TIRRELL BOverall, grade A experience! We received the new metal framed pods, and they are so much sturdier than the old-style pods. The large number of pads included were very helpful. However, one of the new pods did have a roof leak in the top corner, opposite side from the door hinge.
Scott BHorrible time returning uhaul I returned uhaul at 8:07 pm and chatted with online because I could not process through my app was still advised I would be charged $20 for the office processing just ridiculous process.

RICHARD MReservation was made easily enough. When picking up trailer the counter person was rude and extremely off putting. She didn’t know how to do her job. She refused to answer any questions, without first signing contract. Manager straightened everything out quickly.
JAMES KCustomer service and facility presentation are excellent. Improvements need to be made to the equipment return lanes and vehicle entry and exit process.

Kenneth RWhile watiing to get our truck, someone called in stating that they had an appointment with someone at 11am. The owner said (in front of me, my boyfriend & the customer in front of us) that whoever the woman was looking for was at lunch. He stated that several times. He even said "I'm not sure where he went to lunch so I don't know what time he'd be back." He also informed the woman that he was the only person in store & was essentially unable to help her. The woman was clearly frustrated & called out the unprofessionalism since she had an appointment. There were even moments where he would just get quiet, I can only guess that he was waiting for the woman to say something? Not really sure what that was about. He asked her to hold on & helped the man in front of my boyfriend & I. What we didn't know what she hung up on & called what I believe was corporate. When my boyfriend & I got to the counter, someone from what I believe was corporate called the store & asked Brad, the owner of this location, about it saying that the woman said that whoever she was looking for was at lunch. Brad tells the woman from what I believe is corporate that he told the woman that the person she was looking for went to Skyesville to pick up a truck. The corporate woman said, "yeah, when she said he was at lunch, I said 'this doesn't sound right'" and Brad doubled down on his lie. I looked at my boyfriend in complete disbelief that he would lie on a customer for literally no reason. Maybe the calls should be recorded for quality assurance. If my renting a truck wasn't important and could've waited, I would've gone to another location because it left a bad taste in my mouth morally.

Customer care number needs much improvement, I almost didn't rent a truck due to the phone Customer service agent. In store staff were AMAZING AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! Only concern is the front inside windshield cleaning.

URIEL CMy pickup location was changed without notice. I only found out beacuse of verifying everything the night before by being forced to download the app. Added almost 30 miles to my trip which means mor has I had to put into it in the end.

SOLAN WI found the experiance overall to be excellent which was surprising. I did expect a few headaches. Delivery, pick up, transport, delivery-all very flexable, efficient and simple. The web site software was a struggle. On multiple platforms, in two different states. It eventually worked out but I'm a computer person so I work through it. It could use some streamlining and design updates. Kinda slow response mostly from the site. Few page reloads. Had to start over completely once for the initial reservation. But once I got it set up it was fine. And there was human phone support. No transferring me around, no can't find your account bs. Everyone was always very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, capable. At every point of interface.That stuff meant a lot to me during a very stressful week. So thank you! Overall a great experiance

From the moment I contacted the local dealer in Maugansville to the end, people have been knowledgeable and very patient and pleasant. I called several times with questions and for help and customer service is clearly a priority. I highly recommend your company.

FREDRIC ZWhat a great way to move anything from one location to another. We rented three boxes in Cocoa, Florida and had a week to pack at our leisure . We packed everything with great care and diligent, we had a lot of very fragile items, including China closets as well as highly breakable items. U-Haul picked up the boxes right at the pointed time and transported them to West Virginia. The boxes were delivered on an exact date as promised we then had a week to unpack them. The unpacked boxes were picked up at the agreed-upon day and time. We could not be happier with this move. Everything arrived without any damage. The total price was very reasonable and the Contact was super. thank you U-Haul and employees for a job. Well done.👍👍

ANDREW SGood at getting you in and out in a timely manner. Vehicle was clean but was old and beat up. My only issue was mileage was off by one mile and it stated it was at a half tank, but was lower, just a way to Nichel and dime you.
