Used this location four times in about a year and didn't have issues before and appreciated the extended use of truck for multiple days. But when picking up and returning lady gave me attitude and sold me ratchet straps that didn't work in truck and she said I didn't know how to use them. I use ratchet straps every day at my job so I know. Was very pissed at this and wouldn't let me return even though I didn't use.

Chris was great! He helped me choose the best trailer for my needs. He also went above and beyond to try and change out the ball on my hitch because it was the wrong size. But when he couldn't get the nut loose, he recommended the best hitch for my current needs and sold me on it. He was friendly the entire time and held a conversation with me as he proves the paper work!

They need to have clear instructions for when you drop off a truck so you don't sit around and waste time. Too many other customers who needed help for far too long. If I did eveything online, and need to drop it off, then make it easy. Don't waste my time.

Make that the charges your given are the EXACT charges you have. I was rated on 1 then given a FINAL charge but my account balance shows 2 different amounts and I've trying to reach the company and no luck.

I had a very hard time opening and closing the over head door. It hits something almost as soon as you open it. Besides the door it was a great ride and easy process!

Do not believe the dimensions of the larger trailers listed online. I wasted six hours and couldn't fit my machine in at the other end. I argued this at the end of the day and they didn't even bat an eyelid, charging me the full amount and telling me it was my problem. Avoid as much as possible, go to Lowes or somewhere else.

Typically do not comment, but the young gentleman that checked us out was outstanding. The trailer was returned a mess, and he went above and beyond to get the product cleaned and ready for us. Great service! The trailer can probably be retired. It worked, but is in rough shape.

The truck smelled really bad and there was no dolly. I specifically asked if there would be one in the truck, and was told that there would be, but there was not. I had to move an entire smelly truck worth of stuff myself with no dolly.

There should be an express process for those who have reserved and paid online. Standing in line waiting while the clerk is bombarded with a million questions by people who have not pre booked a truck is a waste of time. The staff were great, just boxed in with idiots. An express process would be great.

Every time I go to this Uhual, the employees that I have encountered are always energetic and willing to help out. Especially the lady and the man that were there on Monday Nov 2nd near 10:30 AM when I went to drop off the equipment. Moving is not a pleasant experience, but these two people always make the process of moving more enjoyable by helping out the customer. I would definitely give them a raise; I am a business owner and would love to have people like them on my establishment.

Key drop box opening was not big enough for key fob. Key fob has huge tag on it that I hit with my knee and TURNED OFF ENGINE! Must be changed. Otherwise, very good service.

This location had my license a for about a month and acted like having my identification card was not a big deal. For this reason alone I called customer service and complained due to the lack of professionalism and regard. Customer service apologize for this location's behavior and said that I will be contacted by a manager within 72 business hours. I was never contacted so I followed up with another call to customer service who apologized and put in a specific request to the traffic control manager with a reference ID number of 2651806 and I should have been contacted within 72 business hours by this specific manager. Due to not receiving this call I called again and I was informed that the manager of the Shillington location Debra Antonelli said that she apologized so they closed out the case. However, I never received an apology from Debra and told the customer service agent that Debra lied and has never contacted me let alone apologize. A few days later I am contacted by Debra, which follows, "Hello. I am emailing to apologize if you felt that your issue was not serious matter and I am glad that you have your licence back. If there is something else that can be done for you in the future we will be here to serve you. Thank you for your business, have good day. Debra" My reply to this email was, "While I appreciate you reaching out and apologizing, I am unhappy with the fact that it took so long for me to receive an apology. I am also unhappy with the fact that a representative stated you previously reached out to me directly, apologized, and  therefore the case was closed. However, this is the first time I received an apology. This apology does not sincerely apologize for the inconveniences your location caused me due to having my licence in your possession for a month. The apology does not cover the flippant behavior of Richard who chuckled at the fact that his colleague who I previously spoke to decided to mail the licence weeks after I gave her my address. This "apology" does not resolve my case and I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience, unprofessionalism, and disrespect I received from your location. -Shyree J. Gonzalez" I did not receive any communication back. Due to all of this I decided I will no longer give my money to this company and removed my belongings to be stored with a company who are respectful, considerate, and professional. When I removed my belongings Debra (who did not wear a mask) serviced me and did not apologize for anything. I received an email that asked for my feedback and when I click the link it states that I've already given my feedback. Usually I'd think that this is a glitch but due to the lack integrity shown by this location I decided to give my feedback another way encase someone did something unprofessional and unethical again. I will also be reporting Debra and this location to the United States Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration since I have witnessed Debra interact with/service clients inside and outside the facility without wearing a mask. My move-out date was 6/26/2020 and I expect to be able to see my feed back until the end of August 2020.
