The lady at the desk was extremely rude. I scheduled the truck with 2 dozen furniture pads, she simply said I do not have those and then ordered another coworker to go get “some” for me. Instead of checking me in she then sent me a link to do it on my phone, threw me the keys, and said the trucks on the lot, start at this door and work your way around. Bye. Will never ever rent from this place again. The only nice bit of the experience was the phone call to check in the truck after I arrived 2 min after the store closed, door was still open, and the same rude lady told me nope it’s 7:02 I don’t work anymore after 7, bye

Please don't hide the penalty costs of going over additional days. I was quoted $40/day, but then additional fees were added for the insurance that were never mentioned to me. I don't appreciate it.

Clean the cabin and fill the gas up to a quarter tank like it says in your contract. Sure, the manager was great and courteous... but the truck was fucking disgusting. As I was walking up, I could smell the stench from 5 feet away when the doors were closed and windows up. I open it to the worst Tobacco smell I’ve ever smelled and there we tobacco leaves littered throughout the cabin. I started dry heaving immediately. The manager cleaned it out and I thought it’d be fine. I wake up the next morning at 5am for my 750 mile drive, and equip my flu mask to block the smell. I made it 5 minutes before having to stop from dizziness and pull over. I said ok whatever I’ll try to go more. I made it 15 more minutes before my vision blurred and dizziness took over, I almost crashed from nausea 3 separate times just 30 minutes in. Luckily I found a gas station with aerosol that made the air just bearable enough to forge on. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve died, no doubt. The gas was also on empty when I picked it up. If you go to this place, make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into. I will never use uhaul again for the lack of maintenance and cleanliness that the executives let the company get away with. THEYRE RIPPING YOU OFF AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY! USE SOMEONE ELSE! Oh not to mention they gave me wrong dropped location. ITS A JOKE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! I’m just happy to be alive fuck these guys I’ll never use them again. CUBESMART here I come!!!

First acted like my business was a bother to them. Next they gave me wrong info on having a months free storage at the location I dropped off the trailer. Now I had to pay 75 dollars for a storage unit that should have been free for a month.

Gas was a little until half but didn’t see anyone to let them know. For the extra 5 bucks decided to fill to half to ensure it was returned at what the documentation showed.

The customer rep here told us lies. Said that the place where we was returning would give a refund. Which they dont give cash refunds. And the miles we didnt use would be refund. Which was all a lie.. Never again..

The van had cigarette butts left behind and smelled very strongly. We chose not to use the van to move as much as we originally planned because we didn’t want everything to smell like cigarettes.

The gas tank was not full and I ended up getting swindled for more gas then I used. The wipers were not working and it was pouring rain. The woman at the desk who processed my reservation took over 30 minutes and told me, even though two ten foot trucks were available, I had to wait an additional twenty minutes for a local truck. I will never be using U-Haul again after this experience.

The place isn’t 24-hour. But that wasn’t specified on the website, so when we got there I had 1 hr to unload a massive trailer. I get the girls wanted to go home and thanks 4 stayn. But we didn’t know

COMMENTS: You charged me an extra days rental fee even though I personally returned my equipment to an employee the same day I rented it. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO IMPROVE?: Don't try to charge customers for made up fees. And return their emails.

My truck had almost no gas in it. I only drove it 21 miles and got charged for 8 gallons of gas or $30. I’ve filed a complaint and I expect a refund. The truck didn’t drive as smoothly as I would have expected either.

Both the manager and the associate were friendly and helpful. Customer service was great, especially in a time when it seems to be nonexistent!! You can tell they enjoy their job/work.

The initial truck I was provided with had no brakes, the steering wheel was terrible. We had to return the vehicle back to the location, only to be given another truck that was just as bad. Horrible experience and frightening to say the least. I am appalled that UHAUL would rent trucks of this caliber.

When you do express check in, it should be express and not take over an hour. Then it accepted my card via the website but yet when I went there to get my keys their machine wouldn’t take my card. I asked to change registers and pay cash and was told I couldn’t yet another lady walked right up to the next register and paid cash and was out in moments.

I arrived at the store around 5:30 pm on Nov. 26 and there appeared to be only person assisting customers at the front desk. There were 5 customers in front of me so I had to leave and come back.
