The truck was clean. It was a total piece of junk. Both doors leaked air. The engine made a horrible screeching noise at acceleration. The doors didn't latch tight. There was something loose and rattling in the driver door. The truck wasn't even equipped with cruise. I drove it 200 miles and cruise was expected. The headlights were not aimed properly. The walk up ramp needed some kind of adjustment. It was extremely difficult to deploy and retract.

You can begin by cleaning the inside of the cab. This was the dirtiest truck we have ever rented. Sand, food and filth inside delayed our trip since we had to stop and clean the truck ourselves before we could travel. On the rental contract we were provided 4 days yet we were called and told to turn the truck in before 3 days were up.

Started with 1/8 tank of gas in Grand Island Ne and left you more but you threw on a $36.00 charge for gas. I have a picture to prove however, didn't take a picture when we left Grand Island. Maybe you should recommend that to people so the can defend themselves when there's a dispute! Not happy!! Key Dropbox is a joke... not secure at all!

I can't compare this location to any other as I've never done business with any other location. The truck I drove made some funny noises when I had the air conditioner on, but the lady I spoke with upon return said the truck was going out that evening for servicing.

Gas was marked at full it was half. There was trash, food, food wrappers, pop bottles all behind the seats. Food smeared into the seats. The truck was DIRTY I informed the location and was told the girl who cleans the trucks obviously didn't do her job. I RECEIVED NO COMPENSATION at all! Very disgusting. Very very POOR service. Not even an apology.

Setting up, getting keys, taking my information was a redundant process. Grabbing drivers license number, getting approved by an agent could have been done prior to my arrival at the location.

The truck was in good condition. There was a discrepancy on payment and when I tried to investigate it I kept getting put on hold. This was Saturday. By Monday I was charged again despite being told nothing would be charged until I looked into things.

1st they changed the location of my truck to be over an hour away in the opposite direction, It took over 3 hours to get our truck. The rep kept going & helping other people & talking about her weekend plans with another person while my 5 & 6 yr old waited & waited. Then she couldn't find the keys which took another hour. Not impressed

Only issue I had was the right blinker on the trailer wasn't working. The representative told me it was something with my truck. I've pulled multiple trailers recently with my truck and have had no issues. I really don't think the issue stemmed from my truck.

Customer service was horrible. They never called to verify my reservation. When I got there they acted like they had no clue what they were doing and when I got my truck they said gas was a quarter but it was on empty... never got text message to to a walk around.

The A/C in the truck didn't work very well. I requested to pick up a truck in Central City, NE but was told I would have to go to Grand Island, NE to get the truck. They wouldn't let me drop it off in Central City so I had to pay even more mileage to take it back there. The lady I talked to on the phone was horrible to talk with. She couldn't give me a straight answer on what the truck was going to cost. She seemed very annoyed when she first answered and that never changed throughout the call. The people at the store were ok but did nothing to offer any kind of help for the A/C problems. No instructions were given to perform a walk around and do my own inspection until I had left the store already and received a text. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with this experience.

Clean your trucks better. Dont put non working trucks back on the road! We paid for a fully working truck and did not get that!

I picked up my truck in Kearney, but had to drive all the way to this site in Grand Island to get the trailer. They only gave me one day's notice about this (despite the fact that I made the reservation a month in advance), which completely screwed up my travel plans. It's not the fault of this location, but I don't know where else to register the complaint.

The interior of the pickup was dirty and the seats needed to be vacuumed. But the rest was great.

After booking the trailer rental online I realized I wanted to change the drop off location. I called customer service and they told me to tell the staff at pick location so they could make the change. I gave the address of the new drop off location to the staff, he Said it was updated and he then helped us get trailer connected and sent us on our way. Later we looked at printed contract and it still had previous drop off location listed. We went back to pick up store and asked for assistance. The agent was unable to help after at least 15 minutes. I got back on the phone to customer service and 20 minutes later (on hold much of that time) I was forwarded to the regional scheduler to make the change.

Although the facility was clean there is minimal parking and the double lock system is a pain. I also believe the two rate increases in two years was outrageous.

Accessing my storage before 7pm wasn’t always convenient. I wish the hours were later. I was disappointed to see there wasn’t a recycling bin. That could be a good earth friendly choice!

Your ramp was to steep with no anti-slip markers on the concrete. A little dangerous in the Winter when using the ramp with wet shoes and cart.
