KIMBERLY LIm being subjective but you have an outstanding mgt. I can tell she doesn't just hire any body . She is a kind person and has such a genuine warmth about her. I like in cda but I would drive 50 miles to just be around that kind ness . U haul is very lucky to have that crew but once again, it starts at the top

BRIAN GThe location was inconvenient to my destination. Despite several other U-Hail locations 10 minutes from my destination, I was forced to drop off 25 minutes away. That should be U-Hauls problem to move overstock around, not the customer’s. Furthermore, the nice man working at the drop off noted a discrepancy in the trailer ID. He tried to delay my proper demrop off. I had to become indignant and insist on leaving the trailer so I could get on with my long day. Problems such as that are the company’s issue to resolve not the customer’s. The facility itself was wonderful. The worker was polite but delayed Mr unnecessarily.
