Your 15' truck advertised at $29.95 cost me $89! That is a complete misrepresentation. For that reason I would be reluctant to rent from you again! The truck I was given was clean but its maintenance was at best questionable. Steering was making pump noise and mechanical noise. Drivers door made a horrible noise when opening or closing. Needed lubrication. Vehicle steering wheel was not straight and vehicle pulled left slightly when driving. Indicates an alignment problem. Should have been retired a long time ago? Brakes were excellent. Vehicle had plenty of power..

Dricer mirror was very scratched up making it hard to see traffic when th sun or light conditions would affect the scratches in the mirror to view properly. Floor mats were dirty but did not hinder the rental of the truck.

I was very dissatisfied that they did not have the furniture dolly like I reserved it with anticipation, making the moving harder than ever,the customer service was terrible, they didn't offer an explanation on why did not have the furniture dolly. I felt for the first time U-haul staff being rude to me considering I always use U-Haul service several times (10 times at least). I will look for a different company in the future.

I was the director of Human Resources in a large corporation, John and his assistants were incredible. They are an asset to the company and what keeps this location operating at peak efficiency. Uhaul main office should support them so they can continue their high standard of operation. I noticed that they could use additional staff on a number of occasions that I was attending to my storage lockers, renting trucks or trailers. They we’re all very busy with customers and yet they continued pushing to the extreme to assist everyone in an a timely and friendly manner. John’s work ethic and the staff’s were top notch and demonstrated that they would do anything to help customers above and beyond most companies standards. If our employees did as much as these individuals do on a daily basis It would have made my job much easier and I could attend to more significant issues. It was a pleasure to do business with this group and would recommend this location to my friends an associates. I would tell them this group no matter who the customer is will always get the best care possible even it’s their first time coming to Uhaul on Miller Ave in Saskatoon. Saskatchewan. Well done to the the team on Miller and thanks for what you do!

I rented a trailer first time and I found agents cold and not smiling anyhow. Morever, my rented trailer's light stop to work on the second day and I returned it supposed to change new one but they rejected and I wasted one day because of this issue. I believe both manager and representative lady would be more effective, caring, and helpful.

Do a circle check with the customer. I found flat and bald tires on a trailer after it was attached to my truck. The employee that helped me took a picture of the trailer hookup he made to my truck and quickly left the area as I was doing a circle check. I had to track him down and get a different trailer, as the one he initially gave me was not road safe. I also rented a 26' van and there was mass miscommunication throughout. The online check in confused me as I had planned on doing an in person pickup and drop off. I kept calling to ensure that my truck was going to be available for me on the date I had arranged, and every time I talked to a representative they told me a different drop off date than what I initially asked for. I thought everything was good to go until I received a paper copy of my rental agreement and the drop off date was STILL incorrect. I had to make them change it on the spot, and then I had to pay extra fees when I dropped off the truck. This was my first uhaul experience and most definitely my last uhaul experience. I understand they are a busy place but at least take the time to make sure the customer won't have any surprises to deal with. Also, taking pictures of peoples drivers license with a cell phone is a big security flaw. What a great way to accommodate identity theft. I gave the employee my drivers license for the rental and he took a picture of my ID. This is unacceptable in a digital age where information is carelessly stored on a CELL PHONE. Unencrypted, unprotected, and vulnerable to theft, accidental loss, phishing, and breach of security. Lastly I had dealt with a representative after hours so it redirected me to the call center. I wasted half an hour on the phone for a simple question, and I think the person on the other end of the call was more confused by the end of the call than at the beginning. I could barely understand/hear her, and also had to get someone to remote access her PC to see my account to assist. Proper training goes a long way, especially with diversity hires.

Found out 2 days before the rental that the location I had reserved did not have the truck I reserved. They changed my pickup location to 2 hours away from the original location. When I asked if they could move the truck from one location to another was told they do not do that and if I wanted a truck I had to go pick it up at the new location. A day before the rental somehow a truck k showed up in my preferred location. When I went to pick it up there were at least 10 of that size truck there.

Employee had a bad attitude and slapped my vehicle multiple times. He proceeded to block my backup camera with his fingers and yell at me for no reason. He was rude and cocky the entire time. I will never be coming back and will be filing a formal complaint. This kind of behaviour and attitude from an employee is unacceptable

Much better than a previous rental. I rented a trailer last year and the lights quit working I was stopped by the police and given a ticket. I repaired the light so I could continue. This cost me over 100 dollars. At the time someone from uhaul advised they would take care of it but I never heard from them again.

