Did not see the text message about verifying equipment condition until after I had driven the truck for 30 miles. The store worker did not have me walk around to inspect for previous damage. Had we done so, I would not have driven those 30 miles with the cargo door wide open and more than a dozen blankets fairly close to the edge.

The app to return the truck did not work well. I spent 30 minutes trying to upload the required photos. Very frustrating. Finally gave up.

Your self return system is trash. It would not allow me to return the equipment due to this error: We were unable to find your order. Please check the information and try again. If you continue to get this error, please contact us. When contacting your 1-800 number I was told that my order wasn’t linked to my account, and then without warning or explanation I was transferred and put on hold for 20 minutes. While on hold I started a chat session and the person on the other end was less than helpful and was not empathetic at all. All she told me to do was to tie the order to my account, and that if I didn’t want to do that then they could process the equipment return for me for $20. I should not have to wait 25-30 minutes to get told that I need to do the job your system should be doing. I’m not getting paid to do your company’s job. I am not going to penalize the location that I rented from by marking the overall location as poor. If I could, I would rank your phone and online support as poor, and your self return system is garbage. Overall, location and equipment 10/10. Your phone support, chat support, and online systems are a solid 0/10.

I filled the gas tank because I did not understand the directions. The tank had 1/4 full when I got it and just under the full line when I brought it back. That was about a $40 gift. My experience was very good thought and I appreciate being able to rent one of your trucks.

Poor install, took three and a half hours because they only had one person working the desk which was also working on my car. Each time a customer came in, he had to stop working on my car and help them, or over the phone as well. Install was not done correctly, I have pinched wires that are exposed in my left rear tail light assembly. Then was charged more than I was quoted my $80. I had to prove to the buy through my email confirmation of what I was supposed to be charged. Uhaul has lost a customer for life. I will never step foot in any of there stores.

Your hours of being open needs to be later most people don't get off work til 5 then only have til 7:30 to move stuff or access the unit needs to b til 9:30 or 10.

Your ramp was to steep with no anti-slip markers on the concrete. A little dangerous in the Winter when using the ramp with wet shoes and cart.

Overall I had a very positive experience here. The only reason for four stars is because upon moving out I noticed lots of large dead bugs (mostly crickets) in my unit and on my things.

The ramp leading up to the next Floor is so slippery especially while Pushing heavy carts. I’m surprised there aren’t any grip strips or traction of Some kind.
