Let me pick up where I schedule my pick up. I realize that you gave me extra miles, but I wanted to pick up closer to where I was moving from. Had to drive an extra 15 minutes each way to get the truck. Not this locations fault, but U-Haul needs to do a better job of getting equipment to where customers want.David P.

My pickup of the trailer took about 35 minutes. The woman working for UHaul did a great job handling multiple customers at once, but she needs help. She was the only one working on a Saturday morning which I believe would be a busy time of the week, and it was. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and she even ran through the parking lot to hook up the trailer for me.Scott L.

First our experience started off with our reservation being wrong and then I wasn't able to rent the car trailer because the lights wouldn't work. I still got the pickup truck. It was supposed to be returned on Monday. Goes to take it back and General Manager Danielle Hillman don't greet my husband but starts yelling at if how the truck was suppose to be back. She was cussing and being rude. Says my husband smelled like marijuana. Which he probably did because he use it for medicinal use because he has diverticulitis. Which that was none of her business. Then she start accusing that he had marijuana in the truck which he didn't. She refused to give us a receipt. Something really needs to be done about her because I really do not like the way we were treated because I'm the wife Quay Andrew and I called back in to speak with her because I want to make sure to see what my husband was saying and she was rude with me as well. She over talk me I asked her corporate number she act like she couldn't give it to me and then she said she'll transfer me and she transfer me to the rental hotline. She is so unprofessional that I don't wanna go back there with my business anymore. And if you look up my account I rent there often because my husband buy cars and we get those trailers often. I rented a motorcycle trailer, it had at least a foot of snow on it. Took the trail home and brushed the snow off of it. under the snow the whole thing was covered in ice. When we picked up the trailer it should of been cleared off. Due to the trailer being icy the bike we were carrying slid out from underneath and caused major damages to the bike. When I was dropping off the truck, I had difficulty uploading my photos in the app. I kept getting error messages. After failing multiple times, I closed the app and restarted it. It worked after restarting the app. This was the only issue I had during the rental period.Andrew J.
This is superbly managed Uhaul. The GM is highly organized and my truck was ready to go with no wait time. Daniele the GM, runs a great location and I would recommend this Uhaul location to anyone. Best location I have ever used and will use again if needed.James H.

The location was NOT a problem at either end of the trip. The one way vehicle issued should be Red Tagged. (A). 1500 rpm at 45 mph to 2200 rpm at 60 mph loud low rumble with vibration like driving over rumble strips. 2400 rpm at 65 mph and the vibration damped down some. While there was minor steering wheel oscillation l/r the vibration was concentrated in the drive train. (B). Fan belt or transmission screeching began in the last two (2) hours of the 3.5 day drive. (C). Good news the brakes and turn signals worked. Do Not reissue this vehicle until completely reviewed, root cause determined, and corrective action implemented.Anthony V.

When we went to drop off the trailer at the designated location the employee actually told us no he would not accept the trailer there and that we needed to find a different location to drop off at. He did call 2 other locations both of which also said they would not accept it either and then he told us to try a different option. When we arrived at that location we were greeted with more attitude because that was not where we were supposed to drop off at and she was not expecting us. Finally when she realized the last guy changed the paperwork to her location and that my dad had a broken wrist she changed her attitude to be more helpful. I lost the key to the truck and paid for the insurance that covers this but the uhaul store charged me for replacing the lost key and the extra 4 days it took to get the key made because this was the only truck that did not have a spare key at the rental store. This is POOR customer service. Instead of calling me and discussing the account when they retrieved the truck, I was sent a bill to my email. Instead of this costing me $120.00 (because I was on track to be finished moving a day early), I was charged $301.00. Unbelievable...previous experiences were good.KAREN S.

Not well lit, not enough signage or information about rules. I used the unit 3 times to bring furniture in and out and used side doors closet to my unit not bay doors. I was there for 2-3 hours each time with commercial moving companies. No one ever said I could not use the side doors that were unlocked with no signage. When I was ready to move out completely the doors were pad locked. I asked why. The manager accused me of breaking into unlocked doors and putting units at risk. She yelled at me and was completely rude. Customer service is poor and slow . Your location should take responsibility for lack or locking your own doors , putting up signs that say emergency exit only or signs that say specific doors can not be used.
