Once again there is a discrepancy upon return. Two weeks ago you tried to tell us that we traveled 225 miles when we only had the truck for 3 hours and in fact had traveled 9 miles round trip. Today I received a charge of $14.00 for 4 gallons of fuel when I traveled 10 miles and put 1.5 gallons in the truck prior to return. There is no way that we used 5.5 gallons of gas for a 10 mile trip.

The trailer I rented did not have a license plate on it I got pulled over and had a big problem with state highway patrol so was not pleased with that and all I got was a “sorry about that “. will think twice before I rent again

Fuel tank wasn't full. Ended up spending 10 dollars more. Your 24/7 check in cost me 20 minutes of my rental. I couldn't take pictures of damage to the vehicle. Key wasn't in lock box. Each time I had to go inside and report the issue.

Considering I have several heavy items, I didn't think to ask whether my unit was on the ground floor, which it was not. When I asked about switching to a ground unit, I was told it would be an additional $10 after I was automatically charged for a lock although I already had one! I would suggest that your CSRs ask more questions.

The man who waited on me wasn't nice at all. Didn't show me where my truck was, just handed me the keys. If he wasn't going to show me he could have atleast told me what I would need to find our truck, which we ended up just figuring out ourselves. I asked about dropping off after hours and he didn't even give me any information on it, I had to figure that out myself also. I would tell someone to make the extra drive to one of the other locations. If your gonna work in a job with the public, you need to be nice and friendly.

Better training. My rental “out agent” was not fully aware of the final walk around text features. When I came back in to correct the gasoline level on the contract a different agent told me how to do it on the text message. He remarked to her “as I walked away” I didn't know that. He was very good overall!

The gentleman that checked me in has poor customer service. When I asked which truck is mine or how to find my truck- he simply pointed to a parking lot with about 15 other U-Haul trucks and said its over there...Really?

First thing the receiving employee said was “sweep the back out and you will save $25”. The back had already been swept out and was clean...I told him no and that there better not be a $25 charge on this rental either! Fuck him and his attitude about it

Had to work on the tour equipment about 3 hrs replacing the safety chain .an the after I got it home the tire psi was really low adjusted all 4 tire pressure..once I got loaded and headed t south had to deal with non brakes on the trailer..pretty sure i wore out my brakes on my 2019 Tahoe..it was horrible 1200 mile trip..with that trailer..

The truck steering is horrible!! It definitely needs some work done to it and I told the check in guy and he seemed like he could care less less and put it back on the lot to be rented again. This vehicle is unsafe in our present condition

I called 3 times over 2 days was in phone loop for 25 minutes each time never got to talk to a person so drove to uhall store they were not buses also had 3 trucks the size I needed . Only problem was now one to answer phone.

The employee who helped me both at pickup and drop off was the same person. He is probably the best customer service I have ever received. You honestly have a great employee and person and he should be moving up to a district manager or higher up. He cares about his job, customers etc...

The check in guy, was rude. Don't know his name but he acted as if it was an inconvenience to be there and tried to charge 8 $$ and change for gas, I had pics to prove, gas was right. So he didn't charge. Also the transmission in truck didn't shift properly, could be dangerous.

The rating that I have given is based on the second place that we were sent to with this truck. The first place was nothing more than a dump. Actually at the second place where we dropped the truck off at the lady was waiting for us to complete the drop off.

Nothing except put a few more people on and I understand budget is everything. Fazon was an awesome face of the company. He was nice service oriented helpful conversational and overall an asset to U-Haul. I will hope that he is in the store anytime that I rent from U-Haul. Please recognize him for the talent he has and that you have in having him as a U-Haul employee. In my workplace I look for people with great people skills and he certainly has them.

We had to go here to pick up our truck because the site in Boardman didn't have a 10 ft truck. This location was clean, nest, fast, efficient and polite! Would definitely recommend!

Well for one you overcharged me you charged me $126.99 when I picked up the truck I returned it clean undamaged my mileAGE WAS $100 and they next day you charge my debit card $201 when it should have been just a few dollars and then your won't call me back see you in small claims assholes

The app doesn't make anything easier, it actually makes the process harder. I had to go into the store and get help twice and I am not a tech idiot - your app kept failing. Amy was helpful but the milage was incorrect and I had to go back inside to get her to see the correct milage... But when I returned the truck the app made the return process take 15 minutes and the mileage was still wrong! I had to call the location the next morning and talk to a guy to get it adjusted...

I wasn't told the process for after hour returns. The lady that helped me knew I was returning after hours, but nothing was explained to me about the process. So I got charged for after hour drop off process that could of been avoided if i was informed on the steps to take.. not happy about that

I wasn't going to make it in time to return my rental in time before the location closed for the night. The employee talked me thru detaching the trailer from the hitch of our truck and were able to do it on our own! Thank you for the great customer service!

UHaul had installed the hitch on our vehicle when we bought it. Upon arriving to pick up the trailer we had a problem with left side not lighting. The young man who looked at it, said there was nothing he could do. He had a very poor work ethic and attitude. We had someone else look at it and told us there was no shrink wrap or anything on any of the wiring just electrical tape that was falling off almost all of it.

I reserved online for a pick up and there was nothing online if there was a hitch on it. So I called and had to wait 29 minutes to get through just to ask if my reservation had a hitch and she told me "yes, a 2 inch ball". So I picked up the truck, right before closing and just thought the hitch would be on there. I did the whole check over on the truck and didn't even think about looking to see if there was a hitch ball on there! On my way to pick up my boat I get to the store and look down and there's no hitch!!! Now that uhaul was closed I went to couple other stores to get one but to no avail and I just had to miss my appointment to pick up my boat and now I have to wait a week to get it now and go through courts ! And I still had to pay $37 for nothing because the woman on the phone and the cashier told me there was a 2 inch ball on it

My unit leaked and my dads dresser was ruined. That was the only thing left i had of him. I have washed $75. Worth of wet, moldy, bugs my clothes smelled like a chemical. We let them into our full unit to spray for bugs. I will never use this company again or recommend it. I payed insurance but the manager said it dosent cover that. Wtf does it cover.
