I mean I really couldn’t answer about the staff because wasn’t there less than month never dealt with anyone I do know I emailed them to let them know we was out on the first and they still kept trying to charge the card

Winnie L | Online Move InI was disappointed that there was no running board or step to get in and out the truck I rented. I am short and 70 years old and it was really difficult to get in and out of the truck. The truck was also very loud but was clean and worked for the job I needed done.

Then said my reservation was for 6th street and it was cancelled because I was running behind. So I did go to the South 6th Street location and they were very helpful

But Nov 1st I had an auto payment come out for the storage unit. Now, if I didn’t have money in there I would have been charged $30 for overdraft. You all would have gotten paid but I would have paid extra for something I asked you all not to do.

JERRESHA JTruck was marginally clean. Cab smelled of smoke and body odor, windshield was caked with insects. Asked at truck pickup about the crusty windshield, and was pointed to a spray bottle to do it myself. Additionally, UHaul website advertised services of multiple moving companies to help with the unload. Contracted with one company, only to find out that they could not service the area I was unloading at. Nowhere on the UHaul website did it outline the company's service area. As a result, I had to unload the truck by myself due to last-minute cancellation. When I pointed out that the service area was not mentioned, I was told by text that that was why they texted me about it and that I could seek a refund through the UHaul portal. If the company cannot service the area indicated for load/unload, it should not be listed. Listing companies that cannot service an area is deceptive practice.
JON B6th Street Uhaul is great the employees are so helpful and explain everything in detail so there are no mistakes or misunderstandings. We use them all the time. Chris on the night shift is a true assist for your company!
Donnie LFriendly staff. They provided what I needed. They even helped with my trailer hookup when there was a minor safety chain connection problem. At first, I thought I would not be able to drive away but, they solved my problem and I was on my way!

CHRISTINA POverall I got what I needed, but the pricing online wasn't consistent with what we actually paid. When we first checked online foe truck rental with destination location it was 69.95. When we actually booked it it was over 200.00. We booked it with movers at both locations. One for morning and one for evening. The sight allowed us to to this and seemed to imply we would have it until the next morning doe drop off. However returning it the same night we were hit with a late fee as it was due back at 5:03pm that night. 3 hours before our movers were scheduled to arrive for unloading. If that required two days rental it seems misleading to allow us to rent for a single day ans charge us more later. On top of the more we were already charged than the sight led us to believe it would cost in the first place. Staff was however courteous and efficient at the point of pick up and it's not their fault.
HEATHER HThe young lady was direct and professional about my drop off. I was assured that no further charges would be applied due to my early return IF I received a confirmation email (which I have not), and that there could be an issue I'd I haven't. My final rating is pending on how this matter is resolved by the end of the week. I'll be checking back with the location for confirmation of completion of our business dealings.

ROBERT MAs a customer I "would" have appreciated a little more discussion/explanation at time of rental on the insurance or fees up front just to make sure they were understood before the contract was shown. Another great service would be to offer to explain the vehicle operations to the customer. As a very rare pickup truck driver myself it would have increased my basic knowledge and my personal safety during the rental period to reduce potential for accidents or injuries. Best regards.

At pickup, my husband was told the store had no appliance dollies despite my having a guaranteed reservation. My husband had to go across town to another store to get the appliance dolly. Poor customer service.

ASHLEE MYour employees either have no clue what they are doing or are rude. The young lady that rented to me on Friday argued with me about the trailer size. I physically had to go outside, take a picture or the size of the trailer and then show it to her for her to admit it was a 5 x 9. That was mildly annoying but not terrible but the young lady that was there when I dropped off my trailer today was completely atrocious. I went in and said that I had a trailer to return and told her which car I was. She said, obviously then walked over, took the trailer off and slammed the hitch part on the ground. She immediately walked away leaving the trailer in the middle of the parking lot. So if there’s damage to this trailer, you need to penalize your employee, not me.

howard nEverything went extremely smooth. With pre-Check In, it took less than 5 minutes to pickup the trailer, and returning the trailer was less time than that. Great setup at the 6th Street location and good people.
Gary HFirst of all NO ONE GAVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON THE UNITS, which caused me to be locked out right before I was done moving out I had to wait for someone to come out to get in the alarm went off as if I was breaking in ,then the police came and asked for ids of everyone with me and waited for us to leave it was horrible. We were calling texting and emailing everyone and still couldn't get any help il never recommend this facility to anyone.

When I notified the front desk worker she said ok we'll check on it and that was all. The truck I checked out from your location leaked into the inside of the storage area on my drive. Everything that I had from the middle of the 26' to the back shelf was wet when I got home to unpack. Some electronics and a mattress were soaked and destroyed. Very unhappy with my uhaul experience to say the least. Need to file a claim! I already filed a claim for finding mice droppings in my storage unit.

(Or broke down $33 every 10 days) I don’t understand how if there is still 1/3 of the month left, I would not be refunded for moving out early. I was told that it was too close to my next billing date. I do feel I should be credited for the portion of the month that I paid for but did not use.

Then three weeks after moving in, they locked out my unit and said I moved out without telling them, even though my locks were still on the units. They blamed it on a system glitch, but had to manually put those extra locks in my units. Wouldn’t you call someone before doing that?? No one tea co ed out to me at all, and it was pure luck that we discovered it during business hours, as we were preparing to unload a truck. The high school kids they have running this place could really use some customer service and common sense training.
