The truck was not clean. It had unmarked damage prior to pickup.and the previous renter has been smoking weed in the truck so you couldn't drive with the windows up. I only drove 4 miles total and when I pulled up to return it and hour later the young lady who checked me in could still smell it.LUVICTORIA F.

As par for the course, Uhaul has again jacked up every plan I had scheduled for moving. I scheduled a solid week prior to pick up and the day before I was to take off of work & travel 5 hours to pick up the truck, you called to say that not only did you NOT have the size truck I needed, but what you did have was not available until 10 1/2 hrs later. Mind you I already had movers scheduled for my loading and unloading. I had rented a car from NCal to SCal to pick it up, had to BEG the movers to reschedule for that evening and then of course we couldn't even get all my stuff in the truck because it WAS NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED! Because I already had movers scheduled to unload me at 9am the following morning, I had to drive through the night to make that schedule, I got home at 3:30 am back up at 8 to make that schedule work. So needless to say, I have to rent another flipping truck, take time off of work again to pick up the rest of my stuff because this company is incompetent. Never again. I will use another company going forward, I will NEVER use UHaul again. And if you look under Yelp for Uhaul in Henderson NV, you'll find my last horrendous experience with Uhaul. And they do not care if you waste your money or are inconvenienced in the least little bit. Guy at Uhaul flippantly saidâ€¦ â€œI hope it all fitsâ€ . Unbelievable.Deanna C.

They required to bring the truck back with 1/4 tank of gas when it clearly had only 1/8 when I picked it up or they would charge me $14.95,which they did. Also the odometer showed 1.2 miles more than the contract had on it. It seemed inconsequential until I traveled more miles than I planned. Not significant at first but it cost $16.00 at the end.David C.

The customer service was great but as far as the truck the first one I got the check engine light was on. The second truck I received it seems like the transmission was going out it was driving really slow didn't start doing this until I got on the freeway. Checkout was pretty good. The unused box buy-back is *VERY* misleading. I was told that I could only bring in my unused boxes for store credit instead of getting cash back for them. Nowhere on the boxes does it say that it's only store credit.OWEN C.

He just o we have a homeless problem nothing they can do .Plus any other place brought the truck to you not just give you a paper and say go find it. Also you are fudging with the miles and gas. The 24 hr return website link did not work. I brought the truck in and attempted to follow the link, but was told I needed to share my location so it could verify I was in the right place. Despite checking the settings multiple times and attempting to share my location repeatedly, the website always returned the same error message â€œunable to determine your location. Please verify you have location services turned onâ€ and would not allow me to proceed with returning the truck. I was forced to make an extra trip back to the location at 7 am after spending all the previous day moving furniture because the website malfunctioned.ROBERT J.

I was at the storage unloading and it happened to be after hours and I was able to get in and out until I was able to lock up the storage. I was trying to empty the storage out Saturday night 7/24/21 and I was locked out with all of my stuff out in the walk ways and my unit open and was not able to go back in to at least close up the unit. Cause of this my stuff was out and unit was open. Hours of operation should be extended 1-hour(8pm PST). The security system only allows the small door to open when the key gets swiped making it inconvenient to get big furniture through. I was charged for two storage locks because I was told I needed two and discovered that I didn't need to buy them because Steven who was a rude Uhaul employee gave me two extra locks for free after moving my personal belongings into my Uhaul storage. It is a scam. I called Vanessa who is the manager at the store to give my complaint but the store manager never called me back. What am I going to do with two extra storage locks?? I find that extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Uhaul makes you buy the Uhaul locks and after moving in, they give you free Uhaul locks.
