MILTON H | Overall ExperienceAttendant/staff did a really good job informing me of my contract and was very polite.
TONY DAll outside lights are still covered with spider webs. All units need to be completely closed in, Rats and Mice climb. Rats attacked the mice that were in my unit 1447 and it was a Bloody mess. They got in thur the open top of the unit. I have them on my security cameras walking across the wires. My unit was completely clean at move in. No food or anything was available for them. And when your ventilation goes out you should Notify your customers because mold sets in quickly.
ANDREA D | Overall ExperienceAfter I dropped off the trailer they did not bill me or show that I dropped the trailer off for over 2 days. Still honestly don’t know if they ever closed it out. I spoke with customer service 4x about this and Everytime they say they will get it figured out.
SEAN BWhen I arrived there was a young lady behind the desk and 3 customers waiting including me while she was attending to one at the desk. She had no help in the yard, so she had to leave the desk for each customer after finishing the paperwork. Two more customers came in while I was waiting. When it was my turn at the desk everything was taken care of in a professional way, although she had to go out and take pictures of my hookup and then return to help other customers. I give the young lady a 10 because she was never rushed or bothered by the apparent waiting time and was very businesslike and kind. This may be Uhaul's mode of operation but I was fine with it because of her performance. When I returned the equipment a few hours later she did have help at that time. I was also surprised at the way the equipment and vehicles were scattered all over the big lot. My waiting time was less than 30 minutes.
DALTON IWas caught of guard when I was told I had to give a one hundred dollar deposit. Because I was using a debit MasterCard. On line reservation. I went to uhaul to pay in advance was told I pay on day of picking up truck . I could have been aware of paying $100.00 deposit on day of picking up truck.

ANNIE C | Overall ExperienceThere were abandoned belongings at the back door. If someone leaves objects your staff needs to dispose of them immediately. Leftover items make the place look trashy and unkept. My movers and I had to continually walk around these items. It was in our way.

Sierra MI had no issues with the previous management nor U-Haul...until the renovations started. It was extremely stressful and costly to be told that I had to move 10,000 square feet of valuable personal belongings "this weekend or next weekend." I had hired professional movers to move all of my belongings into storage upon downsizing from 10,000 square feet. My new home wasn't ready yet, but rather than hiring the same professional movers to move my things into new storage units and then into another house (twice as expensive), I made the difficult decision to move all my belongings into a house that still has a lot of work to be done. I understand that U-Haul would have assumed this responsibility, but I trust my movers who work for a man I know personally. I have nice things and realize that the more they are moved the more chance for damage. All of my possessions are crammed into rooms not currently under construction until they can be put into the correct place in a couple of months. The phone calls were stressful as I didn't feel like anyone was listening to me and my situation until I spoke to Chris. Once an agreement had been reached and I went to RM in person, Jose was very pleasant in person, although I realize it is because I did what the management in RM wanted and that was to get my stuff out by February 28th.

DAVID SThe access door remains open, no code needed to enter. The unit had rat droplets inside prior to move in. I had no way of knowing of neither until I start to move in, the facility was closed, I called to report it but the call was dropped, so I reported my concerns on today. I would recommend if concerns are taken seriously. I would have to see how the rest of experience goes. The office nor the storage walk ways were dirty it was not until I open my storage unit to see the droplets.

Sidney AImprove the self check in process. The app and the website was not working for me. My pick up time was at 8am I had to wait until the place opened. I paid mover’s so they were getting frustrated waiting on me to get the truck.
DOMENIQUE PThe front bumper was damaged and the grill was taped together. Driver door didn’t shut well so road noise was very loud making it impossible to hear gps directions. Passenger door had to be slammed shut or the open door alarm would display on the info screen.

CECIL LWhen I picked the truck up it was a 1/4 below what it was supposed to be on told the employee they said bring it back on 1/2 a tank so done what I had to do went to go put gas in and I only drove 10 miles start to finish took 75$ and I showed them receipt come to find out the gas gauge doesn’t work right takes about 20 minutes for it to read smh they said we will only charge you .79 instead of .89 wow .10 saving so I saved 1.00$ and spent 74$ because yall can’t check a truck in righy so I paid for y’all’s mistake

GREGORY TEVERYONE there was extremely helpful and friendly. From the first phone call to turning in the trailer, I dealt with 5 different people. Each one was very professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a truck or trailer.

The facility interior is too difficult to get to for the large units and there were no carts or wheeled equipment to assist the person using the storage space. The staff did offer the use of U-Haul dollies and hand truck but the distance to the unit was still challenging… for me.

The equipment and truck were in excellent condition, and the location was convenient. Jose was quick to resolve any issues I had, especially with the holiday and its impact on closing times. Honestly, everything was handled so smoothly that I can't think of anything to improve. Thank you for the exceptional service!
