I had reserved a storage unit when I reserved my uhaul, when I got there yesterday the employee said they were at a 100% capacity. The truck had water bottles, soda bottles, and crumbled papers in the inside of the truck. And after having issues with the truck and having to take it back to the facility facility, my return was not extended as I felt it should have been.LEROY P.

I've been using U haul for over 40 years. The center you have in Salisbury, Md. which I used has to be the best! Go look for yourself if you don't believe me. The were quite reluctant about my buying them lunch, but they well deserved it!ROBERT O.
I was not happy with the size of the truck at first and they gave me a different one and said it was no problem. They were helpful and made sure I was taken care of quickly and also they made sure to explain everything we needed to know. the man was great that helped us in the office he deserves to be told he gave us great customer service and I would tell anyone looking to rent a truck for anything to use the Salisbury U-Haul.Daniel K.
I used the storage locker at this facility for several years …and we just moved out.. there was like no dust on my furniture or boxes ...The staff always greeted me and ask if I needed anything ….always helpful if I had any questions …always asking if I needed help with anything …. There was NO One-Way rental option available. I had to do round trip option which added excess cost to my rental. Also, paying up front charges was confusing. I shouldnt had to pay $150 up front. When i returned during off hours i paid the actual amount of $177. I was concerned that i would be charged $150 plus $177. Fortunately i was charged the actual amount but it can be stated clearer the payment processSTEPHEN N.

Using the app at this location always seems to be a problem. Made my reservation for 8AM with self check in. Some how my reservation wasn't completed correctly on back side of things and a notification informed me I needed to check in with a rep at opening which wasn't until 9AM. Luckily there were two reps who showed up around 8:15 that had to fix my reservation. Finally get in to my truck and noticed the tire pressure light was on and check engine light was on. Again I had to get a rep to fix the issue, tire pressure light never removed but check engine light was fixed. I did not leave the property until 8:35AM, reservation was set for 8AM and I arrived at 7:55am. Absolutely ridiculous and will NEVER use this location again!!!Brianna W.

Truck has a small water leak somewhere in the roof. Rained the night I rented it and some if my furniture got wet, everything was securely packed, wrapped and protected so no major issues but something to be aware if.EDGAR T.

went to location, and no one was there. went to a second location about a half a mile away. was told to go back to the first location and just slide the key and contract into the box. when I started to do the return on my cell phone, it sent me back to the second location. wasted at least a half an hour. poor customer support on Uhaul's part.Morell O.

The staff was very friendly, and the office neat and tidy. My only issue was I use the pick-up truck for approx. 2 1/2 hrs, only drove it 3 miles (this information can be verified on my contract) and still was charged $9 for 2 gallons of gas. Now I am fairly sure that that p/u gets slightly better mileage than that !DOUGLAS H.

Reserved online and received a confirmation. When we show up with all of our stuff after a multi state move they say they haven’t had availability at that location in months and were not sure why online keeps allowing people to make the reservations. They also noted that they noticed it the day before but never called us to tell us which caused us to lose two hours of our day driving there and dealing with it.
