Location was fine, getting charged for a gallon of gas that I didn't owe was garbage. I took a photo of the dash when I got into the van and one when I returned. Apparently and employee had put it in as a full tank the day before, but it wasn't. It's not the amount of money, it was the fact that I got stuck paying for your employees mistake.

Every thing was great but the van had a problem with a bit of snow at the edge of a driveway - the tires didn't have much grip. It took a bit to get the van moving. All in all the experience was fine and we had no other problems
Had start mileage from trip A Odometer not actual truck Mileage. This is what I verified, as this is prominent on dash. Did not see it saying trip a until I left facility. Workers admitted they never verified mileage from previous user!!!!! Tried to charge me for 30+ miles I did NOT USE. Argued with me that it was all my fault for not knowing how all their equipment dash are laid out!!!!!!!!!!!

Recommend maintenance be done on your vehicles. I experienced dead battery
Needed to jump start vehicle several times. We also got stuck in the snow due to balding tires. As thing sit rite now I don't think I would ever rent from haul.
