This location was fine and the lady who helped us get a truck was great. Whomever called from your customer service to tell us the original location didn't have the truck I requested and sent us to Midwest city was beyond useless. Your customer service department is terrible.

The manager and ladies at the desk were so helpful. I will never rent from anyone except at this location. We were having a hard time because we were moving from the family home of 40 years. There kindness and help, helped with that transition.

I ordered a small U-Haul and an appliance dolly. The dolly was not in the truck. I then called the location and spoke with a woman who said they'd remove the charge. 4 days later, I get a collection notice from U-Haul because someone failed to do their job properly. Go to any other U-Haul except this one.

The manager was unprofessional, and is the single reason I will never use U-Haul again and will tell EVERYONE how I was treated . It was not a good a visit to say the very least!

Kylie went above and beyond to make sure that our items arrived safely and on time. She had said that our u-box was too heavy for their forklifts to handle. I would recommend that the facility invest in forklifts that can pick up the maximum weight the pods can carry. It was a very unusual situation but I feel that she handled at the very best that she could.

The UHaul help line staff were absolutely outstanding! Every communication with them was thorough, pleasant and helpful. They were instrumental in making the move smooth, less stressful and assisted with resolving an issue at the destination end of the move. Costs were all upfront with no hidden fees. UHaul is a full 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The UHaul 6061 South Sooner Road location at the destination end was not easy to work with. No one was available to answer the phone spanning two days of calling to resolve a problem. On the reserved pickup date the Moving Help company picked up the first set of UBoxes; upon returning to get the second set of UBoxes, there was no forklift driver to load them. Moving help returned the next day to collect the boxes but again; no forklift driver was there. After multiple unsuccessful calls both days I contacted UHaul direct - they contacted the location manager - Moving Help went back a third time to pick up the boxes once it was confirmed a forklift operator would be there. Had the location staff simply communicated with the movers saying the lift operator would be gone prior to their closing hours the first day or was running errands the second day and would return later in the day it would have saved a lot of frustration. An even better solution would have been to answer the phone from their end allowing an open line of communication between them, client & mover.

Appliance arrived damaged in transit. Containers delivered one at a time, made planning difficult. Wrong container delivered causing a delay and extra drive time and mileage for movers.

Have better trained Packers I know they don't work for UHaul but you do recommend them the people that loaded my boxes did not use the pads did not have a hand cart did not have a furniture dolly did not have heavy equipment moving straps they did not wrap my furniture even though I bought three rolls of the plastic wrap I returned two of them and they hardly used the one that was left. They only used the wrap on things that I was able to catch them and put them on alert that I needed them wrapped since they did not wrap anything the drawers dumped out so the drawers are all jumbled up and my iPad is nowhere to be found. I thought it got packed by mistake but it has not shown up in any of the stuff but the empty case is here . They had no system for packing so I had to get extra u boxes because they were not good packers. They broke the top to an antique marble table and damaged several of my furniture pieces with gouges and scratches and places where the pieces rub together in the Container. The group that unpacked the boxes were fantastic.

This vehicle was overall one of the worst rentals I've had from Uhaul in many years. I recently rented another van which performed significantly better—in handling and gas mileage. Additionally, the cab was not clean including what appeared to be animal hair all over the passenger seat.

Found out about this location the day before I arrived in OKC after I had made my reservation for return at a different location. I took the trailer there for return and was treated well. They informed me that it would be no problem to drop off the trailer at the Sooner location instead of the original location. Very good customer service.

I went to pickup my rental they didn't have a appliance dolly for me which this was important. The back of the truck was full of dirt where the person before did not clean it along with the place that had the truck.

I looked online about renting a car trailer. U-Haul website stated I could pick one up at 6610 high OKC. I went to this location and the Lady was very rude said he did not have one I ask her to look around town for another one she then said I can pick one up at the sooner Road location and she made a Reservation for me. I get to the sooner load location and the Lady status that I did not make a Reservation for a car trailer by the car Dolly. The Lady was very hopeful and did help me get a Dolly that Would fit my particular Situation she was very helpful. The lady on the high location was very rude and argumentative and said that the Internet is always wrong.

