TERRI L M.The last two 6x12 trailers that I have used to move have had lights that do not work at all or stop working about 5 miles into our trip. The pictures that were taken of my trailer upon check-in were not if the actual trailer that we were picking up. The fender was damaged on the one we picked up and the one in the picture was not. So I retook all pictures to be sure we had the most up to date ones on file. We made it to our destination and would use U-Haul again. Apart from the lights we have had no problems with the trailers that we have used. Thank you!

Tigers T.They called me to yell at me about not dropping it off at another location that wasn't foothill blvd. They didn't even let me explain and they pretty much hung up on me.
Raistlin C.I requested a 5x8 trailer, after being sent to a different shop, coming back to the first, and returning the following day, I finally accepted what I asked for initially. However, when I returned the trailer it was discovered that I had been issued the wrong trailer. Trailer wasn't in the best of shape, had been laid over at some point and the weld in the upper corner wasn't solid, water leaked into it. Did however, work for what I needed it to do. Overall, not a very easy or comfortable process. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing and seems that communication is lacking until something is wrong.

Hayden M.Took an hour to get passed your dog shit website. Then your cheap locks won't work in Wyoming where, SUPRISE!, it gets cold at 6500ft in the mountains in December. And then the manager wasn't at the facility to help us even at opening time. The regional manager guy came to get the locks open and all of a sudden it's my fault I don't carry a crack torch to warm up your locks that aren't suitable for our climate. And this is the second time I've used uhaul and in both times I've reserved the 26ft unit but somehow the wizard running the center street facility and doofus running the foothill one, decide I'm not worthy of it and give it away. Fuck me right? I'd rather move my 3000 sq ft house across country, making as many trips as it takes in a smart car while riding with a Great Dane that gets car sick than use your service ever again. Thank you for reminding me that I apparently deserve some sort of punishment for something I've done in a past life that involves dealing with yet another giant company that can not seem to figure out to to make a website that doesn't suck so bad Hoover jealous. I'd rather rip my dick off and throw it into a River than use you again. Thank you.

John M.My issue isn't with the location or the service. Paul was amazing. But I had the equipment for less than 24 hours. In which case I rented it Saturday afternoon and returned it Sunday morning. Which Paul had told me was perfectly fine. Uhaul charged me the cost of the rental and insurance. I returned it and did everything online the way I was instructed to do so when I returned it Sunday morning. And then you guys tried to charge me for 3 days. I didn't even have it a full day. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
