Need to improve customer service. Stood in line 15 minutes for an 8am pickup. When I got to the front of the line the rep answered the phone and spoke to another customer for several minutes. Rep then was rude to me for being “impatient!”

My 26' truck I reserved was not there, sat there for 2 hours trying to find one. Meanwhile my whole moving day got screwed up. had to pay movers an extra $450 to wait for me at my house, had to cancel the final walk through for the buyer... had to drive to pottsville which is a 3 hour round trip for me. Turns out they screwed someone that had a reservation for that truck. They just keep passing the screw ya down the line until someone doesn't bitch as loud and will take a 20' truck. Unreal, wake me up from this nightmare.

The contactless pick up didn't work. Sort of frustrating but the service inside is always efficient.

I attempted to do a no contact pick up and set up everything prior to picking up my truck such as upload drivers license photo etc. but unfortunately when I went to pick up my truck the app told me I had to upload photos of my drivers license and then they told me my truck was in parking spot “O” but when I went to spot “O” there was no truck in the spot. I told the app chat feature that there was no truck in spot “O” they gave me another parking spot letter but there was no truck there either. I ended having to go inside the office to speak with some one. As I was waiting in line I noticed that the parking lot had recently been repaved and the parking spot letters were incorrect and the truck was actually in spot “M” not “O”. After all this it was almost 30 minutes until I finally got the truck. Was not happy.

U-Haul was dirty and covered all my items in it. Plus trailer wheels were very wobbly. Felt so unsafe to pull. Almost some items got ruined by the dirt and filth in the trailer. Never never disappointed.

The equipment was clean but there was a horrible smell that wouldn't go away, we sprayed Lysol, febreeze, and other sprays and it wouldn't go away. It smelled like a dead animal in there and what sucks we had to drive 1 1/2 hours away with that smell

The windshield was filthy. It was full of splattered bugs and bird droppings. We had to drive through rain. The windshield wipers just smeared the mess. It was difficult to see while raining. The staff was not eating masks. In PA it's the law to ware one out in the public.

There was only one person working on a Sunday morning when the location opened up. He was overwhelmed and I felt sorry for him. He tried to call for help, but no one was able to come in. He still maintained his friendly attitude even with 10 people in line waiting to get a truck.

Not much. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes equipment is a little used up. This past time, the trailer was freshly serviced and ready to go with new tires, lights, and all cleaned up. Zero complaints. My favorite Uhual I have ever dealt with and the only one that I continue to go to when I have a choice.

—Chip Reader should be working during pandemic —-Reservation was messed up from the start ( computer system excuse) —-cab of truck was not clean at all ( I cleaned it at home) ——i walked out to truck by myself and I drove it off the lot not knowing I had to follow a link for walk around inspection. ( I had taken photos of dents and dings as I always do prior to leaving just for records ——no promised call the night before the reserved date —-has rented other trucks in the past with great service

I was never told I would be charged for a full week. I was rushing to get the van returned by 3pm on a Monday. I rented it Wed at 3pm and was told I needed to return it by Monday at 3. If I was charged for a full week, why did it have to be back by Monday at 3?

I had to make a 12 Hour Dr. moving furniture from Pennsylvania to Tennessee. I requested an enclosed trailer to do so but was told even though they had enclosed trailers available they could only give me an open trailer for a one-way rental. The end result was my furniture got damaged after the tarp blew off in a heavy storm on the way down. Throw in the fact the open trailer they gave me was full of branches leaves and debris they didn't even bother to clean it out. So I had to do it before I loaded my stuff. Not happy at all.

This location had my license a for about a month and acted like having my identification card was not a big deal. For this reason alone I called customer service and complained due to the lack of professionalism and regard. Customer service apologize for this location's behavior and said that I will be contacted by a manager within 72 business hours. I was never contacted so I followed up with another call to customer service who apologized and put in a specific request to the traffic control manager with a reference ID number of 2651806 and I should have been contacted within 72 business hours by this specific manager. Due to not receiving this call I called again and I was informed that the manager of the Shillington location Debra Antonelli said that she apologized so they closed out the case. However, I never received an apology from Debra and told the customer service agent that Debra lied and has never contacted me let alone apologize. A few days later I am contacted by Debra, which follows, "Hello. I am emailing to apologize if you felt that your issue was not serious matter and I am glad that you have your licence back. If there is something else that can be done for you in the future we will be here to serve you. Thank you for your business, have good day. Debra" My reply to this email was, "While I appreciate you reaching out and apologizing, I am unhappy with the fact that it took so long for me to receive an apology. I am also unhappy with the fact that a representative stated you previously reached out to me directly, apologized, and  therefore the case was closed. However, this is the first time I received an apology. This apology does not sincerely apologize for the inconveniences your location caused me due to having my licence in your possession for a month. The apology does not cover the flippant behavior of Richard who chuckled at the fact that his colleague who I previously spoke to decided to mail the licence weeks after I gave her my address. This "apology" does not resolve my case and I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience, unprofessionalism, and disrespect I received from your location. -Shyree J. Gonzalez" I did not receive any communication back. Due to all of this I decided I will no longer give my money to this company and removed my belongings to be stored with a company who are respectful, considerate, and professional. When I removed my belongings Debra (who did not wear a mask) serviced me and did not apologize for anything. I received an email that asked for my feedback and when I click the link it states that I've already given my feedback. Usually I'd think that this is a glitch but due to the lack integrity shown by this location I decided to give my feedback another way encase someone did something unprofessional and unethical again. I will also be reporting Debra and this location to the United States Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration since I have witnessed Debra interact with/service clients inside and outside the facility without wearing a mask. My move-out date was 6/26/2020 and I expect to be able to see my feed back until the end of August 2020.
