I did the online check in, but had to do everything all over again at the store due to some mix up in your system...frustrating. I was told you didn't have a motorcycle trailer, yet one was sitting next to the behemoth trailer I was forced to use. However the process was a little intrusive had to pay 3 different times for some reason could be processed on one transaction. As well as a few other things. The trailer was absolutely disgusting full of garbage, food and cigarettes. Needless to say not a great experience.Gregory I.

We spent a lot of money. We were treated terribly. They couldn't locate our boxes after we waited a month for our stuff to arrive. We received our items 4 days after the guarantee date. We had to beg for some compensation for our troubles, they offered almost nothing and then never followed through with that! We are not done arguing with them yet.Isabelle T.

Everything was great .. the team at our local U-Haul was great .. the movers that were coming to help load .. were delayed, so we called them to ask for more time with the truck and they were very helpful. .. thank you.KIMBLERY M.
Although the staff is friendly and uhaul says they guarantee their service and all phone calls are recorded we found that to be further then the truth. My Ubox was delivered to the wrong location with no communication to us. Their fault my problem. Even after the delivery we made many phone calls and confirmed the drop off location 1 mile from out home usual refused to make it right. Are calls were redirected to one one who cared we will be disputing this matter up with our credit card company. Good luck dealing with Uhual no one seams to care about the lack of communication they offer.MICHELLE K.

The trailer was clean, but the door was stick open. The roller track was bent and the wheels were badly in need of lubrication. I was able to straighten out the track and lubricated the wheels. The door is now functioning properly.Philip A.

We were given the wrong truck so our check in was painful as none of the mileage matched. Then when the truck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of gas it was below the empty line. The woman at the counter (Candace) insisted that the system was unable to change the level of gas that we started with but assured us that it was noted it was on empty after we asked about it twice. There was no dolly or moving pads for rent inside the truck as there usually is. We went even sure we would make it to the gas station after leaving the office. When we returned, Michael helped us check out and we triple checked with him and explained the gas level situation to make sure we would not get charged for not returning with 1/4 tank. He went on to confirm that what we were told was incorrect, that Candace could have changed the gas level at the time of rental and that if he would not have fixed it for us we would have intact been charged the 1/4 tank of a gas and the service fee. We are extremely thankful for Michael's customer service but also extremely unhappy with the sequence of events at the time of rental. As far as I'm concerned that is fraudulent activity and that employee should be fired.Kenneth J.

I felt the trailer was too beat up for my valuables. There was gaps in floor that allowed water from rain in and I had to stop at Home Depot to get a tarp to put on floor. Also the door would not slide up half of the time so I could check on cargo. VERY frustrated with those issues. But I love uhaul and your rentals saved the day many many times when my equipment failed and I needed backup. Take care, JackJack R.

The person who checked in my truck wasn't masked or following any Covid protocols. I wouldn't recommend to my friends to use this location until after Covid is gone, maybe in a year. The person who rented the truck to me was following Covid protocols.Ross L.

The lady that booked my reservation in woodland changed it to a sacramento location. Then the size of the truck was wrong and smaller which made my move harder. Then they messed up on how many days I needed the truck and called me in the middle of my move to bring it back. I will never use uhaul again after this experience. there was confusion regarding the delivery date and a phone call was made on November 2 asking why the trailer was not delivered. another phone call was received the next day and I was told I had until 5 pm November 3rd to deliver the trailer. when I arrived at the location, the associate said they would have to charge another day, but changed that after checking the contract.GEORGE G.
The young lady that helped us was extremely friendly and helpful. She was fairly new and had to make several phone calls to be able to process my transaction mostly correctly. The only thing I would suggest is make sure they are comfortable alone before being scheduled alone. But she never gave up trying to problem solve for me.Cortney S.
Very slow service. I was there on 10/31 and spent about 1.5-2 hours at the store between pickup and drop-off for my rental of 2 hours. Some of the employees were not knowledgeable of their job. I was double charged for my furniture pads and CDW. I did not receive the fuel credit of 31 dollars as promised after I filled the Empty tank with 1/4 tank of gas. I was told I would be contacted by a manager on 11/2 to issue a refund of the charges made in error, as well as the fuel credit. I have not been contacted yet. I am extremely dissatisfied.Andrew K.
