This is why I am not providing a positive review. This is what I wrote to REPWEST this morning @ 4:34 AM in response to their requests about my damage Claim 04217811-2025. "Hello Kylee Damon. I received your correspondence; however, I have been very busy with unloading and unpacking my belongings since they were delivered to me via U-Box at UHAUL on 01/10/2026. Even though I have suffered much damage of my items that were at the storage facility of Pueblo West; I have been thoroughly going through things and trying to savage and clean what I could. Please remember that this is not an easy task as I had a 4+ bedroom - 3 bath 2-car garage home [i.e. 997 E. Linda Ave. Pueblo West, CO 81007] inside of the (10) U-Box containers that came from the (2) storage units. What I can't comprehend is the lack of empathy and understanding from your company. Meaning, you have a person (me) who had (2) storage units with each unit having the added insurance on them of $10,000 each on them. It appears to me that I am being given the "run-around" in trying to receive compensation for my damaged household items that I trusted to UHAUL to store for me; the run-around from the Pueblo West Storage Facility and from you. This is extremely upsetting, and I have experienced much mental and emotional distress since this incident has occurred. For you to ask me to provide receipts for all of these things is totally ridiculous and ludicrous. Who keeps receipts from 5+ plus years ago? Do you? I wonder how many people on social media actually have "receipts" for items 5+ years ago? It appears to me that you are insinuating that I am lying about WHAT possessions that I have. Obviously, I must have had these items for me to purchase (10) U-Boxes; including the professional movers who packed and moved them; AND they were all full. As I stated in previous conversations; that even the movers witnessed the damage that the mice had done to my personal times. Both sets of movers - E&E Movers and Tennessee Valley Movers. But that's okay. I was trying to work this out so that what I thought would be fair for EVERYONE; but it appears that this is not what you want. Originally, I had asked for $2,500 for the damage; only to be met with delayed responses, the run-around, and unreasonable demands. So in essence, it did me no good for me to purchase the insurance when in fact, it appears that you do not really want to reimburse me. Previously, I sent photos showing proof of some of the damage; and I was able to take more photos once the movers unloaded my items in Tennessee. Please note that as I unpack and continue going through things; as stated, I have been trying to salvage some things that have sentimental value; i.e. such as my deceased mother's items that she left me in her will. The things so far that are ruined beyond repair are the mattresses, box springs, and one floor tum of the blue drums. I have (3) FULL drum sets in totality; one blue set; one brown set, and a maroon set. I have these things because I am a musician. As far as my dining room table set of (8) chairs - I tried to wipe down the set to remove the urine smell; but I was not able to do anything so far with the "bite marks" on my dining room table, so I placed a table cloth over the top of it. I can never show it bare again. My (2) living room couches totally wreak of mice urine and feces. Because of these items being ruined, I cannot sit on my living room furniture and I can't place the beds into my bedrooms. Therefore I have been sitting on a bean bag for furniture and an air mattress to sleep on. But again, that's okay. Because of the extreme difficulty that you have made this whole process, and your reluctance to make me "whole or partly whole"; I am withdrawing my claim and will try to "rebuild" my life again some way some how. AND I will also be providing a review & official complaint of my experience with this whole process, and I would not wish this on anyone. Cordially, Sañdra Wise" My MOVE OUT date is totally wrong, as I obviously moved out on 12/27/2025 the day the movers came to move my items into the U-BOX containers. I continue to dispute this with management, and they continue to tell me to disregard this as the computer shows this due to a claim being open on storage units #31 and #46. I do not OWE any money to UHAUL.

MELVIN MI had wanted to drop off the truck at a different location. Late in the afternoon on the 27th I was sent a text and an email to drop off at this location. So I did. There was no one around. It is a storage unit site. Office not open when I dropped off at 4:15pm on the 27th! NOT ON THE 28th!! I called U-Haul to let them know I dropped off the truck. On the 27th at 4:15pm.

She starts ranting and yelling before she even knows what is going on. She is incapable of handling her job. We were out of our unit before our months end. I called the main office and they left an internal message. She confirmed the message. Additionally,we spoke to her in person that we were out of the unit and yet she still charged my card for payment. She may not be bright but at least she's obnoxious. payment.

In addition when u picked up the truck it had a little over half a tank and when I return it had the same amount however was charge for 6 gallons. At this point I didn’t even call the Albuquerque locations because I was so exhausted over the rest of the process.
