If all the rental trailer and trucks were lined up in line ex. All the trucks lined up side by side. The trailers lined up in a single line where the customer could just back up to the trailer and Hook up then leave. Just have items easier to access. There is plenary of parking space to be able to do this.

Justin is a fantastic employee and I was so grateful for his patience and kindness. He had so many customers to manage all at once and the computer systems were either down or running very slowly every time I was in the shop. He never lost his cool. I hope he can get some help in the way of another associate working in the store with him. It would be a much more efficient process for everyone!

charged a cleaning fee for a little bit of grass that was left in the back. Look at the pictures. then wanted to charge me for after hours and not doing a 24/7 check in. Nickel and dime your customers trying to make as much money as you can. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN> I RENT TRUCKS AND TRAILERS ALL THE TIME>.

I have rented two times from this location and the interiors were clean and trucks ran well but the exteriors were filthy. You could not see out of the front windshields. One truck I had to stop at a gas station to clean the bugs of the front windshield so I could see. Also I was told the truck I rented had a 1/2 tank of gas when I got it. It was 1/8th of a tank less than that. I returned truck with a little less than 1/2 tank and waiting to see what the bill is. overall a good experience, friendly help and easy to rent, I will continue to use but room for improvement.

This location in Versailles, KY has the worst customer service of any UHaul I have ever used. Last year they couldn't find our reservation, didn't have a truck yet an hour later magically found it and a truck and this year (Aug. 30, 2020 at 9am) the "system was down" when we went to pick up the truck that we had reserved a week before. They said SORRY We can't give you a truck. Umm hello how did they do it in the old days. They refused to give us a truck at all and went and hid in the back. I was in Louisville at an event waiting for my friend to pick up the truck and bring it as I had to be out of the building I was in by a specific time. So now we frantically (Just like last year when this same location lost our reservation) started trying to call any uhaul in surrounding cities. Of course we couldn't get ahold of anyone so my friend just got in his car and drove 30 minutes and waited in line at one. I finally after a 45 minute wait to the main UHaul number got an answer. She confirmed the system HAD been down but was fixed now and they absolutely should never have turned us away. She told me to tell my friend to drive back over to Versailles since he was still in line at the place he drove to (30 more minutes) and tell them they had to honor our reservation and if not she gave me a direct line to call that would tell them to give us a truck. Of course they acted like nothing had happened earlier in the day and we got a truck. Of course by this point it was two hours later than our original reservation. For the fact they bought the entire shopping center there in Versailles and the city won't let them turn it into storage you would think they'd want all the business they can get but they sure won't ever get mine again. This same type scenario happened last year when after us frantically trying to find another truck since they lost our reservation and said they didn't have one, they magically an hour later said OH we had your reservation and a truck the whole time. They don't greet you when you go in and just stare at you like what the hell do you want. HORRIBLE customer service.

They selected a drop off location than the one I had originally asked for. Said they couldn't change it but if I called uhaul they could change it. Called uhaul after 20+ mins on hold was told be the customer service rep that they couldn't change the drop off location. Called the location I wanted to use originally and Vicki said sure I can take care of that for you.

My original plan was for a 10' truck, which I selected the first time. But when I picked up the truck it was a 9' truck. I Tried to call to makes changes to reservation and was on hold for a long time. So I had to settle

I made reservation for after hours pickup and no where in the process did it say I had to register some other way to pick up truck and use my phone to check in. The registration should have said Oh after hours you need to do this procedure. Wasted al lot of time on the phone trying to get the truck at the appointed time.

Truck was great for our son's move to college. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick up the truck, I had selected the wrong date for pick up Uhaul was very accommodating and had another truck available for us to use which was a life saver.

I asked for a dolly twice and was assured that it would be in the truck..I was charged for it but it wasn't in the truck. It's hard to move without one, especially when I paid for one...I was told that I would be refunded the amount but was not..that was a week ago.

It was difficult to understand the daily rate on the trailer. I bought insurance. I returned it on time three days later and saw that the rental charge was for an extra day. Instead of about $75, I was hit with $100. Your first page should be LARGE PRINT. It should clearly state, if you bring the equipment back by xxx time, you will be charged $xxx. ANY CHARGES should be clearly spelled out.

No one called us when uboxes arrived we had to call. Because of that we paid an extra day of hotels at our expense. Very poor communications. We were not told in Nampa ID uhaul where placed the order that the move from storage location in Lexington KY to our new home in Richmond KY was not part of the 2960.00 we paid. We had to hire an outside mover and pay about $ 600.00 again very poor explanation of process.

This was a great experience. I liked the check in process because it gives the renter an opportunity to take pictures. The replacement of the gas is tricky. We pumped approximately $7 too much.

The employee that checked me in and out was very rude. He tried to charge me for an extra day if I wasn't back before 5pm. I then returned the truck at 4.57pm and he was angry that I returned it just as he was supposed to be finishing work.

The online after hours check in was difficult to use. I was texted about putting the mileage on my contract after being directed online to put keys and contract in the overnight box. The young man I spoke to by phone the next morning was nice enough to check me in without charging me the extra $20, when I explained the difficulty I had. That was much appreciated!
