As far as my experience great little 15 foot truck. Only complaint about it was the drivers side armrest was uncomfortable after awhile. Returning was a breeze even at 2 a.m. check into the app take pics and answer questions return the key. Whatever your doing don't change it.CHRISTIAN L.

This U-Haul location's phone number doesn't connect directly with the store itself. What could have been a few minutes conversation about my U-Box took me almost 45 mins because I had to go through regional/national customer service. This was very frustrating. The staff at this location is also not very friendly. When I asked questions I was treated like I was stupid and the woman working was short with me. It was not a pleasant experience.Anthony K.
You can warn a customer that chooses a specific location that the truck they want isn't available there, so then you make me drive extra miles to get the truck there and back as well as have me show up at the wrong location to pick up because it just automatically switched locations when I just picked up a truck from the mile-away location days earlier.ROBERT A.

There was no place to put my key overnight so it had to be here. Then I was harassed all day about where the key was like I still have the key. But there was no place to put the key. So it had to be here with some other lots. I feel as if I was disrespected. Because I brought it Back. And as a tax paying citizen and knowing that the credit card was used and you guys were paid to think that somebody would do something with that key. And to continually keep calling me about the key and I was trying to figure out how to tell them where to locate it because they had no dropbox. Was a very big inconvenience for me and I appreciate it if Something would be done because of the experience I went throughDEVIN T.

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly. However I got the 15 feet truck I wanted and was able to be on my way so it didn't matter. Hire associate that want to work and do not hate their life. So they do not take it out on paying customers. However I got what I expected from the person behind the counter. I have only been in two U-Haul (one local provided and one main branch) that the customer services went above and beyond to make me happy. Sadly this person was one of the worst.Mary H.

When I originally booked the U-Haul, I selected the other location in Richmond that was only a mile from my house. Somehow it was changed to this location which was a 15 minute drive and additional mileage. Totally frustrating and not cool.Rohit B.

The reservation was made over the phone with the Richmond location. When we arrived to pick up the truck, the location was closed up and no one available. After an hour of being on the phone, and differing excuses someone came to check out the truck. Now over a week after the truck was returned, an additional 430.99 was charged to my CC. The original charge should have been 170 on the 15th and a secondary charge for any extra miles on the 17th. There is a charge for 51 on the 18th and 230 on 21st that are still pending. No compensation was made for the hour and a half I had to wait to get the truck i reserved. Never was it mentioned on the phone that there was an after hour or early pick up available resulting in renting for an extra day and now over $700 charged to my card that I now have to fight to get credited.chris W.
