The padlock on the truck was broken. The second lock given to me would not work because the interlocking pieces at the rear of the truck were out of alignment, prohibiting the lock’s neck from passing through.

Edward HI was given only 5/16ths of a tank of gas. I was told I could put more gas in it and then again before the return. I was taken back by this. He said they could control what comes back. Well if you are charging $6 a gallon - you darn well better be putting gas in the tank for next customer. I was on a time schedule. Thank You

Dennis ETwice now, my husband and I have had trouble connecting to the app before leaving the parking lot. We think your service would be much better if one of the employees walked people to their rental and took the photos etc, - the way car rental companies do when someone returns a vehicle. Other than that, no problems.

PATRICK DLocation was fine, getting charged for a gallon of gas that I didn't owe was garbage. I took a photo of the dash when I got into the van and one when I returned. Apparently and employee had put it in as a full tank the day before, but it wasn't. It's not the amount of money, it was the fact that I got stuck paying for your employees mistake.
