There were only two agents and a line of at least 10 people waiting to be attended. The guy in front of me was buying some stuff and he said "I give up" and left. And then the person in front of him did the same. Don't think that's good for the business. Please make sure you have enough people to cover the demand. Took me like 45 mins to get the truck.

Terrible customer service. Asked multiple questions about vehicle and was told to use my phone. Received vehicle in terrible condition. Cabin filthy and full of dog hair. Windows smeared with dog prints. We had to clean out cabin on our own. Rear right tire possibly flat when we picked up. Tire was replace during trip as it blew at some point. Not identified prior to receipt of vehicle.

o i reserved the truck at a different rental location a week prior. The uhaul even gave me a call to change the location of pick up because the original place would not allow 24/7. (I was picking up at 9pm). But when i got to the original location they didnt set up the 24/7 and instead asked me to do a handoff which makes no sense because the uhaul customer service center was already closed. I had to call and wait 30 minutes on the phone with a rep who changed the location again for pick up and it worked out. I would just like to add a complaint on the system of uhaul and its reservatipn process. What is the point of calling me to change the location of reservation if uhaul didnt check if the place didnt do 24/7?

A more organized lot with room to actually pull your U-Haul truck in. After driving across the country waiting to even be able to pull into your U-Haul destination is frustrating. Not to mention that the truck leaked and ruined some of our belongings; to which we were told simply to call a number.

I went in to the get the Uhaul after already submitting my order online for basic cost, no insurance. When paying via credit card, an option came up asking which insurance I wanted to add. I asked Edward (only later did I find out the workers name) can I do an option without insurance. He said “no”. I then told him “ok, what’s the lowest insurance I can get?”. I then agreed for the $14 insurance add on. When returning my vehicle, I looked back at the receipt which showed I had paid an extra $28. Long story short... it would be in your best interest to let Edward go. I imagine he will continue turning customers off through his dishonesty. I’m guessing there’s an incentive based structure rewarded to the worker if a customer purchases insurance at the location hub? Just a hunch.

The truck I was assigned was blocked in by another truck and had 0 fuel. I was also charged $28 in error for insurance I did not choose.

Unfortunately, your staff member Joe, was very rude. Due to his attitude and aggressive behavior, I can’t refer anyone to this location. I take full accountability for being 20 min late; we ran into traffic that was unexpected due to the Holiday. I was more than happy to pay any additional fees and understand the impact of tardiness. I don’t feel like it’s up to Joe to reprimand my Husband and leave me threatening voice mails (I’ve saved them). I did recently rent another vehicle from another location and had a much better experience. Maybe someone can give Joe some training on Customer Service and Respect to others. Thank you!

The Uhaul representative overcharged me with an after hours service fee when it was returned during regular hours. Saw correction on my credit card statement today.

U box was not ready for the mover at the agreed upon time of 9 am. The mover had to wait in a long line and then convince the staff that the u box should have been ready upon his arrival.

Contents from my ubox were stolen overnight off the uhaul lot. I thought they would be safe in a warehouse. Although the employee I worked with was helpful, I think this location needs a secure fence!

I was able to get in and out, as well as return my rental very seamlessly. The people were very helpful and friendly. (TIP: on the top portion you should have an "I don't know" or "NA" option)

The staff is hard to reach via telephone, but the service we received at the facility was impressive. Connor was able to assemble our UBox, trailer, and truck in 1/4 of the time of the previous Uhaul.

The movers I hired were able to get my UBox at the scheduled pick-up time from UHaul without any explicit approval from me. This is extremely unsecure. Apart from this, things were great!
