I got in and there were to ppl in front of me so I told him I was there first he kept taking care of the other person. So disrespectful went out to the truck as usual the gas isn't correct and I'm telling him it's not but he wants to argue it is I took a pic and drove off after I drove off he called me a Black Bitch racial slur. Never again.

I was refunded my money but had to find a storage unit and add more miles to the uhaul truck I was driving. It was disappointing and an inconvenience. And cost me more money

John B.Please educate your associates on your products. I was advised the extras I got like coverage for damage and the use of the hand truck and blankets was a flat fee, not a per-day fee. Also, we returned our truck after hours but we did not see a key drop on the door so we kept the key and returned in the morning. Even though they saw the truck and we pointed out we did not know what to do with the key we were charged foe use of the truck past our drop of time becasue we still had the key. You live and learn and I don't think I will rent multiple days again.

They moved everything without complaint or grumbling. I had a LOT of items and really appreciated the way these guys, Shamon Buchanan and his assistant, Nigel worked without ceasing for 4 hours straight. On a scale of 1-10 I would give these guys a 13! I am an older woman and felt very safe around Shamon and Nigel.

John G. | Overall ExperienceMy issues: Traffic never called me about my truck reservation and truck pickup location before 6pm prior to my next day 10am pickup. I called them instead, stayed on hold for 30 min., kept calling until 5:45pm until I got someone. Took them a while to find my reservation. They told me the truck was to be picked up in a location different from what was on my online reservation file. When we picked up the truck, it was in poor condition. Problems with loose steering, bad transmission, oil dripping & smoking. Good: brakes & was clean. At drop-off location Rep claimed we drove 5000 miles & backed off when we disputed...then he noticed he was looking at the wrong truck on his phone. Advised him of truck mechanical problems ( thank goodness we only drove it less than 60 miles) but the Rep seemed unconcerned & just said OK. U-Haul needs to improve the online & phone assistance to support the customer experience...we should not have to hound them to verify our reservation & tell us where to find the truck. Plus better maintenance needs to be performed on the trucks...that truck could have easily broken down or caused an accident with its steering. The truck only had 30K in miles on it but poorly maintained. I have had better experiences with U-Haul in the past. I have no complaints about the storage facility experience. Just the truck rental.
