The employees had an attitude of a difference when I return the vehicle with Guy he tried to charge me we're not having it clean enough $25 then he charge me for gas even though I went ahead and put gas in there and it was more than when I picked it up the customer service was not there especially when dropping it off I was told I was going to get a receipt and they asked me for my email I have not received my receipt but I got this survey and I need the receipt for workVICTOR D.

Overall process was great! The employees were extremely helpful in getting everything set up for my rental. My only suggestion would be to have the trailer/vehicle ready for pickup in a convenient location when a customer makes a reservation. I think this would speed up the rental process a bit but overall it was a pleasant experience.MICHAEL R.
My pick up time was at 2:52 Wednesday and when I returned the equipment on Thursday, I was there at 2.58 of the following day y missed by 6 minutes and they charge me 2 days rental and the "manager" was not willing to negotiate nothing.Elizabeth A.

The only problem that I would like addresses. I rented 6 packages of blankets and only used 2, I tried to return the same day the 4 and was told no. Next time don't disregard the customer who waited in line, for a customer who was still shopping. I was in line giving the customer at the desk 6 ft when another customer who was still shopping while I was in line stepped into the space I left, I told them and the front desk guy that I was in line and he proceeded to let them skip me saying they're next because they're in the store before me. Very unprofessional, if I had another option I would've spent my hard earned money somewhere else.SHANNON N.

The staff was very friendly and the whole experience of picking up a trailer for the day and dropping it back off was quick and easy. They had the equipment I needed and were "Johnny-on-the-spot" for getting me going and when I dropped the trailer back off. Very nice experience.LAURA LEE-OWENS B.
The tire pressure on one of the tires was at 20psi the other one at 44. Thank goodness I didn't have an issue. Plan to check psi on tires on next rental before I drive off.MARTIN D.

I dropped off after hours and the automated drop off on the uhaul website did not work so I was concerned about leaving but had no choice. At 8:15 the next morning I received the receipt of return email with no issues their staff had verified the drop and completed the contract. ThanksCarl F.

Uhaul sent me 20 miles out of the way to drop this unit off. A completely different zip code. There was at least 3 drop offs within 5 miles of my storage unit. Completely unacceptable to make me drive 20 fkn miles SW to this drop off location. Is Uhaul gonna reimburse me the gas money to drive this gas guzzler 20 miles out of the way? GarbageAndres G.

The first location scheduled for pick up was supposed to be the 24/7 pickup before hours. But they did not communicate that they will hand deliver keys. Wasted an hour of our time because we had to wait til store opened to get the truck. Even though it was t communicated til morning of (I signed up for the 24/7 pick up) . Second location, the Front desk was on their phone majority of the time and barely helped us.Crystal T.
The folks there and the service were great and the Hitch looks great on my car. This is my 4th U-Haul hitch, good work. I did have 1 set back. Due to the distance I was coming to bring my car to this location, I called 2 days ahead to see if I could bring my truck the night before and leave it overnight. I spoke with a lady when I called (Saturday, 7/3/21 around 4:00 pm) and I was told that would be fine. While my car was on your lot, I had my Roof Top emergency light stolen off the car. It was one of the magnetized type that stick on top. It was pulled off and the wires cut with a pocket knife, (The end of the wire had a very ruff jagged cut to it not smooth like a cutter would be). I picked my car up in dark rainy weather and did not notice. I called the shop the next morning after I got home and realized the light was missing. The manager was apologetic about it and mentioned that they have had a few things taken in the past, truck battery's and such. I understand these things happen, but if they know it is a rough area, my car should not of been left out in the lot or they should of told me it was not recommended to leave there over night. I reserved a 26 footer that was unavailable when I got to the store. The rental agent gave me a 20 footer which resulted in me may having to make an extra trip which doubled the mileage and doubled the time of my rental. The $50 credit that I was given doesn't cover the extra time and mileage. Customer service at its worse!!!Anthony G.
