Wrong trailer. I ordered on with a wheel chick and they didnt have one. unapologetic and rude general manager. Grabbed the trailer to see if it may work for what I needed, and it didn't. Brought it back the next morning saying I'm not paying for it. Manager said he'd be sending it to collections. Very displeased

The photos of the truck we were renting didn't properly show the previous damage to the truck. I had to waste 20 minutes of my rental time walking around the vehicle and taking additional pictures to ensure that I wasn't going to be charged for previous damage. Uhaul should be properly documenting this prior to rental, and they should be fixing this damage after it happens as well. Most of this damage was cosmetic and did not effect the truck's overall usage on any level, but it did cause concern on my end because I didn't want to be charged for it.
Jillian S.Arrived early in case check-in took time, however check-in was very fast as there were two clerks and I was able to pick up the van early, thank you! Dropping off the keys was another matter, I had to wait a while for the solitary clerk to return to the counter. No shame on them, but could be better staffed. I'll know for next time not to book the 9' cargo van for a studio move, we had to make two trips which was both time consuming and added to mileage.

Matthew F.Literally running a scam. Truck was on empty when I picked it up, was given a "fuel credit" to compensate as it should have been at 1/4 tank. Except I also had to return it at a quarter tank. It's incredibly difficult to guess how much fuel I need to do a long distance move and return it to 1/4 tank. So naturally I overfilled and returned the truck with over 1/2 tank of gas. So I overplayed and y'all get free fuel. All trucks should come full and need to be returned full. Y'all are literally running a scam on your customers to get them to pay for fuel so y'all don't have too.

Only recommend this location as it had alot of stock to pick from.

Not only answered my questions but were friendly and upbeat. I will definitely rent again rather than fighting to find a friend with a truck and lift heavy furniture into a truck box.

Owen T.The Uhaul did not have a full tank of gas when we picked it up. We put $60 fuel in it before drop off and we're charged over $50 at UHaul. A clearer indication would have been nice. Also the gas mileage would have been helpful to know we went 60-65 mph the entire trip and spend $650+ on fuel, insane. Also please include the cost of taxes on the confirmation page as this was another surprise cost to us $300 in taxes and fees!

In the end they phoned to confirm with me but the process was lengthy and frustrating given we followed their directions. Did not know the storage was not accessed from outside. An apartment’s worth of items had to be moved down two long hallways - they did provide a dolly. Also the size I ordered on the phone was not big enough despite explaining contents so had to upgrade to a bigger size at a higher price.

Brent S. | Overall Experiencei reserved a 10*14 unit about a month ahead and called few times later to confirm it as I was bringing stuff from a small town 2 hours away and didn't want any disappointment. each time I called staff confirmed my reservation. even on the date of move I called the facility and the lady on staff confirmed the reservation and didn't mention anything about it being not available. few hours later when i reached the facility they said unit was not available, I had to cram my stuff into a smaller unit of 10*10 and ultimately had to buy another unit 10*5 additionally paying 80$. Also staff didn't' offer any insurance despite asking multiple times. now some of my cushions are permanently damaged and I request U-HAUL to pay my damages and reduce the the rental fee. During the whole process staff didn't' offer any apology but was confrontational.
