Customer service was TERRIBLE! Sarcastic and rude. Was talking to the first rep and a lady asked him to do something mid sentence, and he walked away without saying anything. I had to ask her for help after she walked away and she had an attitude for me asking clarifying questions about the rental. Would not recommend. The reps upon return were nice.

This Wyatt Kim Re: contract No 19270399 I'm very disappointed that I picked up a truck at mileage 141783, but the contract shows 141777, and I noticed a discrepancy in the mileage. show a clerk proof of mileage. She said the mileage was correct in the system, but she didn't give me the correct contract paper. Today, I return a truck mileage charge from 141777. Could you please clarify why the discrepancy occurred?

Trailer bearings failed on the front axle, grease on the wheels, smoke coming from under the trailer at the front axle. The trailer had yard debris and construction materials in it. The trailer hasn’t been cleaned for a long time.

Make sure trucks are cleaned and smell fresh atleast. Also make sure they are up to date. The one i drove felt like the transmission is on its last. Also, have better mirrors. The way u have to adjust them manually isn’t the best and the staff could have been more helpful and made sure my concern about them was answered to the best of my knowledge. I really don’t like the customer service from so called manager and staff just seemed lazy like I’m here but that is today’s culture unfortunately and the trucked smelled funky. I sprayed cologne to try to freshen it up but that didn’t help so I could tell it doesn’t get wiped down or clean when it is returned. Just wasn’t my best and I have rented from this spot in past a few times.

These are the friendliest people ever all of them from the time I pull up to pick up to the time I left at drop off. The problem I had the most is with the mobile Check-in it made to process take long that what it should have.

Due to the extreme cold weatwe’ve had over the past 2 weeks, there was a considerable of salt on the exterior of the van. However. it would have been better if someone had cleaned the rear glass. Just a thought.

Only one mishap, we noticed one of the wiper blades was broken after we left the location and had to bring the truck back which caused a little delay with our schedule but the staff was able to provide us with another truck, they were very professional.

Trucks need to be in better condition. The sunvisor was broke and kept hitting me. Someone tried to put a nail in it to hold it up but didn’t work. The seat wouldn’t adjust but managed to drive it because I didn’t have time to switch it out. The young lady that worked with me was excellent!

Dropoff was easy. Pulled up, handed the keys over to a nice woman outside. Told her the truck was great. She told me it was a brand new truck, and I told her I had thought it was. Looks great inside and out, ran very well.

My suggestion would be deal promptly with the customers coming in to pick up reserved vehicles then discuss other operational matters in front of customers. There was a lot of confusion between employees with the processes of operation at the time. I had to wait for them to figure other matters while I was waiting to get a reserved vehicle. Process took a lot longer than it should have due to continual conversation about other matters dealing with other customers and situations. Also the equipment that I reserved with my truck was not available once I arrived which made for a difficult moving process.

Make it easy to start because when I get it cut it off couldn’t get it started. I had to look for someone to have started then plus I let it run the whole town moving furniture most of the guys out just laying in room cause I was afraid to cut it off, cause I couldn’t get it started

The young lady and young gentleman that were working working at the Andrew's Air Force, Allentown Road store on Saturday Nov 22nd, were EXTREMELY patient and helpful with me in helping fill out the required pictures, etc. that are required when I picked up my truck.

Keep doing what your doing but the only issue I had was after they put a hold on your credit card, once you return the rental it charges your card again instead of just using the hold for payment. It puts my account in the negative after I’ve already had the desired amount set aside for the rental.

The trailer had been in a incident and a new tire was put on but when I inspected the trailer it was only a 1/4 inch clearance from the damaged around the wheel weld. I asked the attendant about this and I told him it was Unsafe to used like this. They did not have a replacement so I told him we could pull this wheel cover out with a S hook. He found what we need and fixed the trailer and made sure the lights were working. I think his name was Aaron and the ladies running the counter on both times in and out were very pleasant and customer friendly. I would use this location again.
