Jeff was amazing. I was a little nervous about loading my car onto trailer and he put my fears at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and I appreciate his taking the time to offer his guidance for my trip.

While checking in the equipment, the employee seemed annoyed I was there. Was upset that the chain came in done and was dragged 1/4 mile from my house to the store. When asked where he wanted me to drop off the trailer he was visually upset. When leaving I asked which way and he said where to and stared shaking his head and mumbling. I asked if if there was a problem and he said that he was just trying to check in equipment. Overall his demeanor and attitude was not acceptable.

Never saw a facility employee . Followed directions for contact and completed drop off with call center CS representative. The rep was also able to assist/trouble shoot process issues. Very good interaction with the CS rep!

Ian was such an amazing guy to work with! I really thought I would need the truck beyond 24 hours. I didn’t so he was able to help me get money I already paid back. I also needed to change my storage room size last minute upon move in and thanks to them being available on Sunday I was able to do that prior to moving in. This facility all though a little more pricey well worth the money. More convenient hours that worked well with our already crazy schedule.

The price went up after being there for almost 3 years is ridiculous this is the reason why I emptied my storage and went elsewhere it’s a storage unit there’s no need for it to be $145 a month I started out at $89 and in three years it jumped to $145 completely unsatisfied about the corporate side and the payments increase. The staff was wonderful to work with very helpful. when U-Haul bought the company out that had that location beforehand it was very family oriented when U-Haul bought it became completely all about money completely unsatisfied with U-Haul and their corporate side increase in pricing

I had a little mishap during this rental but the office worked quickly to resolve it. I'd rented 2 dollies and neither were on the truck when I got to the house to start moving! While inconvenient to get back to the U-Haul location, the gentlemen made sure they didn't charge me for the rental since they were forgetten.

Since Uhaul's purchase of this facility, the rates were raised repeatedly with no improvement of service. The company priced themselves out of the market and was an incentive for me to leave.

Nothing, the only problem isn't anything you can do. The construction on the road in front of your facility is rough . But Nothing to do with your business. I appreciate the equipment it's well maintained. I plan to buy a truck from uhaul soon for my delivery business.

When I brought the trailer to the site to drop off the attendant was not there. Luckily an attendant from another location was there to pick up an item that this location had in stock that she didn't and helped me unhook and move the trailer to the 'line". Shortly afterwards the attendant drove up and said "I'll get you checked in". When i asked about getting a receipt or proof of drop off i was told "you'll get an email". Obviously, I'm responding to the email but until i received the email it left me with a feeling of doubt and a poor impression. Based on my experiences with the pick-up and drop off, I seriously doubt U-Haul's commitment to customer service/satisfaction.

The old gmc truck that was loaned to me flashed a oil light half way to where I needed to go so I got a quart of oil and it went off and then half way back to return the equipment it did it again it also ran rough and the side skirts kept flopping because the bolts and rivets were missing I wouldn't of recommended that truck to anyone especially on a long haul and I also feel I was over charged after return even though I put more gas in it then what it had when I picked it up! Other than that my experience was alright

The online option gave me incompatible equipment for my vehicle and led to my vehicle being undriveable. The online portion also does not carry the model variations for my car and will most likely cause this to happen again.

Started off as a good experience, but the unit we were renting was broken into and our belongings ransacked. It became very uncomfortable to consider putting anything else in the unit and we decided to move our things out, for peace of mind.

The reason I left was that prices had increased markedly. When I first started renting under a previous owner, I paid $99 per month. With each new owner, the prices increased. When U-Haul took over, the price increased so much that I could no longer afford to stay there. The facility was fine, but the price was not.

My husband and I had just arrived in OK after a long drive from CO, we were tired and the storage unit we had reserved online at a different location was trash. We called uhaul and they sent us to uhaul's self storage in yukon, ok and they had us set up and moving into our unit in MINUTES. The grounds are well kept and easy to navigate and our unit was very clean! Ian was so helpful and answered every one of the 73959265 questions I had. We are so grateful!

Facility had no video surveillance for my storage unit. The unit was broken into and the facility did not re secure the door for two months, when I checked out the door was still not fixed. Had a leak coming from the ceiling that the facility was notified of multiple times. They never fixed it and my belongings continued to get wet.

Before you guys took over our storage shed was broken into, things were stolen and didn’t get any help with it. Didn’t even know till weeks after. But again, it wasn’t under you guys. It would be a little more helpful to have someone in the office to answer phones but I get it, it gets busy there

This specific location was wonderful. I had a one way trailer drop off and delivered here. Well with all the chaos of moving I overlooked that my departing uhaul office out of state put me as a return rather than one way. At this location Ian worked with me and held my turn in until I got the paperwork sorted out so I wouldn’t have to deal with the outrageous charges. I’m so grateful! After I got it settled I checked back in and Ian reviewed my account and saw I was good to go. My original uhaul location wasn’t responsive or very helpful at all. I really appreciate the customer service here. It relieved a lot of anxiety from the stress of my move. I would definitely come back to this exact location for future storage/moving needs just for that.

The rental rate was outrageous and continually going up. I rented for several years and after moving out found that I had been charged monthly insurance when I had my own insurance through a private company. I'd like to know what will be done about this. I understand the business has changed hands. I only just found out about these charges. I hate to give out my email for this reason. I never received a phone call or text and hardly ever check my emails.

There were multiple issues of mice in my storage unit. They were inside my bags, my boxes, my furniture. I know it's a large facility and rodents are hard to fight, however it seemed like the problem never got any better. Most of our rental time was with Extra Space Storage before U-Haul took over. We were not pleased with the regular and ridiculous increases for a small graveled outdoor space for our small popup tent trailer. What started out as a reasonable rate of around $30 or so per month steadily went up to $94.50 per month. We felt that with the transfer of ownership to U-Haul and the already ridiculous $94.50 per month we were paying, we were not prepared for any other increases in the storage space we were renting.
