My truck was dirty and had a foul smell. There was a fork and other trash in the passenger side door. In one of the cup holders there was a finger nail. There were napkins and a plastic bag in the back. However, the customer service was great and I would still recommend, please just clean the trucks a little more thorough!Kendra H.

I was also called 10 minutes after I left the facility asking for my card number because they claimed they didn't have it on file. Larger lot size/s, making it easier for customers to enter and park without having to navigate around trucks and trailers that are trying to exit the lot. A uhaul lot that's situated on a corner in a downtown location with narrow streets does not make for easy access.Derron S.

Stop trying to cheat customers out of money or at least accurately record information/improve staffing and customer service. I returned the truck on 6/5 approximately 5hours before it's scheduled rtn time and still haven't received a final bill. The truck was barely wiped down and there was hair all over. The previous driver had a pet in the truck. And it definitely smelled like it. On top of the evident pet dander everywhere. The employees had a difficult time loading my car onto the tow trailer.ROBERT D.

There are so many problems with this location and it's employees I don't even know where to begin. From systemic problems that make every part of the experience frustrating to a total lack of giving a shit from the staff it would be difficult to summarize the depth and scope of the failure to be found here. Under no circumstances should anyone rent from this location. The flow in and out of the parking lot has no system and, as a result, major traffic jams occurred every single time we came to pick up or drop off. There was confusion and miscommunication with our reservation, which resulted in a very inefficient process and unnecessary return trips to get everything we had reserved. And still, even when we reserved a rental of 30 plastic bins, we didn't receive them when we arrived for pick-up, there was no record of our having reserved them in the first place, we had to return to get them a day later, and when we did finally get them, there were only 20 available. We were very unsatisfied with our experience here and will not use this service again.Kevin N.

When first arriving there was no employee at the vehicle return. Due to another driverless vehicle not being under the awning we were forced to have our vehicle partially blocking the roadway. After waiting we went inside to inform the two employees and one moved the other vehicle forward so we didn't have to block traffic. Even with multiple customers being inside needing assistance, one employee continued moping the floors. The other employee with a lower leg injury was helpful and did everything in her power to complete the process. Another employee began cursing at a semi truck who I guess was trying to turn in the parking lot with limited space. I would not be returning to this location.Morgan S.

I received an email saying that my truck was "guaranteed"; however, when I got to the location, the reps weren't sure if my truck was available or not. Thankfully, it was available, but if it wasn't, that would've caused a lot of problems for me. There seems to be a widespread problem in the uhaul system of overbooking rentals. I had this issue in NJ and again in Charlotte. Uhaul needs to fix this issue or there will be a lot of disappointed customers.Naman R.

This was not my preferred location and UHaul sent me 20 miles away from where I had requested to drop the trailer. This was extremely inconvenient and the staff where I did the pick up said I could drop it anywhere. I am not pleased about this as I had it all planned to drop close to my storage unit and calling the 800# was useless as I was on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up frustrated.Todd H.

They gave me a van that was completely on empty and expected me to drive around adding mileage that I would have to pay for looking for gas during a gas shortage. So I took it back and they gave me a 10 foot truck. I ended up adding additional 10 miles anyway looking for gas before bringing it back. Still wasn't able to find any so I ended up being overcharged for the fuel and mileage. Thankfully, I had taken before and after pictures to show proof of both. I submitted a dispute with the photos but I haven't received a response yet. It's a shame that people are always trying to get over on you trying to get extra money.CHENISIA R.

The facility was overall dirty and not safe. Surrounding streets were full of homeless. Storage rooms were poorly constructed and hard to access with anything bigger than a moving box. This facility was maintained fine but it is located too close to a homeless encampment and I’m worried about the security of my belongings.
