Vehicle returned to me without wiring harness installed and “Audi side assist: malfunction!” caution present. Appreciate they brought in someone else to try and help with the wiring but I also expected you to be the experts in advance if it was beyond your capability. I will work with the dealer on a repair estimate and expect reimbursement. Very kind people at this location. Just beyond their expertise. Thanks.

Staff was very friendly, but I did not received the hand truck I reserved. The amount was deducted from my bill, but I really needed the hand truck more than I needed the $7 refund. Also, the truck I received had an alert displayed on the dashboard saying there was a problem with the tires, plus another light came on that looked like a trailer (I don't know what problem that light was trying to indicate). The truck didn't give me any problems, but the constant display of warning lights was a concern.

The personnel told me I was good but when I checked my account, over a hundred dollars was deducted. He claim it was for extra days but when I rented the truck, I was told I have a 4 day extra from the 7 days that I paid for. Please if someone can explain to me that will be great. Besides I have no receipt for the $103 deducted.

After making an online reservation for a truck and two movers, the truck was not at the location and was sent to a second location only to be told there were no trucks at this location. After being online with the main office for 30 minutes, I finally got a truck, after 2 hours and today I'm still waiting for the movers that I paid fir to show up.

Customer support was a joke. Said they refunded the two utility dollies because they weren’t ready on pick up and only got them later on after putting off my moving plans to obtain them. Although the personnel at the andrews u-haul was extremely helpful and friendly.

When I arrived to the U-Haul location there was only one U-Haul staff person working and I had to wait a good amount of time to be served. The U-Haul staff person was respectful and apologized for the wait. Due to size of this location, it looks like only 2 staff people can work there during the same shift and the wait time may never improve. First recommendation is to make a small waiting room area where people can sit after signing in to be served. Second recommendation - hire more staff and give them tablets to handle customer's reservations.

The transaction was exceptional! With my advanced reservation, I got in and out in record time! However, I have to find out why I was not charged the .79 per mile as were stated on my reservations?

My experience was awesome. I was very pleased to receive a confirmation phone call 3 days ago to make sure everything was set for my appointment. After arriving, my truck was taken back without delay and the hitch install completed in 2.5 hours. The team was professional and answered all my questions. Top notch professionals at UHaul of Andrews Air Force Base, highly recommend!

The customer service was good, but the young lady needs to be more informative on the rental process, like dropbox, returns etc, mileage. She was nice snd cordial. The trucks need to get maintenance, tune ups, alignments, and check engine lights removed.

Service at location and the 800 # customer service was useless. Location service was rude. Van was weak and got stuck on a slope. Couldn’t get anyone at customer service on the phone (35 minutes before I gave up). I had to call a tow truck who charged me 200 dollars to pull me up a slope. Terrible experience that I will not repeat. In all honesty I should be reimbursed. It’s a shame because I have not had this experience with uhaul in the past. 19.95 a day turned into an over 400 dollar day. Ludicrous.

When a customer is going to return uhaul around or after closing. They need to know in advance they can complete return with smart phone. Also take pictures as instructed with smart phone as instructed on smart phone return site. Also inform the customer it will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. This can prevent customers from rushing to return uhaul before closing and keeping peace of mind.

The General Manager, Tia Orr needs customer service training. She was very rude while processing my transaction. I printed the receipt from my online reservation. I did not quite understand all of the details. As she rudely and sarcastically explained the details, she said, "Baby, if you look here on your paper you will see that we have not charge you yet." I am not accustomed to being called "baby" and in such a condescending tone while conducting business. I am a grown woman and I would go as far as to say that I am old than General Manager, Tia Orr. She need to what her tone and do not speak down to here customers. The other staff members were helpful and friendly.

I am not happy that employees use there personal devices to take pictures of my drivers license. Employee devices are not secure. Also, what happens if an employee quits? How sure are you that customers identity isn't compromised, or do you not care once you have taken the customer's money? I am not happy at all with my rental experience.

Ensure that prior to renting a trailer, the tires are checked. On one side of the trailer, the front tire was bald and the rear one was low on air and I had to fill it.

My mother in law, sister in law, and I all use this location for our Uhaul needs. We usually get Ms. Tia or regular rep available. For this specific rental, we had James Diggs an AMAZING rep. He went above and beyond and was EXTREMELY informative and helpful breaking down price, space, and information regarding the truck. Which has NEVER been by the manager. I was able to have a decent priced move, hassle free drop off, and felt as though I saved significant money. Compared to when I get a truck from the other rep, specifically Ms. Tia. She never explains anything, just offers the truck and takes my money. I truly appreciated working with James and will continue to do so for any and all my Uhaul needs.

Have a Dolly in the truck. And if a customer has full coverage 9n their vehicle why is it stressed that the $14 coverage should be placed in the event if an accident, and, the customer has to go through their insurance company....isnt that why full coverage exist? When mak7ng my reservation I was asked how long I would need the vehicle ....if I have a 24hr window (I was not aware of this when my reservation was taken).....i felt that it was 8mperative that I return it at that time (5hrs) versus feeling rushed to return it at the 5hr timeframe. The rep at the location was extremely helpful & professional. She is the reason I would return. The teleph9be reps should divulge more info to customers about the 24hrs....
