They were very accommodating and friendly. I was having moving my stuff out and had multiple obstacles hit me in my process. Main one being Harley Davidson bike week. They approved me for 24 hour access and I was able to move my stuff later in the evening when all the bikers were no longer crowding the roads. Made an already stressful situation a lot easier. I was extremely grateful

I went to the office four times in a row telling them we couldn't get the lock open on our unit. They told me they had been watching us on the cameras and laughing at us trying those days trying to get in. After talking to all my family I went back and told them that we didn't put the second lock on that had prevented us from getting in. She said yes, we put new locks on everyone's unit and then gave me keys after four days and multiple attempts to get in to remove our things. I am very unhappy with this experience and will not use this facility again! .

Was not allowed to rent a van even though I confirmed the booking online. A FL license was required but I own a second home here. They put me in a box truck that has a low tire pressure light, driver door would not stay fully closed, serpentine bekt squeezed to no end, window roll down handle missing on driver side, no lock for rear gate which uhaul always comes with & the windows were filthy making glare at night very bad

The vehicle that was rented had over 99,000 miles on it, and when the brakes were applied the whole front end became shaky and unstable. This condition occurred at all times that the brake was applied and at all speeds. The condition was reported to the Agent upon return of the vehicle.

The original room I pre-paid for was rented out and or had locks already on them on day of move in and it was a disaster. I had picked the unit conveniently for me 2weeks earlier and now I’m deep in the back. Not happy.

Didn’t get proper truck as I ordered, was then charged more, and then was not given a dolly. Was told on arrival they didn’t have it and I had to drive 20 min to another U-Haul to get it. Inside truck was not clean and gas was only to 1/4. Miserable experience and I will be calling after I finish move

The representative who handled this transaction was wonderful but, the manager is the worst person I've ever encountered. If there was any other option, I would not use that location.
