Only because they have major construction and my truck and trailer got high centered in their entrance and I had to wait 3 hours to get towed out. Had I known that would be an issue I never would have rented a 26’ truck and trailer from there.

VERNER DWhen I brought the trailer to the site to drop off the attendant was not there. Luckily an attendant from another location was there to pick up an item that this location had in stock that she didn't and helped me unhook and move the trailer to the 'line". Shortly afterwards the attendant drove up and said "I'll get you checked in". When i asked about getting a receipt or proof of drop off i was told "you'll get an email". Obviously, I'm responding to the email but until i received the email it left me with a feeling of doubt and a poor impression. Based on my experiences with the pick-up and drop off, I seriously doubt U-Haul's commitment to customer service/satisfaction.

CHRISTY HU-haul took over prior storage company but improvements were made during new ownership doors magnets that didn’t work before now work temp controlled unit was well within norms price went up slightly but not significantly but quality also went up.

CHRISTOPHER SThe old gmc truck that was loaned to me flashed a oil light half way to where I needed to go so I got a quart of oil and it went off and then half way back to return the equipment it did it again it also ran rough and the side skirts kept flopping because the bolts and rivets were missing I wouldn't of recommended that truck to anyone especially on a long haul and I also feel I was over charged after return even though I put more gas in it then what it had when I picked it up! Other than that my experience was alright

RONALD GThe pickup location was great. BUT we had a reservation in NE OKC. Your scheduling system confirmed us there at noon Saturday. The proprietor was doing volunteer work that morning, and either didn't enter that into your scheduling system OR your system doesn't have that capability. Anyway, we showed up early, waited an hour, then had to drive to Yukon, them back to Edmond to Load up. VERY poor. Your agents were all very polite and friendly, but this screw-up made a hard day much longer and harder. The final agent I talked to offered to take off $20, which I considered the final insult. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE.

JEFFERY WExplain that the charges on your card are a hold until the equipment is returned. I wasn’t aware of that and when billed I refused to pay because I thought they had already charged me. The store ran my card and had me sign plus sent me a receipt so I thought it was paid.
ANTHONY MThe reason I left was that prices had increased markedly. When I first started renting under a previous owner, I paid $99 per month. With each new owner, the prices increased. When U-Haul took over, the price increased so much that I could no longer afford to stay there. The facility was fine, but the price was not.

KENNETH PWhen you receive excellent customer service, you can look over all the rest. My third vehicle like newer than the others offered. My first one wouldn’t start, the second one smelled like someone was having a smoke out, so I ended up getting a nice vehicle to drive without sneezing the full move. 1. I received excellent Customer Service was the young man Dylan that Pulled up because I was having trouble trying to back in the vehicle. He said just leave the keys in there and I’ll get taken care of. 2nd Then I had like some trash in my hand to throw away. He said leave it. I’ll get that too👍🏽 3rd I was getting ready to get to carry my large scrapbook stickers that’s in a large file dividers, as I was pulling it out, he said put it on the cart and have a seat, I’ll drive you over to your vehicle . That was great customer service. It was really so hot outside, especially after moving. Thank you Mr. Dylan.

Had a leak coming from the ceiling that the facility was notified of multiple times. They never fixed it and my belongings continued to get wet.

Well with all the chaos of moving I overlooked that my departing uhaul office out of state put me as a return rather than one way. At this location Ian worked with me and held my turn in until I got the paperwork sorted out so I wouldn’t have to deal with the outrageous charges. I’m so grateful! After I got it settled I checked back in and Ian reviewed my account and saw I was good to go. My original uhaul location wasn’t responsive or very helpful at all. I really appreciate the customer service here. It relieved a lot of anxiety from the stress of my move. I would definitely come back to this exact location for future storage/moving needs just for that.

I rented for several years and after moving out found that I had been charged monthly insurance when I had my own insurance through a private company. I'd like to know what will be done about this. I understand the business has changed hands. I only just found out about these charges. I hate to give out my email for this reason. I never received a phone call or text and hardly ever check my emails.
