JESUS S.Uhaul needs to do more thorough checks of their vehicle fleet maintenance as well as hire staff that cleans their vehicles. I had not only my moving vans motor break on me in my travel, but the replacement van they gave me was a mess with caked dirt in the cargo bay. Also, as a result breakdown and towing company Uhaul used, the driver of the tow truck scratched my vehicle on the towed hauler. Now my vehicle requires repairs and repainting to be fixed. Personally I have used this location for years, and have found of all my experiences with them, this was the worst.

ARTHUR G.The UHaul people we interacted with were nice and helpful. However, UHaul's internal communications systems let us down here. Our box was supposed to be delivered Jan. 25. It arrived Jan. 28 due to weather conditions. But at no time preceding Jan. 25 did anybody know where our box was or if it would arrive early. In fact, on Jan. 24, we got a call confirming that it would be delivered on Jan. 25. But this was wrong --- the box was still in transit to the Uhaul distribution facility. The whole process was confusing and frustrating. We had moving help lined up to help us on Jan. 25 and had to cancel. We were also initially refunded $100 for the delay, but we were owed $150 because the box could not be delivered before Jan. 28, despite arriving in the Everett, WA Uhaul facility on Jan. 26. I called and finally got the $150. It would be better if there was a way for Uhaul phone reps to be able to pull up accurate ETA of box. The experience was frustrating due to Uhaul internal miscommunication and lacking of tracking software. Thanks.

We provided the proof by showing our receipt to confirm our order from this location (with the correct address). We were then told our confirmation and trailer had been moved to another location. Just shoddy customer service from start to finish.

During conversations with my reservation with team members, no one calls this to attention or confirms this is actually what you want, and simply assume you know that the system did that. While the staff was helpful in finding a solution, they made it seem like this is a VERY common occurrence, yet U-Haul hasn't fixed the underlying problem.

The only thing that can suggest is that your man at the Pine Island facility needs some help. He does a fantastic job and is a good man. You need to take care of him or you will lose him. For one man working by himself, he did an outstanding job. I do not remember his name, but he went far and above his job duties. You are very fortunate to have such a hard worker. The other facilities that I used were sufficiently manned and womanned and everyone was courteous helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience with U-Haul was a good one. P.S.- You need to clarify to people up front that that service that you use to provide helping hands for the move is not very reliable and not a true picture of your business. None of the "help" that I tried to employ showed up and one did not even answer my phone calls. Despite this, I would use U-Haul again, but not the man power help service. I would give them a poor review.

The employees constantly leave the gate open at this facility. When I questioned a day where I felt my car had been tampered with they refused to review the footage. I was told that I had to file a police report and that only a police officer could view the footage. Why would I file a report without seeing if there was an issue? If I’m paying for security but not receiving security, isn’t that a breach of contract? If this facility is a reflection of your other facilities, I feel sorry for your customers that are being swindled.
