Everyone and everything was perfect
Jeff J.The staff at pick up was very helpful. The staff at drop off was not quite as helpful. Was told to drop off trailer we're picked up but location had no signage of this process and while sitting at the location signage indicated no one came out to offer direction and did not know what to do until went in even though signage said to stay with unit being returned. Better signage would be an improvement.

Dan R.One staff member seemed to not know what they were doing. I was told incorrect information and that internet prices are wrong. I was initially charged double. When returned the rental, a different staff member checked the equipment in and was very knowledgeable. Price was corrected to quoted price at that time.

Daylen F.I used the 24/7 option to pick up my rental van on Friday, 4/22, before the location opened and was sent a confirmation email. I arrived at 6am for my scheduled check out, and was not able to pick up the rental van keys until the location opened at 7am, because no one had prepared the keys for my 24/7 pick up the day prior. The redundant in-person check in process (which I had already completed all of online) took so much additional time, that between that and the van I was supposed to be taking being parked in, so that I decided to cancel my reservation that day. I came back the next day, 4/23 for a rental van and that mostly went smoothly. However, I waited in the equipment return area in the van as instructed by the signage, and no one came. I realized no one was coming despite the signage, so I finally had to go inside and ask that someone come out to review the condition of the van to verify that it was being returned in the same condition in which it was checked out. A young man checked the gas, but that's it. He didn't check the interior or exterior of the van at all like I requested, and I was given no checkout confirmation. I was assured that I would get an email, and I still haven't. It just seems like no one really knows what's going on at this location.

Then Calista took care of us when we dropped off the box truck and then again when we had to go back to get a cargo van for an unseen secondary mini move. Thanks to both of the employees who were so incredibly nice and worked with us through this stressful time! You made our day(s) better!

Dimitry S.It would be nice to have a receipt. When I dropped it off I put it in the check in line and the lady said I could leave it there and they would just close out the bill. Only problem is, I didn't get an itemized receipt so I have no idea what all the extra charges are for. I did extend a day and then probably need to know what the mileage was but there's no receipt email to me or anywhere else. That's a huge drawback.
