The windshield was quite dirty and needed cleaning. There was a glove under the seat that someone had left . I did and online check in and did not receive the promised email receipt. Overall I think the rental was appropriate cost to value. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.James M.
Your on line reservations is worse than horrible I can not express to you about a 3 HR on phone horrible set up and horrible menus and horrible people on phone You screwed up the dates the no of u boxes the delivery everything The local people that are distributors are the ones that keep u haul from going under Jim Compton in Asheville NC his brother Scott was fabulous And Jennifer and Desiree in port Townsend were fabulous U haul on line almost lost me as a customer forever It's horrible And It was horrible for these people who helped me They too were frustrated but always good to meJodi M.
The truck I reserved online and checked in online was not available when I went to pick it up. I was given a smaller truck which meant more trips and more money spend in men working with me on the move. The girl checking us in was rude and not very helpful. Suggested that she could call to see if another location had the larger truck but that we would need to pick it up from there. That meant again, more time and more money!!!! She said it is always best to speak to a person when reserving a truck! If that is the case, then why do you have a website to reserve a truck. Believe me if you weren't the only choice in town I would go elsewhere! I have rented from this facility 4 other times in the past year and have had the same problem with the truck size before!Beryl S.

I have used both U-box and moving companies, for any future moves I will continued to use the U-box. It is safe, reliable and will arrive when and where U-haul has written on the agreement. No scam, no up sale, no rubbish. The consumer gets what is listed on the contract and won't get the sales person calling back later for more money. Most moving companies are horrible. â€œ$19.95â€ actually means â€œ$85â€ after being nickeled and dimed for everything. Stop advertising as such- every truck on the lot is labeled â€œ-lowest priceâ€ for whatever reason. Allotted me 30 miles for use when the drop location was 32 miles away, so they tagged on charges for â€œover-milageâ€- not pleased considering the employee at the office was dismissive and obviously didn't listen to me regarding my needed usage. Drop off location was not properly disclosed. Contract said one location while text to return location was different.Emily M.

Forced me to make a round trip and bring the van back to port Townsend when I live half a mile from a uhaul said they werent taking any uhauls in port angeles so I had to pay mileage and fuel to bring it back over 50 miles thats dumbTravis P.

As U-Haul was my only contact for rental I find that there is a total lack of concern for my privacy as I have been inundated with constant requests from movers. Get control of your data and don't ever pass client info to unsolicited parties or I will stop using U-Haul for any reason as well as referring others elsewhere.Jeffrey J.

I am very disappointed with this group at your Port Townsand location. I rented for units for I personally went to the location on February 10th , told them we were finished with the rental. Again in March we asked them to pick the units. They not only ignored me , but charged me for March, April and May , I called the manager 3 times this week ,no response. I am asking for a reimbursement for the past 3 months. please consider the fact that I rented 4 units for over 8 months from this location. I would say that the equipment was mostly clean. Some grass clumps from a precious renter were in the trailer. They did not cause any problems, but sweeping out trailers after use would be nice.Michael A.
The Port Townsend location excels in every aspect of customer service. I see no room for improvement there. The online reservation process is still pretty cumbersome, constantly selling customers so many features that it gets annoying. Three is enough. After I have hit "no thanks" five or six times it gets tedious.Richard H.

Your only problem is PHONE service, its impossible to get connected in a timely manner...wait times for more than 1/2 hour or sometime I just gave up...Im sure you lose a ton of business, due to your poor phone connectionsLynn W.

Traffic department was horrible. They gave us drop off location that was an hour away, reason was couldn't find a spot for a ten foot truck. We called a local uhaul nearby and they said they had a spot and we called traffic department back they couldn't clear it.
