Tell customer if there is a gate on trailer it should be measured in case it is smaller than width of trailer for entry. Very dissatisfied on service not even a credit for another trailer.

I would not recommend you order online ever. The lady 548-773-5588 clearly did not know what she was doing in Edmonton. She told me that all the trucks were booked up and I would have to pickup a Truck in Humboldt which is 2 hour south east of Saskatoon. She also told me I would have to pick up a trailer 2 hours north east of Saskatoon. When I arrived at the Millar Ave location there where all kinds of Trucks and trailers. I ended up getting what I booked online, however I was over charged due to Edmonton's big screw up with my online order.

I was charged $8.90 extra for gas and only travelled 19kms. I also put in $5.00 gas and they still charged me extra. Manager I spoke to said he would look into it and I still have not heard from him as he said he would get back to me. I have told all my friends to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, they are a rip off outfit. Bloody sad isn't it for a company that is this large, make up your own conclusions but guess why they are so large, definitely not from customer service and a good corporate citizens company are they?????? VERY VERY INCOMPETENT STAFF

if you rent a trailer but have someone pull it with their truck the receipt should still be Able to be put in renters name. There should be a discount if you return the trailer in 8 hours

The lady when I picked up the truck, what not very knowledgeable about where I was dropping off the truck. I asked for Wynyard sk. She was good with it. Problem being Wynyard is not open. I had to drive the truck to the next drop off location I really pain in the butt. I got charged for the gas and mileage which I feel I shouldn't have to as it wasn't my fault she didn't know Wynyard was closed. V

Work with Wilson's Lifestyle Center to have them update their hours in your system. I was originally scheduled to pick up there but they were actually closed and hadn't let uhaul know. Wasted an hour and a half of my day when I already had a busy day of moving planned.

Customer service was awesome. Personnel at the counter helped me with hooking the trailer to my vehicle and offered to help me to unhook it. Website check-in makes the transaction faster. Renting is very affordable.

I had some trouble with the "on your phone" renting of it all. It was a long process, to begin with, and then I had to call and wait for quite a long time to return the van, because I couldn't find my rental when I logged in. BUT! Your personnel on the phone were very polite, and helped me through it graciously. I had just wished it was a better program

I do not like the gas policy. I was going to Winnipeg and received a vehicle with not quite a 3/4 tank. I had to fill it. I asked that I be given a credit for the fill and would return the vehicle with a full tank as I have done with other rental companies. I was refused. I utilized the tool for filling in Winnipeg and predictably it resulted in more than 3/4. I am not impressed with the policy as it is essentially an extra cost for me and extra profit for them. The 609 mile allowance was too tight especially since the drop off location was in a distant quadrant of Winnipeg.

The mileage system is faulty. Having trucks that are only sectioned off in quarters, but having it set at in eighths is ridiculous. It caused a lot of issues when I went to return the truck.

This was probably my first positive interaction with uhaul. It was a bit annoying that I had to wait for an employee to hook up the trailer as per your policy but other then that things went smoothly.

Just making sure the unit is cleaned prior to renting out!! There was an Dairy Queen bag with garbage inside, as well as empty water bottles! The Staff were Awesome!

What is the point of online check-in if you still have to wait an hour in line to get the keys? You should have a 'pre registered/booked ' line in the store for those of us who signed in and reserved online. Especially on last weekend of month.

The parking lot was a little un organized , there were Ubox trailers around , equipment was kinda all over the place . It looked a little messy . No signs for check in or drop off . The gentlemen who checked me in was very pleasant .

The whole experience was horrible. The place for pickup originally was closed., had to take cabs from one place to another, went to Millar Ave location, got a van but not for 24 as it was supposed to be.

I was initially given a very dirty and filthy vehicle, inside and out. I was told it had only been returned the evening before. When I asked for a different vehicle, the gentlemen was very helpful and gave me a clean vehicle.

Check to make sure swept out. we were not able to leave until 9:25 so when we brought it back (7 hours later) at 5:25....we were charged for the additional day. Caught that and said not paying and the bill was corrected.

The truck I rented had less than a 1/4 tank of gas and manager told me he would give me a discount on my bill ranging from 10 to 30 dollars which I thought was a nice gesture. When I brought the truck back I put in enough gas to have gauge read between 1/4 and 3/8 so essentially I put in 20 dollars of gas to make sure I had enough to last day. When I dropped off the truck to do walk around I mentioned to the worker that I should get a discount the manager promised when I picked up the truck. And the manager denied the discount because I brought the truck back with more gas then what I started with which is stupid if you ask me. I would like the manager to honour his so called nice gesture that he didn't honour. I should not be picking up a truck that may not have enough gas to get me to gas station. That's not right, and I may or may not rent from your company again. Well at least not from the Saskatoon depot I dealt with. Other than that truck was good and the worker I dealt with was professional but not the manager. I hope this review helps and I hope no one else goes through what I did.

They were undergoing renovations and there was Covid19 processes in place. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Also, they were aware of the lineup and showed interest and helpful to work with individuals in the lineup to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

I booked my trailer for pick up at 9am, was there by 905. Planned for about a half hour to pick up trailer, wanted to be on the road for 11am. Didn't leave your store until 11, under no circumstances should I be waiting for 2 hours to pick up a trailer that I reserved and did the online pre checkout for. Then when I get the trailer it's smaller than what I reserved, and they managed to double bill for the rental.

Can was filthy with food wrappers from previous renters. Not reassuring in times of Covid. When asked how long the truck had rested between rentals the yard man answered “Three hours...?” He was however helpful in securing the car to the trailer. The wait at the counter was unacceptable. Over an hour while they sorted through paperwork for what turned out to be separate contracts. We had confirmed all on line as requested. Yet no matters cover had been included and we had to line up again to be served. Very frustrating experience. Our third Uhaul rental in 24 months. Winnipeg. Vancouver. Saskatoon. None have been seamless.

Get your online check in to correspond with your uhaul locations. I did the online check in to try speed up the check in, and ended up spending close to half hour at the uhaul desk as they got a lot of the same info that I had entered online. Also I was almost an hour late for my pickup, and the appliance dolly, furniture dolly, and furniture pads I ordered online were not ready. They had to call around the building to find some, and ends up they couldn't come up with a furniture dolly. Also the truck I used had close to 200,000 miles on it and burned fuel very richly. If I opened the windows at highway speed an unburned fuel smell would fill the cab, so likely an exhaust leak as well. I had a 7 hour drive in this truck (which was indicated on my online check in and verified at the desk), so would recommend that uhaul keeps the old trucks like the one I got for in-town moves, and give newer ones to people doing out of town moves. Definitely will make sure I get a lower k model next time if there is one available. Oh, and I paid online, but then still had to pay again at the counter for taxes and fees. I was surprised by that, and heard another customer be surprised by it as well. So if that could be fixed as well that would be great.

We were to go to the 47th Street E location in Saskatoon and got redirected to Millar ave. They didn't have the equipment we ordered online. So got up charged for appliance dollies instead of utility dollies as requested on July 7th. The man who assisted was fine. He took the contract and filled it minus the proper dollies.

The woman who was working the front desk at this location when I checked in on August 30th was excellent! It was a busy day and she managed to help me, while managing numerous phone calls and also working with the rest of the crew outside. Kudos to the inside staff dealing with a lot of requests and customers on this very busy weekend.

I did the 24/7 self service. the key was not in a locked compartment anywhere, i had to wait inside and get the key from the people, which the 24/7 service is supposed to avoid. I missed an hour of service because of this. There needs to be better communication between the physical uhaul company and the app. thanks.
