Stored camper in December 2024. Arrived April 2025 and the door had been broken into and my heavy duty stabilizer hitch had been stolen out of it. Went to front desk. Employee tried to call manager and could not get with her. Left and went on to camp and visit family. She said the manager would call me about looking at cameras. Never received a call till this day. Picked unit up on July 11th for a family visit. Came back to drop off on Sunday July 13th at 7:30am. Keypad would not operate door to open. Office did not open until 10:00am and we had a 6 hours drive home. So called the number for Uhaul and got an operator. She tried calling the local manager and could not get an answer or leave a voicemail. She tried calling the manager of the manager and could not get an answer. So we decided to bring the camper back home with us. Called Monday July 14th to cancel our reservation (15 days early) with problems and NO offer for refund or anything. I will not rent from this location again. (Unfortunalty, this was a great location for access to family and campgrounds). I have also reached out to two other friends renting at same location to get them to move as well.

I rented online and the place we went to pick up the uhaul was no longer in business. It put us behind a couple of hours on our trip. I cant understand how i was able to book online and find out when i am there to pick up my rental that the place is no longer in business. I think that is unacceptable. Uhaul did reach out and were able to book it at another facility but it did put us further behind on our trip because we had to go 20 miles out of the way both ways (to pick up and to drop off) total of 40 miles not counting the wasted time at the original rental place.

As it turned out, all the Elberta units were already rented. Cy made the reservation for the next nearest location, Robertsdale, and all the paperwork was completed for that location, including the access card. All that was needed to do was to install the U-Haul lock on the unit's door when I arrived there. DONE!

Very pleasant customer service and the unit was clean and ready to move in. We came at the last minute right before time to close and the man was still super nice and didn’t hesitate to help us get a unit rented. We have been using this location for storage for several years and are completely satisfied with the business and how it’s ran. We always use U-Haul for everything and always have a good experience with them

This location saved my day and my move. Christopher S. helped me after a three hour long disaster where two different U-Haul stores couldn’t help me at ALL. If I ever need to rent a U-Haul again I will be contacting this location specifically.

Do a better job checking the tires. After pick up and I got home and loaded the trailer I had a flat tire due to a loose valve stem. I made the repair and the tire was good. Other people may not be able to do that in a crunch.

Bridget was so helpful and friendly I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She was wonderful and made the storage building rental quick and easy, helping my wife and I with setting up future payments through auto pay bank draft. She knew the ins and outs of the UHaul system and had the correct answer to all our questions. Would highly recommend!!!

I opened up my trailer trying to load it up and I found at least 10 dozen U-Haul moving pads that were not folded and were thrown inside my trailer. I had to spend my own time to fold them up and store them while using the trailer. No one at this location would help me with my problem when I returned it.

I have used this location for storage for over 5 years. I have my rv there now. Originally I had rented a unit to store some things after the hurricane sally hit. It was one of the only places that had something to even rent and the only reason was because it was brand new but it filled up fast. I know my belongings, whatever I have stored there at the time , is safe because they have an amazing security system. I can always get to my things 24/7 and it’s well lit up at night so you can see. It’s always clean and maintained always. I would definitely recommend wolf bay storage location for U-Haul to anyone that needs storage or a U-Haul. I have rented uhauls from this location too. Super nice and helpful people. They have whatever you need to make a move and a place to store things as well. The uhauls I’ve gotten have always been nice and clean and well kept and run great

Nothing special about the units or location. It's between my two points of interest, so it's just convenient for me. The location was neither clean (inside store) or inviting. There was nothing that would have drawn me there if I had seen the location from the road while driving by. I reserved the unit from Virginia. The employee did her best, but ultimately was not very helpful. I had reserved a Large unit to rent. When I arrived, they had no large units available because they were not 'clean'. These were not rented already, just not cleaned out enough to rent out. This was unacceptable to me, but I had no choice at the time except to rent two Medium units instead. At this moment, no.. I would not recommend this location to a friend.
