I was quoted $234 but my card was charged $270+ causing my checking to be overdrawn and associated fees charged by the bank. The truck had a flat tire. This location refused to call Roadside Assistance for me even though I told them I had lost my cell phone. I had to drive 30 minutes to my dad's house to make the call. What happened to customer service! The overall attitude of the employee on Saturday evening was one of "I don't give a s#!%!". Will never use U-haul again unless I get some compensation.

CRISTIAN WThis is by far the worse experience I’ve had with renting a moving truck. The employees you had working today (Kissty) and I’m not sure the other girl that was working, were not very good at their jobs. When I arrived to pickup my U-Haul I stood around inside almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me or helped me and I was the only one there. When I returned to drop the vehicle off there is a sign posted at the drop off location to wait in the vehicle during business hours and someone will come out to help complete the return process. So I waited almost 10 minutes. After no one came out I walked to the front of the store to see what they were doing and to my shock they’re both standing there stacking empty boxes, they both looked at me and continued stacking boxes. I stood there for another 2-3 minutes thinking they would they come out so they could check the vehicle in and let me go. THEY DID NOT! I finally got so frustrated I just went inside and they pretended like I hadn’t been standing there this whole time. Kissty finally took the keys from me, never came outside or anything. So I asked her if she knew the sign outside says to wait for an employee to assist with the return and she just looked at me and said yea we have all these cameras around but we usually don’t pay attention to them. No apology or anything for having me sitting there almost 15 mins. I will never use U-Haul again, if I could get my money back and take my business elsewhere I absolutely would! Terrible service

Julie BThe emergency brake was stuck on I had to call roadside assistance. The next day the truck battery was dead, I had to call roadside assistance again. The battery was due to extremely low temperatures. The service was great, the truck issues were annoying but so is moving in general.
Spring JI sent my brother in law to pick up the trailer so I did not visit the site.

SCOTT RThe truck I picked up ran fine, but I was driving across the Midwest in the middle of a snowstorm and the windshield wiper fluid either ran out, or stopped working. Not a great situation with blowing snow, salt and sand on the road, and dirty windshields. I had to roll the window down while I was driving to pour water on the window so I could see the road. The fluid levels were not on the equipment pickup checklist, but maybe they should be if that is not part of your process when turning trucks around?
RUSSELL MEveryone was very accommodating during the move as we ran into a snow storm which delayed us a couple days in getting truck back. Would highly recommend.

Was expecting to pick up the truck keys and drive. Also, didn’t have some of the equipment that I had reserved available. I would rate the facility excellent- brand new. The staff was helpful and friendly. The on line sign up was a waste of time.

Caleb was the one we worked with, and he was courteous, knowledgeable, offered advice, and suggested. Would definitely go back again, it's a brand new facility with storage available.
ROBERT HExceptional customer service. The 26' truck I rented was spotless inside and out. Drove good, ran good and the lighting in the cargo box was a nice upgrade compared to the older models. The truck also did surprisingly well regarding fuel consumption. All this and U-Haul was still quite a bit cheaper than their competitors.

KEITH GI made the initial reservation on-line. As the rental date drew near, I wanted to confirm with the location. When I called, I received a message saying nobody was available and was taken to a response menu. It was not functioning right because after selecting a response,, it said that selection was not available to me. This was a larger U-Haul center and I only saw 2 people manning it. Apparently they were away from the phone alot.

ROBERT FIt was a big hassle to be using this location. I made the reservation for one of the 3 locations that are within 5 miles of my house. Instead I had to make the trip to Wentzville from St. Charles to pick up the truck and then to pick up the trailer/car transport. It was an hour round trip which was not easy to maneuver around the appointment for the movers. I appreciate the upgrade to the 26' truck and the toy carrier which seemed a bit easier to work with than the classic auto carrier. I also appreciate that since I hadn't ordered the toy carrier they provided me with the free straps that were needed to use it. I suggest you provide the straps as part of the rental so it doesn't seem like price gauging. The ladies who are in charge of the Wentzville location were very helpful and totally professional. They are doing a great job!
