I would recommend for you to hire more staff. More often than not there's only one guy working and that it is a lot for one person to take on.

David H | Online Move Incommunication. Don't send an email asking if I want to upgrade without telling me why. I responded "No" only to find out when we got there that the upgrade was due to the 15' truck we reserved was not available. Additionally, the confirmation sent us to the incorrect location. The staff was nice and accommodating, which we highly appreciate. We were on a time schedule and having and this placed us behind. So "NO" I will not recommend this location!

Charles GGreat Facility and Even Greater Staff. The physical plant of this facility is excellent. Very easy to access storage with multiple entries and a large number of carts to transport goods. Even better than the facility itself is the staff. Led by the knowledgeable and patient, Elizabeth Washburn, the staff is friendly, professional and very helpful to folks like me who haven't kept up with the new technologies for storage. They even solved a problem for me with "franchise" uHaul place in Woodland, that seemed unable and almost unwilling to help me.

The Van was spotless other that the cover for the gas cap had been cracked by prior rental but that did not affect anything and probably not really worth mentioning. I've dealt with U-Haul several times in the past and appreciate each time.

Kelly TIt would be great to have clean floors in the vans. The van I rented had some dried gooey substance on the floor so we had to cover it it to move furniture. Also, the website says that a Queen mattress fits in the 9’ van. A Queen box spring does not fit vertically ir horizontally so we had to make a second trip to get it in the van diagonally. Accuracy/disclosure about this would be appreciated. Staff at this location are professional and pleasant.
Jacquelyn RI waited at least 15 minutes for anyone to show up. I walked in to drop off a trailer and noone was in the building. No way of contacting anyone. I walked in and out of unlocked doors but couldn't find anyone. Another customer also showed up as well. Finally, a Uhaul Truck driver showed up and called someone to come down. They were in the storage shed area. no clue we were there waiting.
Jeffrey HHaving one person taking orders at the front desk sometimes isn't good. When we were standing in line we were 3rd in line and waited about 20 minutes or so. It would have been nice if another person would have come to the other front desk to help. When we were helped the person Jacob was nice and processed our order quick. The other people there are nice and provide good service to.

Arianna O | First ImpressionsWhen I went to pick up my equipment, the store operators told me they had no appliance dolly in stock - they only had a display model. For a bit they were adamant that my contract does not guarantee equipment and that there was nothing they could do, but I insisted that a dolly was necessary to my move (It was! There's no way I was getting my washer/dryer on/off the truck without a dolly, not to mention other heavy boxes!) and eventually they sent me to another store to get a dolly. It was good of them to solve the problem, but it was also a problem of their creation, so... I guess everything worked out in the end. Also, I've moved twice this summer. Both time I've had the store make significant changes to my order. It is frustrating to have expectations and plan a move - especially out of state - show up and be told that my trucks a much bigger size (I am surprised the 26 foot trucks are legal to drive with a regular license) and, as mentioned above, a necessary moving tool would not be available. The first time was more frustrating, as the store operators at the Klamath branch told me that my discount was not possible to transfer over after switching truck sizes.

Because the cost to get by is so expensive and schedules are so tight they can use everything dollar to get by. And if they leave early the unit is rentable to make money again right after the person leaves and you could be over lapping the rent charges.
