Truck was very loud and definitely needed maintenance. The insurance coverage does not cover any damage to your property unless you’re in a collision. The worst experience was dealing with the U-Haul Moving help. Moving by MJ’s owned by Jessica Hernandez was a nightmare. The crew members damaged several personal belongings and damaged my walls. Most importantly, what is particularly concerning is the manner in which this payment code was allegedly submitted. A crew member, without my explicit consent nor authorization, accessed my mobile phone to obtain and tell Jessica to input the payment code. This action constitutes a serious breach of my personal privacy and a direct violation of the stipulated terms that the customer must provide the code upon satisfaction. I did not verbally authorize the release of this code, and the crew member's actions were entirely unsolicited and inappropriate. Given these circumstances, I consider the submission of the payment code to be an unauthorized transaction. This directly contravenes the guidelines provided by Moving Help, which are designed to protect customers in situations where service is unsatisfactory. I requested a thorough investigation into this matter, including the unauthorized submission of the payment code and unfortunately MovingHelp.com and U-Haul staff said I have to directly correspond with Moving by MJ’s. Furthermore, I seek a fair and appropriate resolution for the significant damages incurred and the unauthorized charge. Please beware of Moving by MJ’s /Jessica Hernandez. They mishandle and damage your belongings and property, they lie and are crooks.

The first day I was moving things into storage, we bothered about four people who was staying or living the storage unit across from the unit I got. We interrupted their sleep and they got upset and mumbled stuff because we woke them up. It took an inordinate amount of time to set the reservation on Thursday and again on Friday when I picked it up. I was charged rent for 2 days. I returned the trailer and dolly the same day that I picked it up. This place is the worst.

Rogelio PMom attic space had a leak! all my boxes got soaked. So many items ruined including personal photos, vinyl records, collectibles, clothes. When we turned in the truck and told them. All they said was “did yall take photos”. Umm no. We were rushing to get our stuff out the rain!

BAILEY MWaiting in lobby for 45 minutes no employee. Went out looked for employee found 1 she was helping a customer she told me her manager was inside. She told me to go inside building and knock on door next to desk. Manager was inside office sleeping. Another customer was trying to purchase boxes and was in there for an hour with no help. I was on a schedule. Reservation was for 3pm. My entire day was off schedule because the manager decided to sleep during buisnees hours while on the clock

Donavan WUpon arrival, I hadn’t even placed my truck in park when I was approached by a Mae and told I could not return my trailer at this location. I informed him this was the location on my reservation and he walked away and went into the building without saying anything else. I entered the building and the male called field manager Diego Gonzalez as Diego was not at the location. Diego said I could not drop off the trailer at that location and that I need to go to another location. I again informed him that this was the address listed in my reservation. Diego then told me that if I left the trailer there then it would be towed and I would be subject to added fees. I then agreed to drop the trailer off at the other location. I then asked the male for his name and he refused to give me his name and stated he did not work for U-haul. Due to the male refusing to provide me his name and me wanting documentation of who I spoke to in person, I took a photograph of the male. The male then lunged at me with his fist in the air as if he were going to punch me. The male was upset that I took his picture and told me to leave the location. I then left and informed the male that I would be filing a complaint. This occurred two days ago and after filing a complaint with the regional manager, I had yet to be contacted about this incident.

Arturo OKeep your personal life out of your business life. Business is business, and definitely do not be showing recorded videos of your customers to your significant other. Inside of truck was clean and so was the inside of the box truck however outside of the truck was dirty. You are there to represent the place that you work for and if it’s your business then you should hold yourself at a higher professional level so that you receive the respect that you deserve. Other than that this is and can continue to be a very good place to rent from.
Barbara CCustomer service was subpar. The truck and appliance dolly reserved were not available upon arrival, and the furniture dolly offered as an alternative was returned before leaving the lot because it wouldn't suffice after all was still charged to teh account. I got bounced around from all three of the clerks. For the next customer have a clean truck available with the requested items or notify the customer its no available before they show up. Have organized system of who is taking care of who

There were a few times that there was one staff there, and phone calls were not answered or long waits at the counter. Also, given that we could not back the larger trucks all the way into the doors, we had to be a bit more cautious climbing the ramp while loading, and the alarm for the doors went off continuously, which was quite grating. Kelly did disable the alarm on multiple trips for us to move in quiet.

EDWARD W | First ImpressionsIt went well till the end, I had used the services on different aspects , storage unit and uhaul truck.. so i spent a very good amount, so with that I brought them a profit , spent over $700..well when all Said and then on the very last day the storage unit had a door problem.. it could not open or close..it had a spring broken .., it happen so sudden..can't even give to an explanation why.. it was like that when we open it. So I got a staff member to look at it.. he said dont worry about jt.. he will take care of it.. it was pur last day of using it..we took out everything and clean it. So I called and spoke to the general manager of the valley hi location Kelly Delgado.. I had remembered that I spoke and told her we didn't need the unit anymore, she said all I need to do was to keep the lock and clean the storage.. so it was done.. she calls me a month later about late payments and blan blah blah .I was like are u crazy, I have already closed the account.. what are u talking about.. well she was giving me late fees , late check out, then she ask me about the door..she was trying to keep me liable.. so I wanted to just move on.. this was a unessasary experience..stressful, I had already moved on.. and she wss harassing me.. I paid for the spring o..but this was the lowest of the low ..is this how desperate uhaul is to make money...Seriously!!!!

I told them I would need 48hrs to rent a truck and I would be there they agreed and said they would call me with a time and date . That never happened , not only did we lose our furniture pictures adoption papers but all of my NAVY documents, I'm retired NAVY and all of my things I have collected for over 23yrs is now gone somewhere and no one can give me any answers these items CANNOT BE REPLACED , I just want our things back , can anyone help me ???
