Thank you for the rental service. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The new cargo van was easy and comfortable to drive. Also, we were running late on the return service. Tirece assured us that the return on the next morning was not an issue. The rate included our mileage and a lower per mileage overage which became equivalent to our original special 19.99/day.

The vehicle ran fine and was clean but the service engine light was on when I picked it up and remained on throughout the rental. I failed to tell the folks at Uhaul when I returned the vehicle. The truck had 119k miles on it.

Soon as I pulled up into the lane the young man quickly closed out my return emails my receipt and took the trailer off. It probably wasn't even 5 minutes. I was very happy with this smooth experience.

I was offered the free month because of using U-haul equipment so I took advantage of it. The staff was friendly and assisted me over the phone with some things I needed done with my storage. The only issue I had was that when I arrived today; the space that was rented to me was already occupied by another tenant. Which was cool because I had to upgrade to a larger space anyway.

Rented a storage unit & cargo van - wonderful experience!! Van was like new & very clean. Storage facility was clean, well-lit & seems very secure. First month free & free lock & no admin fee makes it a better deal than most other facilities out there. Only negative comments would be that we were given a unit a fair distance from the loading dock even though plenty were available closer, so not sure why this was done. Also, check-in staff member could have given better explanation on using building access codes & overall process. She also charged me for vehicle insurance when I stated I didn't need it. Will have to see if credit is applied... But overall - 5 stars so far! Thanks Uhaul.

The secondary on my account removed my stuff on 07/29/20. The lock had to be cut and he had to gain access by an employee. There were no notes entered about the removal or the conversation that took place about the secondary removing my stuff. I was charged for the month of August. I was not moved out in the system until 8/8/20. I have documentation that confirms the 07/29/20 date as the accurate date of move out. Please refund my money.

original contract was p/u Boone NC Uhaul. They called me the day before and recheduled my pickup to Bristol Tennessee. 4 hours out of my way. Went with Uhaul of South High Point, Great JOb!! Will never use UHaul of Boone (hiway 105) again!!!!!!!

Had to call several times to confirm when my Uboxes were to arrive and staff did not seem to know what they were doing. I was told a day and time but on my confirmation it listed only 2 of my 3 boxes. When I called to correct the error I only got an answering machine and left several messages. Uhaul still only pulled 2 of my 3 boxes despite my efforts. Thankfully i finally reached the uBox driver and made sure she knew I needed 3 boxes. My uBoxes they were 4 hours late due to this error and 'traffick'. I had movers scheduled to help me but because my boxes were SO late they were unable to help me. I ended up having to unload myself. I have moved with Uhaul now 5 times and this is the worst experience I've had. The service seems to be VERY dependent on the local Uhaul staff and this staff amens me want to never use Uhaul again.

I would not recommend renting from Uhaul to my worst enemy. The customer service was by far THE WORST I've ever experienced, but what do they care- they already have your money and in my case, coming from such a rural area, I had no other options and they took full advantage of that. I was only notified that the auto transport we had reserved was not available the day before our long distance move and uhaul's solution was to have us drive another 25 minutes one way to pick it up at a location that had extremely limited hours. They did not offer any sort of apology for the inconvenience, let alone offer anything to offset the time and money spent on gas driving there in a 20 foot truck. Unless you'd like to add extra stress, costs, time and energy into your move, DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL.

Tyrese at the Trinity location in High Point NC was very helpful the night we picked up the truck, reserved a storage unit AND again the next day when we returned the truck. He helped out very quickly when we found the original unit we had reserved was too small and without any hesitation moved us to a larger unit without delay. Whoever brought him onboard made a very wise decision. Keep him around, he's a great representative for uHaul!!

I rented storage unit 230. The storage unit allowed water to get in. My boxes and furniture were soak and wet. I wouldn't recommend renting there.

Expected a better level of cleanliness, especially in the times of Covid. I was alone in truck for a day. My husband road in passenger seat the next day- h put an extra water bottle in console area, only to retrieve it with old sticky gummy worms on it. Yuck! The passenger window had sticky stuff on the inside( I thought I was outside debris before he informed me). Then, the passenger side door pocket had old used face masks in it. There were sticky spill drips and spots under console and emergency tool kit( I found when cleaning for return). Also, there was NO way the back had been swept or mopped. My feet crunched as I loaded stuff. Someone forgot or missed cleaning/ inspecting this truck- at least on passenger side and back. This is not my usual U-Haul experience. I know mistakes happen, but I expected at least the usual level of cleanliness; especially in times of Covid.

The 1st representative set my appointment when I told her not to and then the scheduler that set my appointment gave me a promised time that wasn't the same as when I went in the store. The time was 6 hours then promised. I've never experienced so much disappointment in Ihaul and I use them every time I move.

We were only allowed to keep the truck 7 1/2 hours but they actually wanted me to bring it back within 6 hrs. But had not finished moving by 5 and we asked to extend our time until 7 and they said we would have to pay an extra $39.95. I said no way, and my movers literally just dropped everything off at my townhome so we could get the truck back. Very hard on everyone. I thought it was $39.95 per day. Which to me is at least 12-24 hours. Please make it clear if only allowed for 5-7 hours for $39.95. The guy had a bad attitude

The only complaint I have is that when we went to empty the unit, it was padlocked!! I had autopay and there was NO REASON it should have been locked. I did not receive an explanation as to WHY it was locked. Also, they had me down as having multiple units and I only had one. Need to training on MAKING SURE they keep ACCURATE RECORDS!!!!!!
