The Manager Theresa at Oxford,AL was such a great help with my storage facility. She went out of her way to give me complete customer satisfaction and standing in the gap to see to my need and resolved my dispute.

The truck got 5.2 miles per gallon. My RV with the same motor gets 14.6 miles per gallon. Maybe the gage is not working.

Your rental rates for a local moves are too high. You advertise $29.99 for the day but then add mileage rate and the customer also has to buy gas. My rental cost me over $160 dollars.

The computer was down so it took a while to get checked in. I tried to check in online and it wouldn't go through. I tried to call the 1-800 number and was on hold for 20 minutes before I was disconnected. Then had to wait a while at the location for the system to start working. The location and employee was great.

This location is outstanding and my rental was flawless. However, I had a guaranteed resevation #28163904 for pickup at 7:30 pm on September 8 that was a huge problem. I arrived around 7 pm on the 8th only to find that the location was closed for the evening and scheduled to reopen at 11 am on the 9th. I was fortunate enough that this reservation #28232711 could be made at the last minute for pickup at 7 am on September 9. Whereas I can praise this location, I would definitely avoid Shooters Alley Indoor Range at all costs for any future rentals.

I rented a truck on line. When I went to pick it up the place was closed. O was out of the use of a vehical. I had to go else where for a truck. I suggest that you let your dealers go that are not going to be available to customers if a truck is being gotten grom them.

The associate was very helpful. We tried to turn the truck in using our phones but every time we took a picture it would not go any further. The associate was closing and came over and told us that she would take care of getting the truck turned in.

My truck was on 3/4 tank and she said it was 7/8 tank. I filled it up to 7/8 so technically I was overcharged! I'd like a refund for my extra gas I had to put in there. I have pictures of the gas reading and mileage before and after returned.

My ole saying goes, "I hate going to U-Haul, because there's serious work involved after equipment pickup. LOL However, the staff at the Hamric Location is awesome. They actually put themselves in your shoes to help, asssit, and ensure you make the best choice for your needs. MsTeresa is the absolute "BEST" without reservation!!! If anyone else helps me, well, the STANDARD is set with her service and expertise!!

This location is amazing. The talladega location on highway 77 needs to be closed. There is a female there that is nice but the guy there needs to be retrained for customer service.

Have the trucks maintenance the truck ran good just the front end was a bit loose maybe it's a Ford thing. But other than that I had no problems got the job done.

As I moved all of my items out of storage, I was also very sick in the process. I called and spoke with customer service about closing my account and they told me I would need to go and remove the lock from my storage or that someone would be able to cut it open. The representative was aware that I needed to close my storage account but that I could not make it within that week to close it. She stopped automatic payments so that I would not be charged for the month or any months following and I explained I would be able to provide the keys once I was well. I let the local building know about my conversation with customer service explaining that I could not come and provide keys. Soon after, a global pandemic arises and I am still not well at the time that charges are being threatened to the account. I would have paid had I not spoke with customer service so that I would not be charged. This location was well aware as I had also spoken with someone at the location the day I removed all of my belongings. Moving on my own, having a disease and working full time, I did not have time that day to close the account, hence my reason for calling customer service. Not only was the end of my experience terrible, but also the beginning. I have had problems with the truck I first used to move not being ready when it came time for me to move, so I had to postpone the start of my move due to negligence by U-Haul. I have paid for equipment and not received it, I have also paid for having a truck longer than scheduled when I only had it for the scheduled amount of time. I have paid for gas that I did not need to pay for because a meter is damaged on one of the trucks. The list goes on, and I am also still receiving a $200+ bill for an empty storage space. This location has been terrible from the start and I refuse to recommend or use them ever again. I will eventually call customer service to try and resolve the payment issue, but I truly do not deserve what I have been through with U-Haul. Added stress during my move and sickness, and charging me 3x what I would pay for the storage that is empty is not worth coming back to any business. They made my moving experience terrible and I am so disappointed.

The employee Justin who serves me and my friend. He was very rude. I've rented from this location a few times I've never met this gentleman usually get very good service here. If you had earbuds in listening to music or on a phone call I couldn't tell. With help loading the trailer he just has very snappy very unfriendly. Inside the trailer was very dirty. Garbage and debris on the floor. Unfortunately the only major u-haul center around. Some kind of stuck going back.

I was about 15 minutes late dropping off my truck and when I tried to do the Uhaul return online the website was experiencing difficulties. I called 1800gouhaul and spoke with a woman who told me it was taken care of. I would understand the $20 late fee but they ended up charging me another $100 because they told me it was unavailable for booking. How is it my fault that Uhaul didn't “take care of me” like they said they would? They are refusing to speak to me or help me I have used this service many times and have never been treated so rudely

The staff were always friendly, although at times it was hard to get someone on the phone. The rats there, though? Y’all need to tell people about them. I had quite a bit of things destroyed, that had to be thrown away, either because it had been chewed through or because it was covered in rat feces. I would never use this facility again, and would never suggest you to a friend or family member, for that very reason. Also - the two late fees policy is terrible. The staff at the facility was great, and they are your saving grace.

Can't say enough for the courtesy and customer attention. A+ for this location, really. I live in Oxford and have been going to this spot for over a decade. Nothing but improvement.

I refused the insurance on the utility trailer that I rented this morning. Justin Daniel emailed me my receipt. Upon looking at me email when I got home I realized that he had charged me for it anyway. Now I am back at the store and he is not here. I called his cell and he is giving me the runaround. Please follow up with me as I am very disappointed with his service at this time.
