Zero parking by the store. Expected to park in the street. Was told when I arrived that I couldn’t return my rental to another store. The lady was very helpful and located another store that I could use. Added about 45 mins to my trip time overall.
EVAN SMaybe not have so many hidden fees just say what the price is up front. The truck was perfect but the process to get the truck and drop it off was miserable. Also somehow it was the same or more expensive to pick a truck up local to where I needed it rather than drive it both ways and just pay per mile.

JOSHUA FREAD THIS WELL! I reserved a 12FT for Pick up at 75 Grandview, (the Fast and Fresh Deli) in Chambersburg. We arrived at 10 to find that there WAS NO TRUCK. What the fuck? A manager at the Chambersburg lot was able to find a 20ft Truck in HAGERSTOWN. He saved my day by doing that. Conversely, I had to drive many more miles and get a bigger, more expensive truck than planned. The Hagerstown lot, and the team there were Tops. I will avoid using U-Haul in the future, and WILL definitely not rent a Truck from Deli, or gas station or whatever the fuck that place was.

CARL WWith the heat index it was 100+ when using the gal truck. I was told the truck had ac. The ac blew warm air so no ac. Was absolutely the most miserable day using that equipment!

TANYA LParking lot was a little hard to navigate after drop off. The instruction to call the number on arrival was useless. Staff just showed up after a couple minutes.
David PYoung man was courteous and very helpful unhooking the trailer. Made sure I was satisfied with the rental. Highly recommend!

RONALD HWhen you return 2 days early you need to refund those 2 days. Renting a trailer was way too expensive.
JESSE LStaff were great at assisting us through an emergency. While moving our equipment my daughter was injured and we had to go to the ER. We did not get to finish our task due to this and the following day we had a snow storm. The staff were understanding and able to extend our rental until it was safe for me to get out again, thank you to all of them for their great professionalism and customer service.