No contract printed upon receiving keys! Was told when booked there was just a fee for rental nothing to do with mileage as only 1hour trip there and 1 hour back! Was charged extra 73 dollars! U haul stunk took us a bit to figure out moldy sandwich and open yogurt container in glove compartment! How professional are ur team members with sanitation for next rental and fluid spilled all over console and fluid holders! Motor rpms reving when trying to speed up sucking fuel intake! When's the last time service done ?

Wrong trailer. I ordered on with a wheel chick and they didnt have one. unapologetic and rude general manager. Grabbed the trailer to see if it may work for what I needed, and it didn't. Brought it back the next morning saying I'm not paying for it. Manager said he'd be sending it to collections. Very displeased

The photos of the truck we were renting didn't properly show the previous damage to the truck. I had to waste 20 minutes of my rental time walking around the vehicle and taking additional pictures to ensure that I wasn't going to be charged for previous damage. Uhaul should be properly documenting this prior to rental, and they should be fixing this damage after it happens as well. Most of this damage was cosmetic and did not effect the truck's overall usage on any level, but it did cause concern on my end because I didn't want to be charged for it.

Arrived early in case check-in took time, however check-in was very fast as there were two clerks and I was able to pick up the van early, thank you! Dropping off the keys was another matter, I had to wait a while for the solitary clerk to return to the counter. No shame on them, but could be better staffed. I'll know for next time not to book the 9' cargo van for a studio move, we had to make two trips which was both time consuming and added to mileage.

Employee was pretty crusty and not at all friendly or inviting, hauled my trailer 40 minutes out of town to go and load it only to realize they never put the moving blankets I ordered in there so had to spend $40 extra on fuel to go back and get them and ended up waisting almost a hour of a half doing so when I only had help to load the trailer for 3 hours.

After driving 2 days with a jam packed 6× 12 uhaul trailer They did not have a large storage unit for us as per our reservation . They agreed to give us 2 plywood storage units for our household items My son and I unloaded the trailer into the 2 boxs in the ice and snow covered parking lot in negative 15 degrees Celsius Not impressed and will never recommend uhaul to anyone EVER

There was no loading bay. Access to the building and unit were through small doorways and tight hall ways. There is a support post in my unit right by the entrance. The building is dark and it's difficult to see anything.

Returned my uhaul in clean shape was told by a agent that my mileage would be covered due to inconvenience of uhaul truck not in my area had to drive 1hour away to get my uhaul then when return it find out I am being charge an excess 169. $ when i already paid 322.76 How is that fair I will never use uhaul again and i wonr recommend

I didn't actually get to store anything with uhaul TVs unit was not big enough for my items. The particular staff member I delt with john Macdonald I believe his name is I would like to give 10 stars to....he is exceptionally helpful and patient. Very knowledgable and genuinely the reason I keep coming back to this uhaul facility. Staff like him should be mandatory....Thanks John and uhaul for all the help with my many moves!!

It was terrible!! First the guy at the front finalized everything with my ID and got a lock and gave me to access keys can you show me where to go so I had to walk all the way around the building finally came back ask him to show me told him that I’ve never been here so I need some help then I get into the access to look for 1066 there was no 1066 so then I go back into the office he says that he’s too busy with customers to show me where my locker is so I said fine get me out of it I didn’t want to do it and so I cancelled everything and I will never use U-Haul for storage

Storage units were way smaller than let on in the ad, access was absolutely awful, and the staff was slow, unmotivated, and unhelpful... had find another storage unit, and just bought an enclosed trailer right after so I never have to deal with these clowns at Uhaul ever again

Despite checking in online and setting up an alternate account access for my son, they had trouble finding the account and said I had to be there as he was not registered. In the end they phoned to confirm with me but the process was lengthy and frustrating given we followed their directions. Did not know the storage was not accessed from outside. An apartment’s worth of items had to be moved down two long hallways - they did provide a dolly. Also the size I ordered on the phone was not big enough despite explaining contents so had to upgrade to a bigger size at a higher price.

i reserved a 10*14 unit about a month ahead and called few times later to confirm it as I was bringing stuff from a small town 2 hours away and didn't want any disappointment. each time I called staff confirmed my reservation. even on the date of move I called the facility and the lady on staff confirmed the reservation and didn't mention anything about it being not available. few hours later when i reached the facility they said unit was not available, I had to cram my stuff into a smaller unit of 10*10 and ultimately had to buy another unit 10*5 additionally paying 80$. Also staff didn't' offer any insurance despite asking multiple times. now some of my cushions are permanently damaged and I request U-HAUL to pay my damages and reduce the the rental fee. During the whole process staff didn't' offer any apology but was confrontational.
