need to do maintenance on the vehicles. The attendants seemed more interested in checking in trucks instead of helping check people out.

I rent a uHaul trailer a couple times a year it seems, and in the past I dreaded going to uHaul because, despite entering all my info on line, it seemed to take forever to get the trailer. Not this time. In less than 2 min they had processed me in and I was out the door where they quickly and safely hooked up the trailer. When I returned, same thing. I didn't have to go find someone, they met me at the drop off site and had me on my way in just a few min. BEST uHaul experience ever. Thank you!

I came in and rented a uhaul and that went good. Rep was awesome checking me out. When I returned it, I was sure to stop by common cents and fill up to where the line stated on paper snd got charged a fuel charge. I called and because I didn't obtain a photo, Jeff said there's nothing he can do. I think they took advantage of the fact I had to get to work and after exterior inspection I had to go. Very low class in my book.

I rented the rv spot for a month but didn't actually use it when I went in to cancel after 2 weeks of renting it to cancel it I was told that you don't prorate and won't refund the two remaining weeks of my rental so now that your going to rent the spot again cause they are high in demand your going to double dip I will highly not recommend you're storage facility to anybody I will recommend people look elsewhere for there storage needs

The manager Ms. Kennedy is one of the most unprofessional rude people I’ve EVER encountered at a Uhaul. She also took it upon herself to close use for customers to use the restrooms, stating,” I’m tired of putting toilet paper in and having it go missing!” So, with all the money we customers pay she first put a keypad outside each bathroom, then closed the bathrooms with a sign. I think there are laws she’s breaking and secondly she doesn’t own this Uhaul. She also treats customers rudely, she is not a good representative of Uhaul and I hope they replace her. Look at the local ratings for his place, it’s low for a reason.

On occasions I saw individuals ride bicycles directly in the facility where the storage was located. It was apparent to me that they didn't have storage inside the facility that didn't bother to check in or out that just rode the bus that goes in are rolled around as they were looking to steal something.
