I am glad the locat was open because I was unable to find a key return box outside. Markings for drop off locations/procedures could be improved.

Beyond my expectations easy. Everything was done online. All I had to do was get keys and I was on my way. So I guess the only way to make it easier is to automate key pickup as well somehow. No complaints on the way it is now though.

I had to use the rental longer then expected was told one thing but something different happened. They say they record every Conversation which is not true because if so they could have went back and listen to my conversations with Linda and seeing that she stated a different price for the rental than what they had down for me.

The gentleman was polite, he answered all of my questions. And clearly mapped out where my storage is located, as well as showing me the additional entrance if there is a need (for shelter).

Nicole and the staff bent over backwards to help me. We had a timing issue that they resolved quickly and met my moving needs with Ubox, trucks, and moving equipment better than I could hoped for. Sabrina was a big help too on the front side with the UBox delivery.

The return process is straight bullshit and when you call customer service they read a script. I spoke with a supervisor who was very rude and not willing to help! Moving is a miserable process in the first place and this experience made it worse. I sat outside for 30 minutes on hold crying while one of the employees just watched through the window.

I’ve rented U-Haul in the past and it was great but this time not so much. I reserved a truck at my local store and was later emailed and called that my truck wasn’t there. I was told to pick it up at another store. Out of my way. Uhaul did add extra miles for this but when you’re planning a move in 1 day it’s a problem. Fine. I dealt with it. I planned on dropping the truck off in the town I moved to. The day of the move I got an email telling me to drop the truck off in another location. I called and was told I was moving to another town and to drop it off at a neighboring community. I proceeded to explain that I know where I’m moving to and I entered the address myself 3 days prior on the uhaul website. The uhaul rep said if I didn’t drop the truck off at Their said location I may be charged roaming fees.??? I dropped the truck off at my closest uhaul location and then had to call to only learn I was not in the right location. I left the truck at the store I picked. My paper contact was exactly correct. Uhaul phone customer service was not good at all.

Nicole Miller was so friendly and efficient. The 9’ Cargo van only had 1,333 miles on it. I love that the rental vehicles were new and impeccably maintained. The price was a steal! I had an A+ experience and will definitely rent from U-Haul in the future and I will recommend it to all my friends who are moving their children in and out of college dorms. We moved everything out of storage and into my daughter, and her roommates dorm, in one trip! Awesome day, thanks to U-Haul!

Initially upon returning a truck rental & securing my storage I had an employee that seemed annoyed, but everyone else I dealt with from that point on was superb and the unit was perfect. Thank You!

worst customer service response even though i updated my delivery address before shipping started they delivered to High Point location for storage. your customer lied a lot that address has been updated and b-box shipment manager will contact me but one of the contacted until shipped started after 4 days which is really pathetic. i have all evidence to prove my conservation with your online chat customer support team.

I had secured a truck a week before needing one. I received a confirmation number, yet the day before the move, I was told there weren't any trucks in Greensboro, so I had to pass Greensboro to obtain my truck in High Point. No reimbursement of any sort for the inconvenience (except additional mileage coverage). The woman who called on Friday to inform me was very rude, but the two employees present when I went to pick up the truck on Saturday were great.

Don’t charge for 2 periods when the drop off was only 15 min late. Total rip off. Also the staff took their sweet time getting the trailer off my hitch terrible service.

I was charged a dollar and some change as a soft place for authorizing my card Saturday you guys charge me $106 on Monday and then another $105 on Tuesday the second charge was a soft place but it caused my account to overdraft and now I’m having to deal with my bank and do a dispute in time on money out I’m not happy at all

They said the truck had a full gas tank but it was 3/4 full. Did not have time to go back in and correct it. Ended up filling up the tank.

No one was in the area when we arrived we had to wait at least 15 minutes before someone came and when we returned the vehicle at 650 the doors was alredy locked and l was charged for a extra day will never rent from uhaul again

I almost did not have a truck to move because North Main St. Uhaul booked me for a truck that was not available. Instead of saying I can't help she made sure I was able to get something. Thank You.

I returned the truck around 6:00 pm. We waited for 30 minutes or more in the store with no one that worked there even coming inside. There was at least 3 more customers waiting also. When someone came she gave me a total then went outside. When she came back in she gave a different total & said she would have to get the man working with her to email me a receipt. When I got the receipt it was wrong and i had to call 5 times & on hold for almost an hour before it was resolved & a receipt with the correct amount was emailed to me. Also Both people working there lack customer service skills. The is the 2nd year that I’ve rented from this location & will be the last. I’ve rented a truck from Uhual for 9 years straight now previously using the N. Main location in High Point & will go vack to that location for future rentals

I didn't like the mileage addition. I rented in High Point,NC to Whiteville, NC. MapQuest said the mileage is 166 miles. I was charged $3.24 when I dropped off in Whiteville. I consider that price gouging. I don't appreciate your company doing that. I will use a moving company next time. Thanks