This location had about 6 trucks still sitting in the lot, yet had no hand truck to rent! When I booked online, there was no notification that they were not available. SO instead of me looking elsewhere for a rental with a hand truck available, I had to buy a hand truck from Home Depot for $89.99!! In addition, I was told these trucks get about 10-12 miles to the gallon, yet no matter how much I tried to keep it over two bars on the dash and keep up with traffic, 7.8 miles to the gallon was all it got. The truck was loaded with mostly cloths and a couple of mattresses, no appliances. This trip cost me about 225 more than budgeted with purchase and fuel! I think I will suggest renting from Penske if asked.

I didnt know this location was even down there, was sent by another because they didnt have a trail available. The lady was helping another customer when i arrived, so i figured I'd be there for a while, but she had my truck/trailer hooked and ready to roll in a few minutes. The clerk took ten to twelve minutes to actually show up at the counter. The van had been jacked and still was not in good working order. They tried to charge me extra for a cleaning fee. The clerk didn't give me the extra item I ordered after reminding them, and then they lied about my card not being taken and I was so distracted by the stress from that, that I forgot to remind them a second time about the item I ordered and had to waste an entire hour (and extra gas and mileage) to come back and get it. On a day that was already so stressful, I did not need this experience.

The only complaint I have is that the truck I got was rather beat up. Torn seat, doors that needed to be slammed, ignition switch that needed to be replaced. The associate acknowledged the situation and did give me very good customer service.

We changed from our original pick up date to an earlier pick up date. Yet, the original shipping date stayed the same. Rather then being 13 days, it ended up being 19 days, not cool. When I called for updates, the staff at the OKC pick up tried to be helpful with status updates and potential pick up times, yet in time, seemed to lose patience with me and then seemed to recognize my number and not pick up my calls. Finally, in the morning I received a call from the OKC location, confirming our pick up of the boxes. I let her know we also wanted to rent a truck to pull the trailer. When we arrived, they did not have a truck for us. Moving to a new city was daunting, we were so unaware of anyone to help. Thankfully someone from our church brought his truck and saved the day by having to buy an insert and ball and pulling the trailer with the box(es). Thanks for delivering the boxes to us in UT. Thanks for picking them up early. Thanks for loading them on a trailer in OKC.

On Google your website states your closed on Sundays so I went to Uhaul.com to book and I was still hesitant to get a truck from the location so I went to the location 1st to see if you were open. It was inconvenient however it worked. The employee was great to work with!

The lady who seemed to run the place was so helpful and friendly. The trailer I initially received had not been cleaned out by the prior renter, and neither of us looked on the inside before I left. When I realized the mess I brought it back and she happily switched it out for me for a clean one. Very happy with the service at this location. Don't bother calling uhaul directly if you have a similar issue. They could not help me in any real way. They only told me to book a new reservation so I didn't end up without something to use and said it would be up to the actual location if they would refund or exchange the trailers.

The previous person who rented truck smoked. Ashtray had cigarettes left in it. Truck is in desperate need of an alignment. The are no tie down points or hooks to put straps on. Staff was friendly. Reserving online was easy. Return was quick and easy. Has a great selection of trucks and other items to rent or buy.

I rented a truck and appliances dolly which the lady said she had but on the day I go to pick it up their was no dolly at that location. So I had to go six more miles out of my way to get a the dolly which was a inconvenience. Then when I got to the place I ask lady if I can leave dolly at place I rented the u haul she said no you have to bring it back because it was their only that was inconvenience as so my time and gas was wasted I had to brought a truck to go get dolly that was a inconvenience so over all I was not pleased with both locations... And on the dolly the location I rent u haul and dolly I though I was getting they don't even have any at that location so I lie to.

The truck was dirty both inside & out. Windshield was thick with bug guts from prior rental. Dog hair all over inside, with empty coke bottle rolling around behind the seat. I think there is something wrong with truck as well, because whatever is under that bump to right of gas pedal got hot enough to burn the side of my ankle during trip with truck. Enough heat coming off that area, even a/c on max wouldn't counteract it.

Customer service guy at the 800 number was horrible. Also I rented the truck till 6 and they closed at 5. Didn't get the 30 free miles and it was 24 miles round trip from the rental place to my house and back.
