Disappointed that we had a reservation for a truck at our nearby location. We had the reservation for over two weeks. When I arrived to pick up the truck at the appointed time none were available. Had to go to another location to get a truck, resulting in paying for additional miles. It is very poor business not to honor reservations and not even communicate with the customer when a problem arises. Irritating to travel to a dealership and then find out you don't have a truck you were depending to get.James D.

Manager was very busy and efficient. His help was extremely slow and had absolutely no customer service. There were 4 people waiting to return or pick up rentals and he would just walk out of the office and not say anything to anyone in line. He was not very helpful hooking my trailer up but that's fine I always do it myself or at the least double check anyway. He is not very efficient. I do understand the work force shortage and know that is part of the problem. Take what you can getPatience F.

Overall the experience was a nightmare due to the Movers hired thru U Haul did not show for the 2 hour prepaid loading of furniture. This is not a blemish on this location as it was not under their control. Not one person in the U Haul spinoff MoveIt division customer service apologized or showed a drop of empathy. Having been in customer relations I will rate the operation with an F-. I had to deal with calling, wrangling and rescheduling these moving clowns as it was out of their hands.Robbyn M.

You gave me a Euro-van. It is configured for a driver who's 3'0" tall. The driver seat is SOOOOOOOOOOOO far forward that it was actually dangerous for me because I had to do extra-ordinary things with my 6'4" legs to get to the brake peddle. AND it was not adjustable, except maybe shorter. C'mon guys, we need to be safe out there.John P.

The office was locked and waited for 35 mins past my appt time. The Trailer directional light was malfunctioning during use. The rear tire went 3/4 flat when the trailer was loaded, had to put air in it twice. I had to hook up and unhook the trailer myself because site was understaffed. This was not the site I originally wanted but corporate said it was the only site in Ocala with the trailer i needed. I had to cancel my loading help because of the hour delay in the morning and the problems with the trailer.Scott C.
