Monte S.Girl moving the trucks was rude. Did not give any direction on what to do or where to wait. I did the self pick up and found the truck assigned to me but it was not ready. Another worker told us to wait at the lot across the street and we did. When the girl brought the truck to the other lot she walked right by us without saying anything, all we were waiting for was the key.

Multiple reservations were made and I was getting automated messages stating that i had missed appointments that didnt exist. less than smooth process.
JAMES G.Verify that all equipment installation is correct especially when a customer has a long drive. When I got to my final destination and checked the straps on the tow dolly, one of the straps had came loose.

Cynthia J.The fist thing is that I was forced to upgrade my vehicle due to not being able to use a debit card. I was told that I needed a credit card. This made me to have to update vehicles which caused me to spend more per mile and to spend more on gas to fill it back up. I was told that that's the only way possible to prevent me from stealing the vehicle… WHAT??? That is the most hideous thing I've very heard. Shame on you for having this stupid rule. Secondly, the floor was sticky in the vehicle and I was not able to adjust the seat forward or backwards which could have made it dangerous to drive. Lastly, the check engine light was on. I absolutely hated this experience. I've used uhaul in the past but never again.

GUADALUPE L.This rental was the absolute worst experience I've had with Uhaul. I've used uhaul numerous times in my life and I've never had anything close to the issues I've had with this location. Everything was wrong. The billing was wrong, the total was wrong, the truck numbers in and out were wrong, the gas was wrong, the online order was wrong, the receipts were wrong, my bank was overdrafted from numerous pending charges (which I had to pay for until they “fell offâ€). The only half way good experience I had was because I had to contact the off the clock manager to fix everything. I would never return to this location and I'm actually nervous to even go with uhaul ever again.
Koral R.Did not do a walk thru trailer, customer service at desk cocky. Was quoted 29.99 24 hours, had it only 7 hours, they said 1/4 tank gas got a Mike down no gas. Put more gas than what I got, charged 19 $ total $108. Never again.

Elizabeth R.2 boys on duty. We waited 30 minutes to turn in our trailer then another 30 minutes after I complained. Finally I had to just do it all myself. They were more concerned about getting trucks checked in then getting out trailer taken care of. Ugh. Worst uhaul experience so far.

Plus I was told to go to another location to pick truck up that was further away. I was given miles credit but nothing towards the cost of fuel. I'm sure y'all know gas isn't free.

MeganMarie D.This was the worst customer service experience ever. Not only is the location understaffed causing huge line delays. The two staff members where completely rude to customers. In addition they would not assist anyone with drop offs making customers un high trailers themselves. A complete liability of having a customer hurt themselves. I had to assist an elderly man un hitch his trailer as he was not strong enough to do so along with unhooking my 6x12 trailer. My recommendation is to fire the current staff and replace it with at least 4-5 new employees.
Micheal S.There does not seem to be any vehicle maintenance or pre-post inspection of the vehicle; the air conditioning system has not been serviced because it was blowing like warm air (it was 105 degrees outside) and the gas refill cap was unable to be opened. I was at a gas station ready to refill to avoid gas charges by Uhaul but could not open the cap - I told the clerk this when I returned the truck but was still charged for not refueling. We are never going back to this facility.
Ricardo G.I made the reservation for 9am for 3 hours. When I arrived to the location at 930 for pickup, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. I never received a notification of cancellation and was told my specific type of vehicle request was unavailable even though I saw it in the parking lot. The customer service agent then informed me that he could only authorize rental as long as I confirmed the return NLT noon which is what I originally requested. Unsure where the disconnect was. Thankfully they were able to accommodate.
