was not told about returning the blankets in original bag? online check in was horrible, could not adjust fuel level to show what was actually there , i discussed with the manager there and he said not to worry. when i dropped off truck it had exactly what i picked it up and the agent wanted to charge me extra fuel.

We rented a car hauler. Told them we would not have it back on time & we're fine paying for a 2nd day even though it was only gonna be 2 hours late. They left earlier than closing time, we told them we both worked & could we bring it back at noon. The employee (Janay) said that's fine we won't charge a 3rd day. When we took it back the store manager insisted we be billed a 3rd day even with his employee telling him she had told us that. Needless to say I called corporate & complained. They said they could see on their end we only had it 2 days & refunded the additional day back. I have 2 friends that rented moving vans, both had paid reservation fee. Both when they went to pick them up. Van was gone. One had to travel to Utah Co to get his & they billed him the mileage for their mistake.

I rented from the price Utah location and took it to Kansas, the Uhaul place of check in didn't happen like any other place I've been so I delivered it 3 days early and then Time goes on then Uhaul contacts my email of a lost trailer ,I responded with the same message and nothing follows, due to poor check in routine. So I will still use Uhaul but the location will have to definitely more professional.

Overbooked trailer size I needed used a smaller truck they were going to give us a discount. They were closed when we got there at 4:50, they said they would mark the time and inspect truck and not process bill until Monday morning. When I got home they ran our card and didn’t get our 50.00 credit !!! Kinda really PISSED

Keep more boxes in stock at this location. All the boxes I ordered were not available on the first day. The staff was very helpful but I did have to come back a second day to get all the boxes I needed.

We had a tire blow out, which hit the exhaust and bent it. While they were changing the tire they discovered that another tire was bad and had to be changed. They then after standing on the side of the road in the hot sun getting a tire that was supposedly up to “code” had to drive bad to the shop to get the exhaust fixed. If it was up to code then why did the gentleman who was doing the changing say that it was bad? The gentleman who changed the tire had to fill the rest of the tires as well. If the truck was checked like they said then why would the tread come off? A nail would not have done that kind of damage!!

Improve truck availability. Overall I’m completely disappointed with my U-Haul experience. We ordered two weeks ahead reserving a 15’ truck. We arrived and there wasn’t one available and we’re not given any discount or solution to cover our needs other than being backed into a corner of accepting a smaller truck. To make it worse I paid for a third day, but didn’t use it and they wouldn’t repay me for the unused time. So to sum it up... I was not given what I ordered. Was not notified in advance that I wouldn’t get what I expected and needed, and they extremely overcharged me refusing to refund my overcharges. Stating that “only corporate is allowed to give refunds”

I have no complaints. Joshua, Sergio and the other young man who all helped me over the last week have been nothing less than amazing. My circumstances have been troublesome to say the least. Josh did everything possible to help me and went way above and beyond. The two young men who work for him did as well. Great leadership, great team wonderful service.
