I payed cash for my rental had over night drop off i went in for my deposit money they sent a check out to a address i no longer live at and told me theres nothing thry can do and this was 1st time this has happen

This location is new to me, I went to the wrong location at first (also on E.Ridge Rd.). I arrived at 9:15am for a 9am pick-up appt. THIS location needs help. I stood in line until 10:12am, it was finally my turn-the guy then tells me that I'm at the wrong location-I asked him to put a note in the computer, telling them that I'm on my way (SUPER Late now...) praying that my reservation was still valid. I get to the correct location, and was met by a professional young lady- there wasn't a line- she was efficient, nice & knew her job well. I was in & out- Even though I was late, there were no issues w/my reservation- This location is Great! The staff, Great! Keep up the good work! That OTHER location, further up the same street, needs work! Not once did any of those guys going back & forth, In & Out, say, apologies for the wait, or we'll be right w/you- its like 6 of us in line for way too long, and they never said anything to the customers, that were patiently waiting-That goes a long way, when people are waiting for extended periods of time- Not these guys- I definitely will NOT refer anyone to that location. Also- just a little suggestion, the counter/register area should be visible- they have rows of products, as if to separate the counter/register space. Bad idea, bad look- The place looks crowded w/product alone, we had minimal space to even, have a line-confusing, going to the counter-STUFF everywhere- However, my experience ended well, very well- and b/c of that, I will definitely refer & use THIS location again- Great Customer Service, professional & swift- Awesome!!!

It started with the trailer not being at the same location as the truck and me having to drive 80 miles out of the way to get the auto transport. When I asked why everything wasn’t there I was told I’d have to call the 1800 number as there was nothing she could do. When picking up the truck I was told it was a “little noisey” but she had no complaints about the truck. I didn’t get a mile down the road before having issues with the power steering. I got the truck to another center and asked to swap it out and was told that the transaction would have to be reversed and it would “be a while” one guy did go out to the truck and opened the hood to find no power steering fluid in the truck at all. He added over a qt to it and asked if there was anything else or if I could be on my way. At this point I just took the truck. They didn’t bother to look into it further and I still had to go get the trailer for the other location so I could start loading. Very disappointed to say the least with this transaction.

When I picked up the vehicle James was not too friendly- he neglected to show me the equipment and the emergency brake was on & took me a few minutes to figure out how to release it- he had walked away before I could ask him any questions, nor did he ask me if I had any questions or concerns. On the other hand when I dropped off the vehicle Mr. Fitzgerald was wonderful and very personable!

I was and still am pissed off at you guys for not returning what was left over of my 100.00 My son drove the truck I paid for the truck and was told my son will get the money when he comes in. He lives in another town and will not be coming back to pick it up! You guys suck! Uhaul has 4ever lost my business.

I am disappointed that I could not pick up the equipment from my preferred location, I reserved a trailer weeks before I needed it. I was not familiar with the city this added undue stress to our trip. When we arrived the customer service agent barely talked.

I have a walking disability and was given a storage locker second to last of all the lockers 3199 and not offered anything else. Currently speaking with my lawyer about my rights. Will never do business again with this location.

Employee needs Customer service training, only one Pearson at counter 1/2 the time, it took 25 minutes to receive the truck and 25 minutes to return the truck and the Alarm for storage was way to loud it went off 3 times when we were there and I wear a hearing aide and that might cause damage to someone’s ears no one needs the alarm that loud inside your showroom floor the truck we received was having transmission issues was not shifting correctly thank you have a nice day

FILL ALL THE TANKS INSTEAD OF HAVING TO MATCH WHERE IT IS ON THE GAS GAUGE ..WHY NOT HAVE THE TRUCK FULL WHEN PICKED UP.. I ALWAYS BRING IT BACK WITH MORE THAN I GET IT WITH AND DONT GET REIMBURSED HOWEVER, IF ITS SHORT I PAY A HUGE AMOUNT PER GALLON I RENT EVERY WEEK AT OVER $450.00 PER WEEK!HOW ABOUT SOMETHING OR ME!! HA

The agent who waited on me appeared to be a new employee. And as such he was having problems (i.e. uploading my license, inputting credit card information, etc.). The person who appeared to be supervising was visibly annoyed and curt with his performance. Yes, it wasted my time, but I was more annoyed with the supervisors attitude. Some folks do not know how to be in charge, groom and assist new employees. U-Hall do a better job.

How about a refund on gas if you overfill? You wanna charge a million dollars for a tank of gas if the customer is short but if they are over filled you just ignore it. How about a policy where you don't depend on the customer to fill the gas tank and charge a reasonable price for gas.

I think everyone at this location are doing a great at least the ones I work with. The only thing that I believe should be change is the sign that tell you to wait in your rental as I did for a while but no one came out.
